I came in tonight stressed with work to do, after a long hard day.Whitney my server was impeccable, I have really not had such amazing service many place in my life!I left full, relaxed and up to date on my work! I’ll be back and asking for Whitney again.5 stars are not enough she deserves a 10!!

Had the best experience at browns ever at this location recently my server was martina and she was so good! Will be back at this browns. Hopefully everyone is as good as martina or I get her next time!

Visited on the 14th for someones Birthday :Very tasty and great service! Definately going back.

Food was decent but waitress was fantastic and dealt with our table of 8 so well, we all agreed that Martina was fantastic at her job. Will be back :)

Food is decent and trendy, not spectacular, but pretty good. Extraordinarily overpriced, small portions. Great service, staff is great, and they are one of those places that deliberately hires only attractive young women, so you know the crowd its aiming to attract.

The staff were very friendly and drinks and food arrived quickly. Best of all everything we had tasted delicious and was well presented. The only negative was that the music was just a little too loud, as it was difficult to hear the server. Still worthy of 5 stars however.

Good food and exceptional service. Never looking for your server as they are always checking in or doing fly-byes.

Taylor the host was amazing!! The sweetest thing ever, and Whitney was my server and she provided me the most incredible service, so professional, fast and such a fun time, I always ask for her section she’s amazing! Love coming to browns for the great staff

The patio is my favourite place to sit in the city, the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is excellent at their jobs. It is always delicious and absolutely worth the money.

Overpriced in my opinion, but the food was good. Where we were seated there were alot of flies, also alot of groups bringing in multiple small children. Was not expecting that for this kind of place.The Bellini I had was absolutely delicious.

If I could give zero stars I would.I brought my 12 year old son for his birthday dinner here, and ordered a gourmet of food. Ordered a fully loaded nachos only to receive a completely naked plate of Nachos with literally nothing on it. Naturally I went to complain to my server in private and did so. A few minutes later the manager brought me my bill and told me to leave? Didnt even ask what the problem was or anything. Appalling. Terrible customer service, VERY undertrained managers, under trained servers and cooks who clearly have no idea what they are doing. Would never recommend anyone ever eat here. There is cactus club couple blocks away. Go there.

Visiting from Washington State and I’m glad I found this restaurant! The service was excellent, both host and server. The Long Island was delicious, I ordered two, and the steak and pasta were great. The price was a little up there but with a great service, it was worth it!

Went in on Wednesday and got terribly sick come Thursday. Days of tests in the hospital since Thursday. Turns out I contacted Salmonella from eating there. It is hard and painful for me as of today. I will not go back there because of this.We had horrible service, I ordered the classic wings and French Dip with fries.

Came here with my parents tonight. Had a great server and a good meal. Didnt end up catching the servers name but the check said "23". My dad said it was the best Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad hes had in years.

Lexi was a very happy competent server! Food was hot and we didnt wait for long for food to be served or getting a second round of drinks

Sat at the bar. Very friendly service. Must say Whitney (bartenderkeeps a very clean bar. Food was great. Had spicy tuna roll and cauliflower bites. Overall experience was great and we will definitely be back soon!

No details because did not get any waitress to realize we were there. Terrible young woman seated us and never returned. Sat for 15 minutes in a fairly empty place on a May long weekend Sunday at 4 pm. So should be no excuse.Simple reason is bad bad workers. Too bad, Browns is my fav in other cities. Left coast work ethic shown on full display here. Shame On you ladies. Lucky I am not the owner or I would fire you all.

Terrible Service!Actually I should say “NO SERVICE!”We were seated & either the hostess never told the waitress we were there or the waitress couldn’t be bothered even coming to greet us. We sat there waiting for at least 15 minutes without even being greeted by a waitress.Another couple at a table nearby had empty glasses & seemed to be looking around looking for the waitress.The waitress we could see was super busy spending her time with a trio of young men helping them make their selections from the menu. Meanwhile we still haven’t even had a waitress at our table.We got fed up & walked out!We pass the hostess & she says “take care” without a clue that she had sat us & that we had not received any service & no inquiry as to why we were leaving. No inquiry if there was a problem.Service staff are completely useless.

Wow. Sheer perfection. Bright, upbeat seating host. Got fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and it was divine. Lexy, wait staff is charismatic, engaging, and skilled. The food? Brain blown. Steak frites!! Cooked perfectly with cajun garlic butter. The coleslaw, delicious. And the fresh cut fries crispy and full of flavour. Overall marvelous experience, highly recommend!

Friendly staff and excellent service. Food was fresh, hot and flavourful.The menu was quite broad and will have to come back for brunch another time.

We went for dinner today. We had a really good time. Our server, Kerys provided the best service. Very polite and super kind. We requested our ramen bowl to be re-done because we felt the ramen was over cooked first time. Kitchen staff was very kind to redo it happily. The second bowl was perfectttt. Thank you all the staff.

Food and beer was amazing.. server was great, but what topped it was my friend forgot her purse and the server chased us till starbucks across the street to return her purse.... thats customer service at its best

Friendly staff even through a period of extreme numbers. Great atmosphere. Good food. A must for any person that wants to try something new or become regulars.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Nanaimo Brown’s Social house! My server Lexy was so attending to my family and made my experience very personal… it felt like I had known her for forever! I’m very please with my service and food, I will for sure be back soon!

