So if you wanna reach to top you must be careful. & bring all Hiking things. Remember to take water. & be safe. Enter fee RM 5 Per person . have car parking. You can easily park your car. After-all Its great👌

Many have said that it is a beginners course. Well, it depends on where you start. There is two ways to the peak. One that is privately managed and the other is the municipal managed park. Needless to say that it is the MPKajang one thats the difficult one. This ones entrance slightly after the private one. Just a few meters after the private enterprise, turn left when you see the large sign. It a common road that leads to the park. Park along the road and walk the tarmac up the hill. Mind you it is pretty steep. In a few minutes you will reach the entrance. The trail is pretty narrow and becomes steep as you go further in. There are clear signage to lead you to the top. The view is fantastic as go hike up. You get to see the horizon with clouds in the morning. There are 3 peaks. At the highest peak, you can either climb the rock or walk around it to the top. Hikers are pretty friendly. You would eventually need to get a permit to hike this hill. Overall it is truly an enjoyable hike up. You can hike further to Gunung Tok Wan and Puncak 18 from the peak of Broga Hill. The height of this Broga Hill is 400m.

Its a really nice place to go if your looking for a quick hike . Clean, well maintained.. ,there are pathways ... Stairs and rope provided for hikers well done for maintaining the place . I suggest you go as early as you can. Packed of hikers during weekends. ❤️ .. 5rm for entrance. Bring. A lot of water. ❤️❤️❤️ Be safe... Stay safe hikers ❤️❤️❤️

Nice experience hiking with friends, hiking level was 3 stars. But if for people that lack of exercise 🤣, might be lil bit hard for them. The hill is easy to find, and theres quite lot of activity to have fun with frens.

Both the free parking provided by government and private parking will linked to the entry of Broga Hill. The paid parking will charge RM5 per person with toilet provided, else will charge RM1 for using their toilet.When entering the hike, there will be an aunty convincing to use their path as it is easier and charge RM10. Just ignore the aunty and walk straight to hike! Around 30-40 minutes to reach the peak and it is just 1.6KM.

This got even worse when there are people coming down, it clashes with those that are going up. If you’re daring enough, there are actually some shortcuts created by different footprints. It could save you some time. It took me around an hour to go up, accounting for the congestion and beginner teammates.Overall, the experience was okay. I preferred something challenging. This would suit most levels of people I would say.

Total only 10 people today. So quiet ! Lallang Hill now became bushes hill. The old road cant see clearly now. The other guy go up by new road direct to the second peak.

This place has a beautiful view and great for sunrise. The hike is around 2 hours the trail is not very difficult but not to be taken lightly if it rains be careful as it gets very slipperyAs for the fees they charge 5Rm per person and you should take the right side trail after paying to avoid paying the other land owner as the hill resides on some private palm tree farm .Stay safe

Been famous as beginner hiking trail....yet I would add beginner with good stamina 🤣🤣🤣A 1.6km hiking trail, clean yet quiet steep and narrow... but there is rope along to assist, however near year end is raining season, hence if rain is quite dangerous I think....so be careful....to remember slow but safe 😊I dy lost my leg🤣🤣🤣 n finally reach the peak !

Great place for all group of hikers! Loved the view next day after rain in the early morning. It’s like heaven on earth to look from the uphill if you hike early. They have 3 hill tops well maintained. Bring your torchlights with you if about to hike in the morning y’all

Amazing hiking area! Climbing up is a bit difficult but coming down was easy. Reaching the summit is worthy it! Dont turn around midway!

There were two paths to take, one of the path is free while the other is not. Ropes were placed throughout most of the hike up. There are a few view points on the way up, each with a different view. Parked at the paid parking area and had to pay RM 5 per person.

Convenient parking area. Private parking has got charges. RM 5 per person. Public parking is available. The trail for hiking is manageable for beginners. 1.7km to reach the peak. At 1.4km there is a 2nd point. Can take good pictures.

Its an easy hike, around an hour hike. Its better to start your hike around 5am, so that you will be able to catch the sunrise and to avoid the swarm of people going up around 730 onward. The entry fees is RM5 per person. There is an ocassional dangerous steps, but other than that, its a good trail for family, kids and beginners.

