Brutto Restaurant in San Miguelito

My duck was unexpectedly sweet and mostly from the drumstick as opposed to breast meat.Our group needed to have separate checks, it was a discussion.We asked for drinks, some came with our entrees, some at dessert.Its impossible to have a conversation its so loud.

We had a registered, professionally trained service animal required by the owner for health reasons, showed the credentials, and would not be seated. Dont support this establishment.

Loved the atmosphere, food & service. The spacey tuna was incredible. And the oreo nutella dessert out of this world. Would definitely come back!

Tries hard, but lacking. The portions are small, prices are high, and of the half dozen dishes we tried nothing stood out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.Me and my husband had our American Express make a reservation at this restaurant.We were greeted very poorly upon arrival, we were not given a table (they tried to put us at a small table that the seats were wet, another couple told us.)They continued to tell us that this table with wet seats was our table and if we did not sit there then we would not have a table.The manager was very uneducated and absolutely disrespectful to us.We left on a Friday night after having a reservation without eating.Please save you time and go to a nicer restaurant.

The service is poor, food is ok, although they try to fix the issue not charging a couple of orders, this is not worth the money, or the poor experience, I will not recommend, or back for a second chance!!

Food: 5 starsService: 1 star (just because of the waiter who was the only kind soul in the area).Its quiet a disappointment to have a brilliant and delightful experience till the bill comes. Food was amazing (except for the dessert), the DJ who was playing did a great fine job and then the bill came to ruin the night.We got an item in it which was wrongly processed (showed as full rack instead of halfand we kindly ask for it to be amended. To our surprise the supervisor showed up in our table to let us know that there was nothing to do so either we pay or we pay. We explain several times that it was wrong and when we decided to settle the bill by cash without the extra charge mistakenly added, he lost it and throw the bill on the table. The rudeness of the supervisor is something we have never seen before.Brutto is a great place with an amazing cuisine but this particular person might need some extra training about how to treat not only customers but how to treat people.

We called them to reserve a table for two and they said the reservation will be attended by order of arrival. Then we arrived there like 6pm (from a looong wayand it was nearly 100% empty and they said they can not let us in without reservation. Though we said that you are not reserving today, they didnt let us in. Very rude and disorganised people who do not care about the guests at all!!

Extremely attentive service and wonderfully crafted cocktails and bites. We are visiting Panama for a month and this is exactly the type of experience we were looking for: something elevated, special and unique to anything else we’ve ever tried. we got a truffle mezcal cocktail and sushi rolls unlike anything we have ever tasted before - all delicious!! Absolutely loved this dining experience.

One of the best places to eat in Panama City, Panama. I have followed them in Instagram and I was fascinated by their dishes and presentation. So during my stay in Panama City, I looked them up and I was not disappointed. The service and food are phenomenal, as well as their drinks. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent food. Great service. My wife and I are loyal customers of all the restaurants of the group: Brutto, Bruttito, Wahaka, Lucca, Azahar. Yesterday night was wonderful at Brutto.

Easily the best restaurant in all of Panama city, prices are reasonable compared to the high quality of food and service. Everything is very unique and very tasty. You soon will begin to feel like you wasted money in any other restaurant when for the same price you can enjoy a meal 10x better in flavor than the average. Try this place before you eat anywhere else.

Just look at how beautiful this food is. This place is magical. Everything on the menu was created with imagination and passion. It’s not just beautiful but also delicious. The ambience is also great for dinner parties or dates. One of my favorite spots in Panama.

Food was good but choices for vegetarian food are bit limited. My husband was wearing shorts so we were asked to sit in outside area but there is one fan behind a pillar for the whole area. It was really uncomfortable sitting outside. Enjoying food while sweating is not my idea of fun evening.

Excellent restaurant!!! We enjoyed our cocktails and all the food. The mini tacos were indeed mini and tasked very good. The Menu is Varied so plenty of choice for everyone.We were seated outside and had a very nice and attentive waiter.If you want to sit inside don’t wear shorts :)

The scene is hip and the restaurant decoration is outstanding. The food quality varies greatly between plates and some flavors dont seem to match.

It is a very nice place, good attention. The food was first time pretty good, only the main food was not like I expected. We had different Risotto and I guess he was cooked before, the mushroom came out to dry and the cheese in the risotto was to heavy.

Plain decor. Unusual location - on the ground floor of a residential building. Rich, cloying food mostly. Highly disorganized service. Poor wait staff - had to ask for help over and over, even for water. Really a disappointment!

Great menu! Everything was delicious. Enjoyed the Cochinilla (suckling pig). Crispy skin, very tender and moist meat.

Wouldnt recomend it, food to expensive for the serving size, and wasnt that good, parking is by valet only, the music was so loud that several people asked to be lower and they didnt saying it was because the music was live, waiter attention and knowledge of the food wasnt as expected

Out of like 8 dishes we ordered, I’ll say 3 were very good: tuna tacos, Daniel San maki, and coliflower. The rest were average.Pizza was not crispy/hot enough. Rock shrimp tempura buns were not that good, the flavor was not on point. Other makis were good, but nothing outstanding.Would like to come back to try other dishes.Music too loud, but overall ambience was good.The place itself is very cool.Excellent service!

Outstanding food and service! The place is so beautiful!!!! Everything you order is great! My suggestions try the tuna tacos, the KFC, the octopus is great as well... and as main course try the cochinillo or the white fish of the day!!! Regarding desserts go somewhere else... none of the desserts have been WAO according to me.

Food is really good, very varied options with an extensive menu that includes different kinds of cuisine.The most interesting part is that there are a lot of plates on smaller portions for you pick a couple or more so to taste different combinations, we tested the white tuna, tuna tacos, sweet sour cauliflower, steak tartar and they were all great but the onion soup dumplings are simply amazing.They offer a big selection of drinks and cocktails too.

Food is delicious, attention was incredible. All the recommendations were perfect. From drinks to dessert, great place to have a lovely time with great food, music and drinks.
