Bruno's Bar Restaurant in Gibraltar

I would not recommend eating here. Ordered a burger. The bun fell apart, the meat was dry, bacon too salty and overcooked, fries oversalted. Both fries had a slight taste of some chemicals. Whoever cooked it must not be in catering business.

Nice food in friendly waiters and great prices. Get childrens food for free before 7!Had a great dinner with prosecco for a very decent price!

Great place for drinks. Happy hour from 4 to 7, a great place to start if you want to get on it. Staff are friendly, prices reasonable and the two for one cocktails.... sensational

Ordered a Sunday Roast by delivery and every part of it was utterly delicious, looking forward to going to the venue and trying out the other meats available!Highly recommend!

EXCESSIVE NOISE.After enduring loud music until after 3am this morning we now have at 4pm on a SUNDAY more extreme loud music causing misery for all residents nearby. We can’t even sit on our own balconies or open our windows. Why cant your volume just be adequate for your customers! Please be reasonable.

I normally dont order salad because it can be boring. But this wasnt an average salad - it was Rotisserie chicken ceasar salad and it was really good! Well seasoned, not sure if the croutons were made of foccacia but they were tasty. Salad was an even mix of meat, bread, leaves, dressing and cheese - perfect for a hot day :my friend ordered fish and chips and apparently that was good too! Couldnt taste the alcohol in the cocktails tho...

Food was all good, service as well, fully recommended.

Young man said they were closed .. I went to bar and asked .. said no it’s ok . Last orders 10.30 pm this was 9.50pm . I felt victimised as being over 60. I reckon he was ageist.. other staff said no you are welcome. I told them he said you were closed. They were very apologetic. Come here for years but this annoyed me . Good job other waiters were lovely. He was the youngest here . Needs training. Bad for business. We then spent lots on cocktails. But could have walked off

Saturday nights are fab. Great choice of drinks. Good music and it doesnt get too full as they monitor how many are in. Believe it does food but never eaten here. Separate area for birthday party etc.

Security were very supportive and guided us in and out due to being in a wheel chair. Thank you for a pleasent experience 💕

Beautiful food and great service, the duck salad was fabulous and the almond tart was delicious. The waitress was extremely attentive. We are going back on Friday.

Decent food and staff, always a buzz about the place, Brunos is what it is and does it well.

Restaurant was very nice, but the meat was like a shoe sole 😂 Mind you, that was years ago, I never went back since for that reason 😔

Been a few years since Ive visited here! Food was good back then and it still is and its at a reasonable price. Worth a visit and its location is at the Ocean Village.

Sept21. New ownership apparently. Seems much quieter than before covid.Fish and chips was good, mint in the mushy peas was nice.spice on the fajitas was a bit odd, tasted Indian.Still nice and cool on a hot day.

Again friendly staff , great atmosphere, clean and tidy, what else you want x

Really good food for a decent price. Went there almost everyday during our stay in Gibraltar cos the food was good value for money. The deal on the half-chicken is such a great steal! Adrian (one of the waiterswas also very nice!

R.I.P. Brunos...! Sorry to say that the good ole days are finished! Cocktails that were previously £5.95 for two, with a choice of 30 or more different ones, are now down to a list of maybe 10...a few for £7.95, a few at £8.95 and a few at £9.95! And no happy hour on Friday and Saturday...very sad! 🤨

Brunos is a great place to spend a good time with all the family or friends. You can have a lot of differents types of food and drinks.Its 2-4-1 on all coctails, all day, all night, everyday. Also they have happy hour everyday (from 5-7except fridays.Their staff is amazing and theyre always pleased to help you with everything you need and give you the best of the experiences at Brunos.So I recommend Brunos and I wont lie if I said that its probably the best restaurant at Gibraltar.

Really nice restaurant with great outdoor seating options. We went to here for a birthday meal and everyone enjoyed it. They have really nice food and options to change some to suit dietary requirements. They also serve really nice cocktails, which are 2 for 1 on most days/evenings or at least whilst we were there. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly throughout too, would certainly recommend to anyone in the area, especially groups as they cater to all and do it well.

