فالبدايه حاب اشكر الاخوان في الاستقبال الاخ علي والاخ رضا والاخ حماده على حسن استقبالهم ورقي تعاملهم اللذي كان في قمه الاحترام وحسن الضيافه فلهم كل الشكر والتقدير والعرفانبالنسبة لشقق كنظافه فلو كان في اكثر من 5 نجمات كان عطيتهم وقليله في حقهم حتى عمال الفندق جدا متعاونين ايضا المساحه جدا كبيره وممتازهبالنسبه للموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات سوق المزرعه بجنب الفندق ايضا مطعم ماضينا يبعد تقريبا 500 متر عن الفندقباذن الله سوف يكون محل اقامه دائم في جميع زيارتي القادمه للدمام او الخبر 💟🌹🌹🌹

تم الحجز عن طريق بوكينق وعلى اساس متوفر كاويه ملابس ومناشف وغلاية وشبكة وغسالهتفاجأت انو مافي شي احتجت المنشفه ومالقيت شي بالحمام وطلبت المنشفه وجابو حبه وحده واحنا شخصين ثم احتجت اغلي ماء واكتشفت مافي غلاية واطريت اتصل اطلبها ثم جيت بأكوي لبسي وزهقت مش معقوله بجلس ع التيلفون اطلب كل شوي حتى الغساله ماهي موجوده رغم اني حجزت على اساس فيه غساله حتى الشبكه ضعيفه لاتستطيع فتح الواتساب بها عيب عليكم عيب ارتقو الى مستوى الاحترافيه من فضلكم وايضا الارض بلا سجاد جدا بارده على الكبار والاطفال لاتطاق وكل شي قديم مع الاسف في الشقه والحمام به رائحه سيئة المكان متهالك يحتاج تجديد مثل الشقق وليس الفنادق

سيء المصري جدا جداانا حجزت عن طريق بوكنق ويوم وصلت له يقول ماعندي لك حجز !! ليه يقول ماعندي

لن اكرر التجربة .. اسياب الدور الرابع كلها ريح زقاير وانقطعت علينا المويا من الساعه 1 الى 7 الصبح

الموقع جدا جميل لكن الغرف تحتاج إلى صيانه

الفندق موقعه ممتاز ، وسعره مقبول ولكن اثاثه متهالك محتاج لتجديد

للأسف المكان جميل لكن مافيه نظافة نهائياً🌹

Meet and tidy. Good for family and singles

Booked this hotel via Rehlat and they refused to acknowledge our booking reference despite taking the booking fee from our card already. We had to go through numerous calls with Rehlat and had to wait for hours to receive confirmation. We were about to cancel our booking and asked for refund when the manager agreed that we can proceed as they do not have refund policy.When we arrived at the place, there were no amenities included. No towels, drinking water, disposable toothbrush, and soap and shampoo. For a 400/night fee during Eid, this hotel should charge half the price with the kind of service they provide.

Very bad hotel, services also bad.The staff is careless and they don’t want to do their work. They lost my booking and it took them 4+ hrs to fix that.Also it’s 400 per night which is too much for that hotel

A Good hospitality in Dammam

I had to quarantine at bronze hotel, besides the room being clean and tidy, the amenities were no where to be found. For my 3 day stay, there was no internet access, no TV which they claim isnt working in the whole building, no fridge nor microwave. They gave the same cold food everyday which made me order food from outside, thus making my cost double. I wouldnt recommend anyone to quarantine at this place unless they wish to loose their mind.

تجربتي كانت ليله واحده دخلت الساعه ١٢ وطلعت ٢ السعر ممتاز مقابل المكان خذت غرفه وحمام فقط الغرفه جميله السرير مريح المكيف بارد وممتاز الحمام جيد جدا المكان نظيف الاشكاليه الوحيده انو الدولاب يحتاج الى صيانه موظف الاستقبال كان متعاون مصري الجنسيه كان رايق جدا تجربه جميله اكرر على السعر الي دفعته لقيت شي كويس جدا

الاستقبال كان في قمة الذوق التعامل ممتاز الخدمات ممتازه..السيئ بها دورات المياه تحتاج صيانه واهتمام اكثر... الاثاث قديم جداً...الشرفه سيئه للغايه ومقفله...وشكراً للأخت موظفة الاستقبال على تعاملها

I enjoyed this hotels comfortable and beautiful rooms. And this is another favorite hotel. 😊 I will come back here again and I will choose it. Thanks to the receptionist for taking care of us .. 😊

Couldnt stay here because apparently the "singles" section is full and we arent allowed into the family building. Apparently they still live in the stone age.