Beautiful trail that got very dangerous as a storm rolled up when we were about to reach the final spot. There was a passage that was extremely narrow without any guardrails, probably under construction, that made the way back extremely thrilling.

Been here again after 5 years. View is nice, but I feel robbed. Parking charged per head which sounds ridiculous, each person RM5 and they told us after that no need pay anything then. There was another party near the entrance and insisted us to use their trail, just need another RM5, claiming that another one is more dangerous, okay we took the so called dangerous one.After done hiking, backed to that entrance and we got questioned where are our tickets. Wanted to collect entrance fee, but the fence separating two different properties is not maintained. There is no label mentioning which one is paid trail, which one is free one, after getting down from the hill. Daylight robbery, will make report. The fence fell off this morning and that is dangerous for all users, some even nearly scratched by the fallen fence with sharp edges, and hikers are the one moving them away to ensure everyone’s safety. I want to know, is the whole hill owned by the two private parties? I thought the whole hill belongs to government???Well I will never back to here again until proper action taken. There are better hiking/tracking sites around

just follow the rope that build by MAJLIS PERBANDARAN....its very hard to get lost if you follow the rope...its suitable for newbie .. please bear in mind that the rope is your tour guide...im highly recommend newbie to finish the climbing at 2nd hill top(best view..approximely 30-45 minutes(one way)compare to third hill (view is so so..60min(one way))

MPKJ has built a new trail that is free to use (and park at, although by the roadside only). When driving here, do not turn into the plantation parking, as they will charge you to park there. Go down the road another 150m to the official public entrance. Again, do not be scammed by the plantation parking option or the person seated near a separate gate near the start of the trail. Continue down the paved stone path until the trail starts, as there are proper guide ropes and trail markers every few metres.Would be good if MPKJ can light up the public trailhead and stop the private landowner from charging people to use a very dangerous and meandering trail. Was scammed today as the person at the private gate charged RM5 per person just to climb.

The place is not too far from KL can get there in 45 minutes by car, there is a parking that costs 5 RM per person and a further parking about 300m is free. I parked in the first one. There are clean toilet. I reached the entrance after I walked about 250m. Then I reached two ways, on left the old trail which costs another 5RM per person and the new trail which is free. The in-charge lady said the old is easier than the new one. But the lady in the parking said they are most same. I took the new one. It is difficult and some places are very steep but there is a fence with a robe to help hiking safely. Unfortunately, I reached only the first top before 700m from the summit, there are 3 tops. It took 70 minutes to go up and 35 minutes to go down.

Nice hiking trail for beginners but never take for granted. It is quite a tough and steep trail too. Wear appropriate hiking attire and shoes to have a pleasant hike.

A popular hiking route to 3rd hill at 400m offering a good view of the surrounding valley. It is a 1.7 km hike and will take around 90 min, at a slow pace.Parking: if you park under oil palms, the 1st one coming from Kajang, it costs RM5 per head. Note: not per vehicle. You can drive another 300m further down the road to park for free!Entry: at the entrance, you can turn left to the old path through the fence and pay RM5. This route is more gentle. For a bit of challenge and free of charge, go straight, slightly down and then all the way up via the new route. Much steeper but more interesting. Bring a trekking pole to make your hike more comfortable.First stage of the hike is under shades but the 2nd stage is exposed with no tree cover. Advised to wear cap and apply sun cream. Hike early to avoid the scorching heat.If there are many hikers, the scramble up the rock to the 3rd peak can take a while but is worth it. This can be avoided by taking an alternate longer path.I am pleasantly surprised by the rope supports along the new route and the many new benches for resting. The many route markers informing the distance to the 3rd peak is very helpful. Thumbs up!

Simple hill that everyone can go even if you do not have stamina. I saw people brought their parents around 60yo and even their kids below 6yo. Hence, I think this is Suitable for family group exercise hike. No permit is required. Went on Sunday morning around 8am and it was very packed. Heard that this place is quite popular for the local ppl staying nearby. Nice view nice weather! My advise is to go early to avoid the crowds!