Nice, decently priced bar. Always 2 for 1 on cocktails, but theyve upped the price from £5 to £7 in the last year. Still, not bad value for money - the quintessential drinking spot in Gibraltar

Food was amazing after a long day in Gibraltar. Ordered loaded potato skins, cheese dip (name started with a “p”). Red chicken curry, carbonara and ribeye were good. The fish and chips, liver pate were passable.

Sunday roast very good value.Meat cut well. Nice fresh vegetables, not overcooked, and all the trimmings.Excellent gravy. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this meal for only £8.95.

Always busy Ocean Village stalwart serving 2-4-1 cocktails all day with a grill menu and a pounding soundtrack on an Americana decor. Bag a waterfront sofa if you can get one. Attractive prices. Open till at least midnight every night. Good group alternative to the quieter couples cocktail bars on the quays

Food is excellent. The waiters are not very enthusiastic, that was on a sunday. And on tuesday after happy hour (so it wasnt busy at allwe just got ignored forma ages. Loads of staff, but just doing things and not paying atention to the customers.La comida excelente. Los camareros de la mesa tienen un pase, pero los de la barra estaban ordenando, limpiando...y nos ignoraron completamente. Parecían muy atentos a todo menos a los clientes.

This place is the work of something mischievous! Every night was different. Its a great starting place if youre on holiday. Then you can end up there too is you dont go i to Dusk. It kept me entertained for two months. Plus its cheap as chips. Enjoy

First time here as it was recommend by a friend in Gibraltar. Staff are really friendly, when we went in it was very quiet for the time of year and day. We did have to wait a little bit for our food and so did the other tables however, the food was well worth the wait. We were hear in the day and I can see it being a very good spot for the evening and night. Toilets are limited so there would be a wait when its busy.

Shouts out American diner for me. And being inside Id say it isnt somewhere to go for food (there was a wedding after party going on when I went though!). Outside space is lovely for food.That said, the food is good stuff and there is a decent menu.Come before 6 or 7pm and itll be quieter for food, otherwise its pretty loud and busy and better for drinks then.

I like the location here with choices of inside and outside seating. You also get different vibes day through to night. They do good cocktails and usually have different deals. They have cider on tap which is my main draw. The food is varied and Ive had good food here. They dont rush you out like some places. Even happy for a solo to take a table. Some places Ive been they want you to sit at the bar if youre on your own

very lively pub, gets busy at happy hour, music and chatter. Food was good, fillet steak cooked to perfection and priced well. Lovely setting by the water with beautiful flower boxes and palms.. Staff busy, but attentive.

Our second holiday here in Gibraltar. Insisted to the wife that we visit Brunos again. OMG this place is fabulous ! The food would put most Michelin starred restaurants to shame... its not pretentious but tastes amazing and they dont skimp on the portions. Gonna come back tomorrow.. (and the day after I hope !).

A great bar which is situated in Ocean Village. We sat outside on the sofas until about 2am on our first night with a great service from two of the bar staff. Drinks were cheap and cocktails were 2-4-1 at all times. A comfortable bar with music and both inside and outside seating areas. We came back here several times during our stay.

Me and my wife had our Wedding reception here as we didnt get responses from the places we originally wanted. We are so glad we didnt as the staff here were nothing short of Exceptional. We only had a small party of 19 but with a 3 course meal numerous bottles of wine and other drinks we paid well under £600 for the lot. Everything was done to make our day amazing. We have also come back most days for food and drinks as it is fantastic. Thank you all for adding to our magical day. The only criticism I have is we have to leave. Thank you again Mr and Mrs Smith .

Great atmosphere, massive choice of drinks and food, good tasty food, large portions too

Happy food and happy staff. Reasonably priced, not fine dining but wholesome hearty grub. Large external terrace, perfectly positioned on the marina boardwalk. Big internal restaurant good for events large social gatherings or smaller family parties. Happy hour 6 nights a week, the only way forward is Brunos

Nice bar to chill at if you looking to have a drink with music outside. My family also had a meal and every one was a good size and very enjoyable. The staff are friendly and looked after us well. 30th October.
