Rooms look very old, nothing special about it.There was an issue with the toilet although we booked a suite, they came and fixed it instantly.Every time you enter the hotel the security guy scans you, sometimes smiling sometimes angry.

Be careful, if you are booking as it is 5 star hotel then think again, even Google reviews dont have complete 5. So Room service is very poor, it is of 1 star category. I had to call the desk 5 time in 2 hrs of time l, just to get toothbrush but not received. Then same thing happens on day 2. Now i am changing the hotel not waiting for day 3

I have been to some conferences there, the place doesnt stand for a five star hotel, the food at the ok but again not up to a 5 stars one, I rate it three stars.

I had my gradation party there, and everyone was so happy, everything was on point, especially the food everyone loved it, they were so helpful, tried to make everything work just how I wanted it. Thank you 😊

It’s a choice of aristocratic displays. Nice hotel staff with outstanding supportive attitude. Breakfast is great. Very professional attitude of the staff. Decoration is breathtaking!

Good place to have breakfast

Terrible experience. In spite of asking for a non-smoking room, we got a stinky smoking room. There are weddings in the hotel in the night and rooms are poorly isolated, so it’s impossible to sleep. When complaining to the hotel staff, no solution was proposed. Pathetic for a “five stars” hotel. Better avoid staying there.

Surprisingly unpleasant. This hotel is far from 5 stars, the entire staff needs urgent training. Not all of them speak English. From the moment I arrived they started very bad. I asked nicely where can I smoke while I was waiting to check in, they answer me outside. When I come back in the lobby there were a group of men smoking inside.They promised us a room with balcony without telling us at the moment of reservation that they are only in connected rooms. Anyway they told us that the hotel is fully booked and they dont have any room with balcony free. The hotel is more than half empty.Next day we have been going to the breakfast. I asked to the chef outside, on the terrace, 2 omlets with vegetables. He put me hot spices without asking. People could have serious alergy or reaction, no one should play with something like this. The kitchen staff is not training at all in this matter.Every time they brought the coffee, always was missing something, often the teaspoon.Every room should have robs and disposable slippers. We have asked them to bring us in the room, they came after 2 hours, after we called again.I came here because usually in the arab countries in the hotels is a quiet environment. But, I had the surprise, to not be alble to sleep 2 nights because from the room near ours you could hear very much noise, movements. It felt like we were during an earthquake.... I call the reception they told me that they will check. What to check, they are in mutual complicity. Very bad impression.....One day during our breakfast someone from the hotel staff started to take pictures, 50 maybe. We asked her nicely to do that after we finish our breakfast. The marketing manager ( the name on the badge was Rittacame to us to explain in arabic that the pictures is for marketing reason. I asked her to speak in English but she turned her back to us and left (very arrogant).How this hotel is ranked at 5 stars hotel I cannot understand.

Great service, rooms are cleans. Good price for a 5 stars.

The air conditioner is not working well and there was no response from the management. Also the room service wasn’t that much.I had very bad experience in this hotel and i do not recommend it at all.

A nice and wonderful place to be. Lodged there for a training that is taking place in Amman and the treatment received was top-notch.

Kind of an old style luxurious hotel. Located in the outskirts of Amman, youll need to take a taxi to get to the centre and historical area.Staff is nice, rooms are big, well furnished and clean however, requested a non smoking room and the smell was not so heavy although noticeable. Might feel uncomfortable staying there more than 1 night.Breakfast and dinner buffet is nice with good quality but might be repetitive if you stay a couple of nights there.I would come back but first I would try to find an option closer to the city centre

Nice Hôtel has a very wide place around the pool where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner while listening to soft songs , people who serve you are so friendly.

Arriving at 10:00 pm it was a very good reception from the reception hotel and most of the great antiques and a nice feeling when entering the hotel the standard room and the mattresses are beautiful and all the need for personal supplies is free and you feel like you are in a palace and prices are very convenient and i would advise everyone to visit ❤️🌹

I Will begin by saying I am giving 1 star to the hotel itself ... the staff is very welcoming and kind but the hotel needs a lot of fixing and this shouldn’t be something we have to deal with if we are paying for 5 star quality. To begin with it’s not hygienic or clean for COVID safety purposes at all and this was proven by the dirty bathroom , the carpet which makes your feet turn black .. which shows how unclean and how much they care about the people’s safety. I usually don’t like to write negative feedback but this place should not be a 5 star hotel for any reason ... tv is old and scribbles and you can barely watch anything , the WiFi was off and on constantly, the sheets have not been changed in many years and they are ripped and the towels have been overly used where it’s shocking that it’s still being used for costumers , and the waters color constantly changing... I may be harsh but you can ask the 120 guests that gathered in the reception after realizing what they were put in and begin to ask for the officers to change the hotel for us especially since we were forced to stay for 14 nights. Not sanitary or acceptable to be considered a 5 star hotel for our beautiful Amman. Hope this reaches the correct people !

Very nice and clean place (My only feedback is that carpets are somewhat old and kind of little dirty).Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.Spent 8 days here and still have another 6 to go as part of quarantine.Good safety measures practiced by staff.Service is very good and always on time. Housekeeping can get you anything you wantFood is fresh and delicious, and all made by their chef .

Very nice, clean hotel in a nice location. There is a disco-tech in the premises, so if you are sensitive to noise then will suggest you make your reservation early and ask for room/s away from the disco-tech area. I spend a week of sleepless night during the disco days, thats the only down side but all in all, it very clean.

Good hotel, location is some is ok. Staff is nice and helpful, the best thing in this hotel is the breakfast hall and covered swimming pool, while winter time is very good, warm and relaxing. Also in summer time I have been there, with coolers is really comfort.The rooms are good in terms of space, but the things used in the room looks old, better if being changed.

Visited for a workshop. My previous visit was seven years ago. The staff is still really nice and helpful and overall the hotel is still in fine shape. The bad thing is the food, Bristol used to have some decent food that really tastes good. This time, the food was amongst the worse I had in a while.

Went to a weeding reception here. Basement hall. The buffet was excellent but the access to it from the wedding hall was terrible with people tripping over cables and equipment. The hall was ok but the synced lighting was in my eyes and many others blinding us. Service was very good and quick.

The 5 stars is mostly for the staff. Its a very a nice hotel with very nice amenities and good service. We had an incident where we lost a valuable item and one of the workers, Mosaab found it and returned it. Him and his manager handled the situation with so much professionalism. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. Its very clean, very good food, and a very nice location in the middle of Amman.

locations isnt bad, service is above average, staff are polite and humble, food wasnt that good, gym was above average for sure, room facilities were good and cleanness was above average. I do not like the security check as you enter the hotel every time I feel its rude but I can understand it... the lobby was average and they could work on it a lot in my opinion. carpets need to be cleaned more often thu. Overall, I could go back if budget was of a concern.

People and staff were helpful and friendly.But hotel itself needs to be renewed,Breakfast and meals were not delicious.Location is good near to many important places, but honestly it doesnt deserve 5 stars or 4 even.

Not a bad hotel. Clean rooms. Breakfast is ok too. Staff is very nice. Some important details tho. Internet was very slow (-1 starPhone did not work in my room. (-2 stars). Worst was the parties in the evening downstairs at the pool in the outdoor area. 120 decibels in all rooms. Terrible noise, impossible to sleep (-1star. Recommend to go somewhere else if you have to work in the morning!!!