Short trekking distance to cover 400m height offers great workout. All 3 peaks offer Breathtaking view. Come early to enjoy sunrise, otherwise be prepared for a sunny hike... Thanks to MPKJ for setting up the ropes, very helpful at steep and slippery section.

Pretty fun hike, not too tiring and can be completed in 2 hours or longer if you stay up to enjoy the view. Quality was considered okay, entry fee rm5 per head. If you don’t like a crowd then don’t go during the weekends

Easy hiking trail, however its quite a long distance walk. Be there early to catch the sunrise.

Good hiking spot route is moderate, able to move in smoothlt although there are some difficult trail but with ropes. Quite slippery after rain, always look out to hold on to something if u feel unstable

Thanks to MPKJ that had developed the FOC trail to hill top. Trails are well maintained but slippery after rain. Beautiful sea of cloud during raining season.

I went to Broga Hill on 27/2/2022. The day before I went to hike, I did some research via google review on Broga Hill. You will find that a lot of people paid RM 10 for each person (entry fee and hiking fee). However theres definitely another way not to spend those money.Remember to google Broga free parking area, drive your car further inside after seeing and turning into the Bukit Broga signboard. Then you will walk to a very steep road up to the entrance of broga hill and continue walking until you see there are uncles and aunties who standby to collect money.They will definitely tell you that the another route is not safe, slippery and dangerous. But dont scare, the route is definitely okay to hike and you wont get lost.Hiking is all about enjoying nature and not to pay a lot of money for a random private property people who just wanna make use of this nature to earn money.

Anyone going to broga hiking, take note. There is one main broga hill enterence made by the local municiple without any entry charge. As you enter you will see a self made board above mentioning way to broga hill, DO NOT TAKE THIS ENTRY. There will be a chinese aunty charging RM5.00 per person as entry fee telling and forcing you to use her private land path by saying its much safer and not to use the goverment built path telling the path is not safe because off land slide, ppl got lost and ect to gain profit...those are utter lies..you can use the goverment made free path and its very safe as well..Also, there is a free open car parking space as you enter the main broga hill enterence.

A good hike. The only down side of it is u gotta pay rm5 per person to park, yes, person, and another rm5 to enter the track to Broga. I know its private land but kinda hurts when u gotta pay rm10 to enjoy nature. Views are stunning tho. Around 45min hike to the last peak. Got around 3 peaks till u reach the end.

It was beautiful experience early morning. It took about 45min to an hour to reach the hill top. Kinda muddy but I would strongly suggest to go with a proper covered shoe. Besides that, there will be entrance fee amounting to Rm5 for per pax although the tix says RM1(dunno what is the logicNonetheless We was so unfortunate to end up paying additional 5bucks for per pax for parking. This is was totally unacceptable and ridiculous to charge for parking based on headcount instead of car/hourly so we end up paying 15bucks (3paxfor parking and 15 bucks for entrance fee surprisingly both also different vendor. Then, we got to know that its best to park near broga hill main entrance which say Broga hill(signapproximately 100m away from entrance. So please do not park in that private parking which is belongs to third party and charge us with ridiculous parking fee. I have attached the private parking entrance photos! This is one of the regular hiking spots for Malaysian. Very well-known by foreigner too. Around 400m elevation. Take about average 30minutes to the top. To view sunrise, at least you must reach the peak around 6.30am - 7.15am. It is a beautiful hill. But unfortunately, due to some land ownership issues, the hills are not properly maintained and monitored. I hope the related authorities can look into these matters.

Come early of you want to catch the sunrise. Went up at around 6 am. The path is clear and the hike is quite manageable, there are some areas which are quite steep (and slippery if it rains).Remember not to litter along the way.RM5 per person per car (+ another RM5 per person).

Decent trail for a short hike. Some challenging part if you choose to go through the steeper route.Scenes at the top is at par with the effort given to reach it.Be prepared to pay at least RM5 per person at 2 different points making it total RM10 per person.Nice icy cold pineapple juice available at stall near the foothill and parking area. Perfect refreshment after the 1.5 hours or so hike.

