This local ice cream shop was delicious with its superior quality! However, the service to order was super slow and the cashier wasnt friendly.

Service was a little slow, but great job with the ice cream!

Been doing Brusters for years and this is the only one that does not allow you to do different choices of ice cream on Thursdays that I have seen

What a dive run by a bunch of 10 year old girls.The server in my line just decided to go on break when it was my turn to order so I waited and waited and waited then a party of 10 showes up then the other window opens and started taking there order when they clearly seen me and my wife there. Also there too lazy to open and close the ice cream doors when they serve so they just leave them all open and the ice cream and flys are all melted. This place wont be there long.

went on Sunday night 7/10 to get ice cream . stood at the window 5 minutes with no one waiting on me even though there was several employees inside. ending up leaving and buying ice cream at the grocery store. service has always been poor at this location. would not go back. Titusville needs a good ice cream location not this one.

I went to the drive-through a Brewsters on highway 50 at about 5 oclock PM. I ordered a 1/2 a gallon of butter pecan and a 1/2 a gallon of chocolate and a pint of vanilla.The girl told us that we could not get a 1/2 gallon only pint.When asked why we couldnt get a 1/2 gallon she said they were too busy and understaffed. She never even asked if we wanted to wait and there was nobody else in the drive-through.

For 3 weeks no French fries. First the fryer was broken. Then they changed the excuse saying the oil was brown.Really? Shame in you

Stopped by with the family at 4:40 on Thursday. Lights were on, couldnt get staff to the window or to answer the drive thru..... I think if I were on the recieving end of this review I might be at my establishment pronto to see what my employees were doing, But it sure isnt serving ice cream.

They either dont have what you want, their deep fryer is down or something. Today they had run run out of French Fries! Ugh!!!

This location is a joke. It is run by high schoolers without customer service skills and no management to be found. They are constantly out of items or their menu is out of date, and they don’t keep the basics ready to go like hot fudge. And conveniently whenever we have a reward on the app to use their “wifi is down” and they refuse to honor it. The ice cream itself is good but way over priced, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

The ice cream is 5 star. I give the kids operating the place 3 stars.

Over priced ,and nothing special..6 bucks for 1 scoop sundae with more whipped cream than ice cream .. cant and wouldnt recommend..sorry Brusters.

Oh those cones melt in your 👄 never had a cone like that and of course the ice cream is just as special that I had to pile high different flavors. No deciding on one flavor there!!!!!!

Unfortunately the last 3 attempts to buy from here were unsuccessful, as each time we have been told that they were all out of blasts…all 3 times (in the evenings & weeks apart). It’s not honest when you have a product on your menu but never have it available. To Sonics we go then!

8.00 for a small hot fudge sundae is crazy high. When I questioned it they had charged an extra 1.00 for a few nuts. Good icecream just overpriced

Fire the kids working here. They throwing utensils and lied to me about the size they gave me charged me for regular like I asked and gave me a small.. after I asked for regular. They asked me to repeat my order 3 times STILL GOT IT WRONG AND MADE ME PAY MORE. 0 STAR

The hot dogs and corn dogs were so juicy and good, fries were a little dark and kind of burned but I must say this place desperately needs some Red Paint for the benches and walls.There was this old sign were kids could measure thier height and it looked so old and worn out by the sun & weather (and probably time as wellA little red, yellow and brown paint and a few cans of red spray paint could do wonders for this place. It just needs some TLC.

Great ice cream. Enjoyed Brusters both times Ive been there.

Great flavor nice helpful emloyeesThis location however needs some real up grades and cleaning. Lights dont work well on drive thru plus very difficult to read the sign. Makes you wonder how the interior is kept.

I dont go there much theyre rather expensive but they have delicious ice cream. When you want the best your going to pay for it

After being completely disappointed with a "malt" shake to the moonlight diner that I threw away I slipped into here. Had a brilliant young man who was so friendly and extremely polite make me a proper Malt as requested. It was delicious!! Medium looked like a large!! 👀 loved it. And impressed with the service. 5 stars!!!

Great place to get a chilled treat. Large selection of flavors. Creamy, flavourful melt in you mouth delicious Ice creams.

We go to winter springs and Titusville locations and like both. The staff at both are friendly and make sure they get order right. The hot dogs are yummy and ice cream 🌭🌭🍦🍦 we like to sit in parking lot it is very nice

Went here to get their Hot Fudge Brownie. For the price I was disappointed. I got the banana flavor (2/5which was very bad. Their death by chocolate was good (4/5). But the brownie was ok. May be my combination of ice cream was bad but overall the experience was ok. The staff were polite and friendly. They have a drive through and there is parking as well.

Ice cream great and large scoops! Service was also great. Took one star off for HORRIBLE table in gazebo outdoor. The table has a 1/4" thick layer of mold and is beyond gross. A filling of bleach and a scrub brush or an afternoon with a pressure cleaner would make it delightful, not disgusting.

