Good place to visit for an evening walk around the city.

I really loved the small Restaurants next to the Sea. Though you must use a Credit card or visa card but would advice Norwegien Krone for Shopping in small Shops as some might not take International credit cards,.visa cards or even Euros

Lovely view and plenty of options to relax and have a nice meal or dessert.

Great place for dinner or beer with friends and resting after work as well. Many bars and restaurants around with the amazing view on the bay and city. Highly recommended during your stay in Tonsberg.

Very nice but little noisy:)

A short stroll from the wharf youll find a full-scale replica of the Saga Oseberg ship moored in the harbour. It was built to the original specifications using only tools available during the Viking era. Sadly you cant take a ride in it, as the boat is only taken out of its mooring for special events.

Beautiful winter sunshine on the colourful buildings really brightened my day.Icy patterns on the water were awesome, so grateful to have a healthy body and sight to enjoy the scenery.

On a sunny day, you can never beat this place. Lots of people to sit and watch while youre enjoying a meal at one of the many places along the jetty. Short distances to other places to visit, some historical. Park your car and have a great stroll.

Be transported to another time where vikings ruled the earth. Quaint shipping village steeped in history and heritage. Dont think is really where Thor spent his human days but one can dream

If you are just up for a stroll or a place for good meal, you find it here.. You have everyting from seafood to the classic steak. At the end you have a kiosk with fast food and good ice cream. And of course at the oposite end you have the viking ships docked for a glimps in too the norwegian historie. Enjoy.

There is a lot of restaurants and cafés, and the viking ships are so accessable which is really cool in my opinion.

Such a historic town. The Viking ships are great. Easy relaxing train ride from Oslo. Good food on the waterfront. From here check out the old church and wallpaper factory in Valle then proceed down the coast to The End of the World! Good sunny warm weather too...Even when its rainy in Oslo.

Tonsberg is a beautiful town on the Oslo fjord. Many nice restaurants and bars along the Quay.

Great selection of places to eat and drink! Especially nice during the summer! Can be quite crowded, but youll usually find somewhere to eat at at least one of the restaurants.
