Nice and amazing.Never bored going to bromo

I went there with an open trip. In total, it was 6 of us. Since i went there in a rain season, it was rain alot and we missed the sunrise :(But! We waited for around 45minutes and qe can see Bromo clearly. Make sure that you wear not inly one layer clothes and bring your scarf, gloves, sock with you because you will be freezing. When i was there, the temperature was minus 4

Bromo really nice place to visit, but take note this mountain not for hiker… for tourists… cramped 🤭. Expect traffic Jammed on the way down after sunrise

I had a great time here, starting from watching the sunrise, to ascending the crater Rim to witness the active volcano spewing fumes and smelling of sulphur! Amazing experience.

Went there by an open trip tour @bromoproject.id (on instagram). It was worth to join the trip with them. Cost 350k rupiah. They pick you up and deliver you again at your hotel around Malang City and you also get bautifull documentation. The tour guide and jeep driver was helpfull and nice, also a good photographer. The photos was mine, but I got many my own beautifull photos from them just some hours after we back! Try it out^^

Incredible place!!Very nice sunrise and amazing feeling of the power of nature.I wouldnt recommend the 4x4 trip I think is better to walk there. It may take longer but the view is amazing!

Please be Really careful about the entrance fee which costs 315.000 RP although you booked an accommodation the mafia from Java do not care and they will follow you if you refuse entrance.

Although its one of the most visited volcano in Indonesia (maybe the mostand the most crowded, there Are still some view spots that are less visited and offer a very comfortable place to wait the sunrise and the magnificent view on the numerous volcanos. Its expensive by indonesian standards, but the whole local economy is supported by the volcanos tourists. Roads are narrow, there is still too much trash around, but the package sunrise/bromo caldera climb is a must.

So many people choosing bromo for sunrise trip, but last week I enjoyed Sunset trip Bromo, It was a good choice. You dont need to wake up at 1am. Hahaha but you would get the best ever view during the trip.

Definitely one of the most beautiful place ever seen. All the experience was very good starting from the 4x4 tour and ending with the gorgeous visit to the Vulcan.

If you wanna catch the sunrise you have to come early for sure. The place was packed of people, so a bit hard to catch empty space to take a pic. It was sooo freezing up there. There were lot of food sellers too food shops you could sit there to enjoy some foods or even drank warm tea to warm up. They sell scarf, beanie and mittens too if you need them. There were few shops rented jackets too if you need one. The view is of course breathtaking. You should go. And dont forget to wear warm clothes, jackets, beanie, mittens. The wind was so cold.

Bromo it’s very beautiful place in East Java, Indonesia 😭😍 if I have chance, I want to visit here again. But you have to use jeep to arrive this mountain and need almost 2.5 hrs trip. And if the weather it’s good you will see beautiful sunrise.

We can go there at dawn to see the sunrise at Penanjakan. In the morning, Bromo crater can be climbed by foot or renting a horse. If you are a tourist, riding a jeep is the best choice to stroll around Gunung Bromo, Pasir Berbisik and Bukit Teletubbies

try to use trail motorbike if you wanna feel the sensation of bromo. you may explore teletubbies hills and wide whispering sands area. becarefull of deep sand. trust me its worth.it is about 2.329 mdpl and it is tourist friendly since we can climb it to the crater around 250 steps by stairs. which mountain could be climbed easily?

i like the air so much, cold and fresh.even though have to be careful, wearing glasses to avoid blowing sand.overall its the majestic place.

Bromo Mountain are one of a great place to enjoy sunrise. You wont be disappointed, you gonna miss it a lot later on, Im not exaggerated, its a magical place to be loved. See it yourself how fantastic this mountain is. Once, i called this place "home". There is one tree that is is used to be my favourite place to lie down, near by "Teletubies Hills" thats how people call it.NOTE:1. Bring & wear warm clothes if you wanted to go for the sunrise. Ignore it if you love the cold weather.2. Prepare any good snack and some mineral water3. If you ride a motorcycle, prepare raincoat. And be careful if you ride automatic motorcycle.

The bromo crater, the view, surrounding, the air, the people i met were all amazing.To get there it is very best to hook up with local team as the road is not easily drived, many hikes and extreme road. Riding above the jeep on the sand crater is highly recommended to get the best view and experience

Very nice place to visit, very worth driving for 10 hours with motorbike from Bali to Bromo, it was pleasure

I have never seen anything like this. Its a must to visit. You can go with Jeep, horse, walking to reach the crater and the view points. We went by foot to see the sunrise from bromo cater view point. You can walk along the crater, although in the dark its quite challenging. Defo not suitable for kids! Bring mask to cover your mouth as the sulphur is really strong. After the sunrise we descend with horses and visited the semeru view point with jeeps. Starting your trip early will save you from the crowd, and the chance is higher to have clear weather for photos.

Very beautiful place to visit in east java indonesia.The best time to come here is the sunrise moment about 04:00 - 05:00 am.If the weather is clear, we can see 3 mountains clearly with the sunrise as the background. So beautiful.We can reach here by Jeep that we must rent to local people (private car only allowed at some point only, than we must rent Jeep to the view point called “penanjakan 1”).The rental of Jeep is around Rp. 500.000,-. It can pick us up at hotel and take us to the some of bromo mountains beautiful places, such as: penanjakan 1, madakalipura waterfall, padang teletubbies, pasir berbisik, kawah bromo.There are so many hotels in the area, the most famous are: Plataran hotel bromo, lereng bromo hotel, bawangan bromo hotel, bromo camp house.I hope this information can help people knows a little information about bromo mountain.

Magnificent & Majestic Bromo,That was one of my best experiences , Yet is memorable experience .We started climbing at 4:00 am to ensure that we will catch sunrise .It was very cold (definitelyas we were way up above sea level .We took private trip with include Jeep with driver and a guide to show us the way . It was smooth trip however the locals quite disturbing us as they force us to ride the horse which we do not need as we intend to walk and climb as part of the experience .That’s only the bad part . However the rest was amazing trip . The scenery was beautiful , we reach exactly few minutes before sunset .Thought it was crowded but still we manage to find a spot to enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise with out cup of tea .Finally , it was amazing experience and will be our everlasting memories .

STUNNING! Enjoyed everthing about it. Been there twice, both wet and dry season. Dry season is the best with the clear weather, although the wet season would offer a different vibe with the mist.

Beautiful nature! It is so big for the eyes to see. To walk by the edge of an active volcano is not an everyday experience. Amazing. A must-go-see place!

In the dry season (around mid yearyoull feel the maximum cold of the mountain, but you wont find any sea clouds when the sun rises. You need to go in the rainy seasons to see the sea of clouds from above, when the sun rises (the water will evaporate when sun hits the ground creating the fog)

Went on a private tour to Bromo. Loved the 4WD up to the mountain. The guide was so informative and helpful.You can walk or take a horse to ride up to the lookout. It was about a 20 minute ride and a lot of fun. The views were amazing!! At sunrise its cold but worth the time spent for the views and photos. Highly recommend a visit.

Really love the scenery from the hill, so amazing. This place is worth to be visited. The area is still quite clean. There are some souvenir and snack seller even on the top hill. The toilets is also not too difficult to be found. Better use jeep to explore all of this national park area.

great place with beautiful view.Its very cold up there about 9-18 Celsius, so be sure to bring some jackets, beanie, hand gloves and other clothes to warm yourself up. You can also rent jackets but its pretty expensive