Pretty shocked how horrible the service is here and the fact that they don’t even care about how horrible it is makes it even worse. We took our family for ice cream after dinner, waited 10 minutes outside the window while there were 3 girls in there on their phones yelling at one another. When we finally finished ordering she said are you done? Then we waited another 10 minutes for us to get 4 ice cream cones. Extremely slow service. There were people in line behind us for 20 plus minutes or so before they were even helped. They just seemed miserable. Either train your staff or let them go because I would be embarrassed.

I went late one evening to get some ice cream for me and the Wife, unfortunately they were out of many of the ingredients so they were pretty short on flavors. The employees were very apologetic even though it was not their fault. What we got was still great, and I will return in hopes of more flavors to try!

Great ice cream. Flavor sign is hard to find and when you say youre open until 9:30pm dont close at 9pm. For those like myself that thought they were opened and drove there arrived at 9pm and they were closed...But the ice cream is excellent.

Food is always good! Later in the evening though, they do seem to run out of 25% of their ice cream flavors (at least when I am there).

Service was great. Poor guys was all by himself and still had a great attitude! My oreos in my blast were stale but other than that good ice cream

I had a chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream. They dont list malts on the menu, so be sure to ask. It was delicious, and I sample malts everywhere I go. The small size was at least 12 ounces for $5 and change. I will be back!

One ice cream cone regular size cost over $5 It was dripping , very sloppy and tasted like grease! No napkins in site! Will not be back there!

Went for the first time with my family on Saturday night. The young man that helped us was very cordial, professional, friendly and informative. He explained with enthusiasm that they make their ice cream fresh every morning. There is a huge selection and after a few suggestions from the young man we ordered the Cookie Dough Blast and the Hot Fudge Sundae. The flavors were great and they do not skimp out on toppings! There was plenty of Cookie Dough in the blast and plenty of Hot Fudge and toppings on the Sundae! Definitely glad we found this gem and can’t wait to go back! Keep up the good work!

We were the only car at the drive thru. Ordered a couple hot dogs and two orders of fries. Fries were very greasy. Most likely from redropping old fries and possibly fryer oil was old cause grease was very dark. And waited a rediculous 15 minutes plus for order. When I asked the employee if he was there by himself he said oh no there are other workers here. I could maybe understand the 15 minute wait if he was completely by himself but not being by himself and having several employees to help 15 minutes is unacceptable

TIthe ice cream was great and reasonably priced. The only downside was the wait. It took 30 monites to get two cones of ice cream, through the drive through after ordering. I can only give 3 stars as the wait was too long.

Im not sure why this is a highly rated ice cream shop, I think it may be because its the only one in the area so people dont know what their missing but this was my second time coming here and it wasnt any better then my first. On my first visit I got a plain vanilla cup. It left a sour taste in my mouth after a few bites. Not necessarily rotten milk but more like sour cream. Fast forward 10 months we are back in the area and decide to give this place another try . I get the banana ice cream and my husband got the butterscotch shake. I eat a few bites and again tastes like sour cream with bananas. I thought maybe its just me but my husband said his also tastes like sour cream. We threw them out . I guess its just a matter of opinion and maybe just us because were used to certain flavors buy I can honestly say we will never be back again. Their ice cream recipe is just not one we care for. Try it for yourself but if you live in a different area and have a good ice cream shop locally this is going to be sub par for you.

The ice cream was good, we sat in the gazebo and was surprised at how it looked. I have noticed a lot of businesses have taken advantage of the pandemic and made changes and improved their businesses. It was sad to see the shape of it.

The strawberry shortcake was delicious and it was big enough for two people. Death by chocolate was ok. They have so many flavors to choose from, I will definitely be going back.

We usually go to the Brusters in Palm Bay and are camping up in Titusville decided to check this one out. We should have gone to the ice cream shop closer to where we are because this was not anywhere near the product we enjoy in Palm Bay. Our wait was not long which is not usual in Palm Bay, they always have a line through drive thru and walk up! First we were hit with No waffle cones! That was fine, we went with a couple of bowls. But the icecream? Not sure what was wrong. 5 or 8 spoonfuls in and in the trash it went. Grainy and not creamy, left a film of sorts on spoon that was also grainy and stuck to the spoon. Almost as though thawed and then refrozen and maybe remixed. Not sure. But if you have ever had their chocolate raspberry truffle you would know i eat every last drop. Not tonight and we wont be back. Worth every expensive penny in Palm Bay, not worth a penny here. Really sad.

I dont actually know how how good anything is because we never got that far. We went recently with a group of 12 people 30 minutes before closing. We waited for about 10 minutes with no service. Finally someone said they would be right with us. We stood there for another 10 to 15 minutes right before closing and never got served so we left and when to sonic. This would have been my first time and now that wont happen because I dont have any interest in going back.

Good ice cream and friendly service.

Its a great place with amazing ice-cream and spectacular food from Nathans. Me and my little brother go there a lot and everytime we leave with a smile. He cant seem to set it down lol.

Best Ice cream and large varity of flavors. And they offer a free doggie scoop.

Very good ice cream, friendly service but would love to have a large overhang over the order/seating area.

Its a little pricey, but the portions are large. The Banana Split with chocolate ice cream was very good.