Different experience compared to my first time visit to Broga Hill 10 years back. The view is good, but I will never visit this place again. Poor review because of excessive entrance fees collected by 2 different parties. RM5/pax collected at the parking entrance, and another RM5/pax again when we are just about to start the hike. Which make total RM10 per pax for "entrance fees" in Broga Hill. We really dont get it. We did not make the fuss there because we really want to enjoy the hike. I read some other reviews the entrance fee amount was different too. Some RM1 some RM3. Maybe RM5 per pax still acceptable but it was not RM5 per pax during my visit. The entrance fees are really ridiculous.

Its good trail for beginners.Unfortunately the owner failed to repair the signboard in top despite charge every customers RM5 per head for entrance fees RM3 per head for parking, RM1.00 per head for toilet usage per entry.

Parking Entrance RM3 per headcount in a car, Hiking Entrance RM5 per head count!!! Beware of hill robbery, NOT RECOMMENDED with this dirty hill. Bukit Tugu is more beautiful, all free with clean facilities.

Came here 9 years ago. Those days we are allowed to park in the plantation (iirc is opened as early as 5amwhich is now closed and parking is only few ringgit per car. Now we have two options 1park beside the road [majority does that but not sure if there will be summon] or 2drive further down till you see there is a left turn (you will see a signage shows “eco farm and broga hill parking”, take that left turn and drive all the way in till the end and you will see a estate with a large gate on your road and you may park there.If you park here, your trail will start with a very steep Tar road, if you park along the road with option one you will just walk pass the plantation which I assumed will be less tiring.Fret not, both way leads to the same destination which is to the hut / entrance taken care by a uncle and aunty. We are required to pay rm10 each person. Bear in mind, entrance will only be open around 5.45am-6.00am.Bring along your mask, Aunty and Uncle advised to wear mask when we come down from the hill, worried abang biru summon. But so far we are safe without mask because we parked at option B.Overall is a nice hiking, is cold and is very windy. Most importantly with the RM10 (even though is kinda expensive but we don’t have choice rightyou have paid, is much lesser crowd compare to usual days so you can take your time and enjoy the breeze.

It is nice hill to challenge your stamina. but you have to pay for 10 ringgit to enter hiking trail. For me it was quite expensive because from what i read from internet, it cost only 2 ringgit including parking fee. Now,people are not allowed to park the car inside,have to park on the roadside. You need to walk a bit until you found small counter to pay the fee.

Going up hill from the start of the trail from parking area. Highly popular for early morning sunrise trekking. Better wear proper hiking boots, some dangerous & slippery sections, especially reaching hill 3. Nice to have a pair of gym gloves for pulling on dirty ropes and hot metal chain 😂

A great place for hiking with the family. Some stretches are quite steep but still manageable. There are ropes that will help with both ascent and descent.There are 3 peaksThe walk/hike to peak 1 is long but once you reach peak 1, going to peak 2 is relatively easy. Peak 3 is not too far from peak 2 but the path is quite challenging.The trail is slippery when wet and hikers need to be careful.Parking fee is based on the number of occupants in the car. An adult is charged RM1 and children are charged half of that. Same charges for toilet usage but the toilet needs improvement.Once in the trail, there is another payment to be made because the land is privately owned. The rate is the same as the parking fee.I would recommend bringing spare clothes because whatever you were will be dirty.No rubbish collection services in the trail so carry your own rubbish bag and carry it down for disposal

This is a good hike for beginners, its a little steep in places and was fun climbing up. At a moderate pace it can take half an hour to climb to the third platform or peak. The view is really nice.

Great place for a hike. Path is very interesting. Be careful when entering the parking lot by foot as the person in charge will charge you RM1 per person but actually its parking fee. The actual entrance is at the beginning of the hike where you are charged RM1.

Great place to hike either you are a beginner or pro. Easy for adult, will be a little bit harder for kids. Not suitable for kids under 5 I guess unless you want to carry them. Toilet at the parking area. 1 ringgit per head for the parking fee and then still need to pay another 1 ringgit per head when you start your hike. Beautiful view on top. It has 3 check points. Nice to view sunrise or sunset.