Had the happy hour specials and was impressed by the selection. Tried the parmesan fries, run a roll, gyoza, and fried pickles and chicken. All of the items I tried were very tasty! The service was delightful and quick! The lighting was incredibly nice too.

Went out tonight and had one of the best dining experiences Ive ever had. Jenna looked after us. She was super friendly and took great care of us. Already made a reservation to come back and see her again!

Our servers name was Taylor and she was AMAZING!!!! We have never had so much fun and felt so at home at any other restaurant. Such a great vibe. The food and wine was also great!Thank you! 🤘🤘🤘😊😊😊

I have never yet experience eating but their delivery sucks! Always take precious minutes of waiting. They should have atleast adjust their pickup time.

Really disappointed with our meals tonight. I ordered the southwest chicken bowl with extra feta. Maybe the order was wrong or I did not tip enough ( on a pick up orderbecause I got not one single piece of feta. My husband ordered some spicy beef bowl with extra meat and he got maybe 7 pieces in total. The bowls are tiny and half empty and each meal was over 20.00 a piece.. Its to expensive to waste money so I recommend people try the noodle box next door. Its half the price, tastes just as good and you get enough food to be full.Nobody answers the phone so you cannot talk to a human. So Google review it is. Shame on you Browns Social House! You should be embarrassed. Just because we ordered to go we should get sloppy half portions.

We went to Browns’s tonight after plans for another restaurant that was closing at 8pm. We had a great experience overall that we wanted to share! It’s a Tuesday night, restaurant was prob around half full. We were greeted very promptly by a professionally dressed hostess who was very friendly and seated us right away. Water was offered immediately, we were given menus, and the service was soooo prompt and exceptional. The food was hot, fresh tasting and the bill was brought as soon as we requested it. It was a great save to our night thanks to great staff and a friendly and pleasant server Katie!

The oreo cheesecake was incredible. Take & Bake loaded nachos were delicious, especially the charred tomato salsa. Unfortunately the fries were a huge disappointment as they were $10 and we got maybe a handful of fries, they were for a child who doesnt eat other things like the nachos we ordered so I ended up making him other food as he was still hungry, for that price I would expect more than what we got. Overall we were happy with the quality of the food, the quality needs to be adjusted.

Excellent service and very good taste, natural orange juice, delicious coffee, my steak cooked to perfection. all the staff very friendly, especially Jenna. super helpful and friendly. beyond her service she asks you how your day is and how you feel and encourages you to be happy. It will definitely be one of my favorite places and I highly recommend it.

So... Just so you know... When you order your food to go.. Ask them to cook it? I ordered nachos to go.. . And waited patiently at the door for 35 minutes. Ive had the nachos many times.. They are very good.. But for some odd reason, my order came as you see in the picture.. Not cooked.. 35 minutes, $25.00... Not cooked... What the heck?Its the only reason for the two stars.. I would have tried to call, but you cant actually call and talk to a real human.. So Im stuck with a review for now.

I really enjoyed the food here, I ordered the beef noodle bowl and I was not disappointed! The restaurant itself is very nice, new and modern, especially outside on the patio.

Tonight we had an amaizing experiences in Browns Socialhouse.Food was delicious, speed of service too. Atmosphere of the placed was great, we decided to get a dinner in the middle of our honeymoon and all the staff was so friendly and emphatic with our joy at this moment.We are going back home with our heart full of love and beautiful memories.A big sincere thank you!Alexis and Victoria

Great burger and fast flowing, easy drinking cheap happy hour beer! Will definatly be back again soon. Also great implementation of covid protection protocols and such, we felt very safe and secure the entire time.

Absolutely fantastic food, service and location. Restaurant was bright, modern and clean. Bathrooms were very well done. Nice decor. Lots of plant based options, the bowls are fantastic. Cauliflower bites were very good, so were the yam fries

can always count on fantasticly tasty and classy food with perfect portion sizes, as well as consistently fantastic service. the atmosphere is perfect for big events and dates with the fancy but not overbearring decor, and its never too loud to hear the people at your table.

The waitress was so friendly. There was 8 of us and we all got our food together. The food was amazing. This is my spicy chicken. So good

Love the staff , they are always accommodating to our vegan options requests. The Southwest bowl veganized is a regular for us. Blackened tofu is amazing.

Ahi Tuna Poke bowl is my go to at this place. The staff is great and the ambiance works well for a casual fine dining experience. Really enjoy the lighting here. Give the patio a go it is heated, personally I find the seating out there better for lounging than dining.

Quite delicious and nutritious!The appies were very good and were on happy hour. So were the drinks.The service was excellent. So was the atmosphere.This is a perfect cute date or snacks and drinks location. Would recommend!

Soooooo tasty!! Staff was nice too!! I love their sushi, Korean deep fried chicken and dragon bowl, but wish the rice in dragon bowl can have a little bit more cuz it was a little bit salty without enough rice... but regardless So tasty!!

The only socializing, was all the staff at the end of the bar talking to each other. And Im sitting at the other end of the bar with a perfect view of the dishwashers, like they couldnt put a wall up or figure that out. Waitresses are cute though. Didnt try the food. Is a pass for me to return.

And the food SPOT ON!We were amazing we had seating right away because the entire place was packed. I must say even worth being so very busy the service was still impeccable.I went with friends whom often frequent Browns...they had rave reviews of their own.Im definitely going to return and looking forward to it.
