Neighborhood sports bar in a turn-of-the-century building, with pub food, trivia night & TV sports.
Bartender knowledgeable about beer. Having 24 beers on tap, he knew to ask what I liked rather than running down the entire list. Great nachos!
After reading my sons post that have been removed, who is a former Marine and UW student recently experienced first hand racism at this location, I dont think the food or drinks is deserving of any TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT if you call it that and visit this location. To fight unfairly against one with three others is like storming the capitol and not calling in troops ( this is America for sureand to anyone who says leave, Id say only God has the final say in that, oh do we believe in God in this country or do we just say it for conversation with our racist friends. Sure comment, but the truth is out. Amazing how only the good reviews seem to get posted and I question how many fights have broken out here that have been unfair, hummmm. I also question who is actually working at this location what is the make up of the workers ethnicity...humm.
Great employees! Great food! GREAT ATMOSPHERE! Freaking awesome to have an Eagles bar here and its the real deal! If you live near Seattle and are a Philadelphia Eagles fan you need to be here! Its like having a little piece of home we all should enjoy. Fills up fast so show up early.
Efficient, professional, and timely service in Seattles Belltown core. Consistently good for years. Excellent choice of beers and televised sports.
The Mac & Cheese 🧀 came with bacon in it! It was very busy during happy hour .. good luck trynna find a table! A lot of TVs . The steak was good .. girly didn’t like her auju but yeah they are ok .. would I come back ehh maybe .. 3 dinners and one drink =77$ 😐
Very good place to eat especially the ribs. Living in Oklahoma the ribs are the best Ive had.
Solid spot for sports, food, and drink. Happy hour is good, full-price is a little over priced in my opinion for normal bar food. Overall good atmosphere for game day or a casual outing. Nothing special, but a solid spot overall.
Attaches hidden fees ("Fair Wage Act"to your bill instead of just having menu prices reflect the true cost of their business. Apparently resents having to pay their employees decent wages and wants to make a political statement about it.
This establishments charges a fee to your bill for requiring to pay their workers minimum wage. In addition to that, they also add a surcharge of 20%.
This is not an honest business and you should not go here until they rectify their behavior. This place is one of many implementing the “Seattle Fair Wages Act Fee” as well as an automatic gratuity (and additional optional gratuity)Just pay your workers minimum wage and stop offloading the burdens to the customers. If your business isn’t professional enough to pay a living wage to your employees, you’re not a good business, and therefore should not be operating. If the ability of your employee to make a living wage hinges on tips and shady practices like this, you should not be in business.Chris was great though!! Such a wonderful employee and deserves so much better than this place.
Awesome happy hour, the tots and mini corndogs are delicious!! Our server was nice and attentive too. Lots of TVs to watch the game. Had a great time, would def go back!
One of the best sports bar I have been too, food was great. We had the fish tacos and the steak thanks 😊 😋 ☺️
So seems to be a pretty cool bar. My wife was wanting to watch the Ohio St. game and this came up as a Ohio bar but from the looks of it , it is not. But they did have the game on. Has about 15 t.v.s with the games on and has a decent menu. We did not have any food as we are going from here to dinner but we would definitely come back to this place for a drink
Good atmosphere and great food. Service can be a bit slow during sporting events because they are so packed with only a few servers but they all do a great job.
We ate lunch on a weekday and had great service! The food was excellent and the drinks were well made.
Good time and good company at this location 🫡 I came on a Monday night after a long day at work with some coworkers, and believe it or not, this location has ALL DAY happy hour on Mondays only. The burger prices were immaculate (at $8!). The service ain’t too shabby either! It was a nice chill spot to relax.
Loved it. Buckleys prices are reasonable and the food is great. Portions are huge and the waiter we had was great
Fantastic food. If youre nearby come here. Great food and atmosphere.
Pretty good bar food at reasonable prices
Awesome food and beers on tap! Very impressed, fries were the best Ive had for a long time!
Recommend Buckleys for anyone looking to hang out in bigger groups and just wants some decent food(highly recommend their buttermilk fried chicken 🍗🐓 mmmm). Also because its a big 10 bar feels right at home If youre from one of those colleges!
Standard sports bar and bar food. Good atmosphere for huge games but don’t often have sound for non championship games
This place does not care about the safety of women. My friends and I were getting hit on by a 45-year-old man who said he was looking for minors and was hitting on us in hopes we were underage. He would not leave us alone even though we had repeatedly asked him to leave. I went to the bartender, a middle aged brunette man, and told him what the man had said and that my friends and I were feeling unsafe. His response was, “well he has a tab open and he’s spending money so I don’t care”. I was absolutely shocked by this response and the lack of care for the safety of the patrons of the bar. Truly disgusting.
When we arrived, there was some miscommunication between the bar and the servers or something so we waited about 20 minutes to just get someone to take a drink order. Id like to say that the food made up for it, but it was all sooo bland. The place wasnt busy at alllll when we got there, and I think we should have caught that first red flag from the start unfortunately.
Local feel.....neat food options... sliders with peanut butter...
Great portion sizes, friendly staff but seemed a little understaffed for how busy it was. Great place to watch a sports game
Good pub with lots of TVs with sports playing. Really nice food options as well. Fish and chips are pretty good.
One of the best sports bars in Seattle. They have booths with their own personal TVs. For big games you need to get there an hour early or so.
This was a random bar we stopped at, the bourbon list is extensive from Weller, Pappy and much more.John the bartender was fun to talk with.
The burger here is exceptionally good, better than Buckley in Queen Ann. However, besides the burger, food wise this place is average Seattle quality. Drinks selection pretty good, incredible atmosphere when there are games.
Happy hour is the time to come here. Shots are 5.75 (and massiveplus food is cheap. Our server was an absolute gem, very attentive and was nice enough to switch between the hockey/basketball games multiple times
Great food and great service. Highly recommend the TD sliders. The touch of peanut but was a tasty touch that just worked. Order the fries which were lightly battered to perfection!
This place is not clean, I’ve given it a try three times thinking it will be better the next time but it’s just not.The food is mediocre. The staff is rude. The TVs are decent …overall is just not a great place.
Revising my review from 5 to 1 star. Waitress kept blowing me off and its been over an hour (stating that many people came before me). The white couple that came after me were served in 15 mins. Will only come back to watch a big game for free but wont order food/drinks from this place again. Definitely wont come otherwise. Thanks for the free game!
Atrocious service. Was just in this place for 25 minutes sitting in the bar area and no service. Was waving and looking at the two useless bartenders to no avail. They seemed more interested in talking with one another than serving. The table beside me couldnt believe how bad the service was. So I finally walked up to the hostess at the entrance and asked how I would go abouts getting service. She told me its the bar area and had nothing to do with her. I walked out. For a Flames playoff hockey game, which they were showing, youd think theyd care about providing service. They dont.
I want to like this place so badly but John just completely ruins the place for me. Ive given this place 3 tries and Ive unfortunately had negative encounters with him Every. Single. Time. He is so incredibly rude. I felt really bad for the other bartender who had to laugh off that hes just "not a people person." Next time I feel like having a drink Ill poke my head in but If Johns there Im walking right out the door. A bartender needs to be a people person. With an attitude like that get a job as a truck driver or something solitary.
We sooooo loved this bar!! If we move to Seattle this will be dangerous to live near as we would absolutely be regulars!!Daniel was an awesome bartender and so many of the regulars were so friendly. We all had some laughs and many good drinks! Thanks again for the awesome service Daniel, cheers!
Local pub in the heart of Belltown. Decent beer selection and tasty bar food. Wings were really good. Try the chipotle dip. Mac n cheese burger, need I say more!
Got the Jucy Lucy and the Bacon Mac and Cheeseburger! Both burgers were phenomenal! The fries and tots were just as good! Highly recommend this spot if youre craving a solid burger and fries! The prices on the Google menu pic are older I think? I went recently and it was 3-4$ more for each item. Just keep that in mind. Still totally worth the buy! Enjoy!!!
My partner and I walked into this place to use the RESTROOM but decided to get something quick to eat and OMG I AM SO GLAD THAT WE DID. The steak was the SOFTEST steak Ive ever eaten in my life. I could cut it with a FORK with how tender it was. Amazing wings 🤤🤤 and cheese curds. Im a tourist here and I gotta say for the prices in Seattle its not bad at all and the food is seriously the bomb. Best steak on earth I swear. Im the pickiest restaurant chooser ever but I highly highly highly recommend this place.
Sweet sports bar. Good food, good desserts great drinks, awesome environment for sports
Had a great time here! Amazing food, great service, and fun atmosphere! Definitely coming here again when I visit Seattle next.
Buckleys is the best! Im a regular here. You need to try the fries. Super crispy. The staff here is excellent. Even when its busy they are quick to serve. Sports are always on and you can ask to have your team on if a tv is available.
Great sports bar with a local neighborhood feel. They have a lot of team flags hanging all over the ceiling and TVs everywhere. We went to watch a college football conference championship game, and it was pretty full. Bar staff was friendly, and the drinks were good enough (well mixers were a bit small, but the Bloody Mary was spicy and loaded with extras). Everything we ordered was all good bar food - fall off the bone ribs, sweet potato fries, hummus with pita & veggies, and nachos (sorry for the picture quality - must’ve had a few drinks by then). Would go back for another game and would recommend!
Great place, great service. Fish and chips were excellent, so was BBQ burger. Tip: Mac n cheese can serve 2. But boy is it creamy good. TVs at the table for watching sports. Perfect.
Above average sports bar - well worth its average downtown prices! Was waiting for a show to start across town and needed some food with wifi, boy was i pleasantly surprised. My husband and i split the bbq chicken salad with a side of garlic tots and were both stuffed by the end. Lovely Heidi B provided excellent service, around often yet never pestering. Delicious food, fantastic friendly service - definitely recomend and will certainly be back.
We came here after a night of bar hopping for some drinks and munchies.Let me tell you the food hit the spot! We ordered fries, sweet potato tots, and sliders. Everything was delicious and the portions are huge!I’ll be back. The downside is the waitress wouldn’t take our food order for some reason. So we asked someone else.
This is the place to watch sports, eat good food and have a beer. Even though the place was packed we had excellent service from everyone. I would say the ribs are one of the best things from the menu. For sure will be coming back to it
We arrived around 8:30ish for dinner. Fast and friendly service. Food was great! The environment has a bit of a college or sports feel to it. Overall, good experience! Happy hour starts at 9pm!
When travelling for work, I never eat at the same place twice. I ate here twice. Great local beer, bbq burger and insane fish & chips. Located in Belltown makes sure that the food stays consistent, given the competition. Bonus ... being from the Boston area, they even had on the Sox!
