Wed been looking for a special Indian restaurants in West London, and this might be the one. Fantastic spicing, dishes expertly cooked. No wonder its full of regulars 👍🏻

Highly recommend everyone to come to this place and eat and drink - You will be in good company and would be giving to a family brand that gives back so much to the community.Go to this place and support the local community please.The owner is wonderful and a generous man, He provided over 2,500 free meals today and helped serve, I didnt even know who he was to later on. I thought I would try it here. Because I know Gordon Ramsay was here. Tbh. The food was mediocre. Not to the standard I was expecting. The poppadoms didn’t seem fresh. It’s like they were pre made from a supermarket. They were very flat. Not puffed up like there fresh. Which means there store bought. They were not great. The lamb curry seemed ok. But the lamb seemed like it was maybe tinned or something. Didn’t seem very fresh. The seekh kebabs were pretty good. Well seasoned. They were nice. I wasn’t keen on there kingfisher beer. I also normally get a vinderloo. And that wasn’t even on the menu from what I see. I normally dine at Sonageon in Bushey. And there standards are very high with everything. There kingfisher on tap. Is the best I’ve tasted. Maybe because I’m used to there cuisine . But any other curry houses in my eyes. Don’t compare to them. But maybe to other curry houses. This is normal. So I don’t want to seem to bad towards you. But Sonageon in Bushey is the best for curries. And Indian food.

I ordered a chicken biryani with ubar and it cost me 14 pounds. And I called the restaurant saying can you plz make it spicy. The guy I spoke to said yes of course we can.And when i received it, it wasnt spicy at all. In fact there was no salt in it ether I felt like I was having a Chicken mixed with boiled rice.I was really disappointed as I heard alot about this place its overly priced for the food that we get. Not ordering again 😒

We were really disappointed with food absolutely rubbish, only things we like was gajrella, and plain rice allover were disappointed will not come return.

Very sad I have to give such a rating. I travelled 2 hours to visit this restaurant as I felt the reviews were of good standard and the Instagram showing Gordan Ramsay/Royals visit was exciting. I made a booking through the website and when I arrived; although I had email confirmation no name was written down on the bookings list and everyone oblivious. Okay fine.. saw beyond this. The food was very spicy.. but enjoyed the butter chicken. Very disappointed at the end. Tables around us were all given hot towels as usual protocol at any restaurant but we were not given any. Felt like we were treated differently for no reason. Every person who comes to a restaurant should be treated the same. No differences should be shown. Then we asked the staff about the hot towels he said they had run out. Quite surprising that a well known restaurant would not stock up on such things to add to their service. Very disappointing. Maybe no one should have been given any hot towels on the day then. Before the owners respond to this review saying "did you mention this to staff?" Yes. I did. I even mentioned the food was spicy and there was no response from the staff they just continued to do what they do. This was a very disappointing visit and such a waste of time and money. I do not recommend unfortunately. Too much hype and does not live up to expectations.

Amazing food really good value for money and the staff and owners are so friendly .We have been three times and feel like family .We will be back again soon .Also recommend the books .I have cooked nearly all the recipes and they are really tasty and easy to follow .

Went to brilliant restaurant yeaterday, I actually recommended it to my family as I thoroughly enjoyed the food during my last two visits , the staff are fantastic and food was served promptly however I must say portion sizes have reduced significantly and although theyve mentioned the serving dish has changed there is a notable difference, there was hardly any sauce in the butter chicken and same for the lamb massala, the waiter was ever so nice though he added more sauce for me. When you order butter chicken you want to enjoy the sauce, for me its the best part, serving it in a smaller sized dish ruined the enjoyment and presentation of the dish.

We have dined here over the years but it was our first time back after covid. We were really looking forward to it but it was a disappointing experience. I feel standards have dropped. The food was just standard and the portions have got smaller.

Good food, service was pretty good. They provide allergy menus upon request, which was very useful for me. They have a decent amount of dishes for people with nut allergies.Had some good cocktail options too. Nothing to write home about (habut worth a try. Drink selection overall better than I have seen at majority of Indian restaurants.

Went to the restaurant today. Absolutely horrible food, stale food. Every starter was bad. The manager came and instead of listening to us he says he had it himself and everything is perfect. Instead of listening to the issue that we had, like the chicken had a very strong smell, the papri chat chick peas were tasting horrible and many more issue’s, he say’s “ Everyone is eating, i also eat, it’s all good and everything is fresh”. My advice to him is to eat in Bombay Bustle, Bombay Brassiere, Chai Ki, Kama By Vaneet, Zaika kensington etc then you would know what fresh and good quality food is. Avoid this restaurant unless it’s the last resort on earth for you. 😡We never asked for a discount. So please stop making excuses by writing this. The food was absolutely disgusting.

Was at the banquet hall upstairs services and good was good. To get full marks soft drinks drinks should be served chilled. Not warm

Food was poor here. Paneer was dry and the veg soya mince burnt. Would not visit here again. The owner needs to check what the chef is churning out..

Visited this Resturant after a number of years, and yes I can still recall my visits when they first opened! Food is great and still consistent, serving was good, I would suggest pre-booking for (weekend visits). Happy to recommend and will visit again.

Went here for the first time with my family for my Dads birthday and I have to say the food and service was really good. The owner was nice and friendly and so was everyone else.5🌟

Booked a table over the phone to go on a Friday for the early evening slot… Due to solid traffic jams in places, we arrived some 2 & a half hours, with a car journey across London!!The restaurant had a great buzzing atmosphere which we noticed as soon as we entered.Shown to our seats & fairly quickly the teasing of our tastebuds began.Poppadoms with an array of sauces- mint sauce was out of this world!Then the main event-we ordered palak chicken (starter), chicken Keema, chicken masala & lamb masala, saga loo with plain rice & some garlic nann bread… all individual in appearance & very flavoursome rich sauces coating tender meat.All 3 of us, who have eaten curries all round the world, agreed these are some of the best dishes we have ever had.Staff were very busy & friendly throughout service.The owners were also present, speaking to each table individually & took a genuine interest in customers feedback.Also not pushy, but promoting, their new bookDefinitely worth the journey ! & will definitely be back in the future. Probably bringing more friends to also experience the ‘brilliant’ culinary delights

Went here for a private function in the hall upstairs. Food was good as expected and got to only try the dishes chosen by the party. I cannot comment on prices as I did not have to pay. The hall is in good condition, decor is nice, one of the waitress was very friendly, unfortunately I did not get her name. Nice venue for a small party although parking may be a problem.

I understood this to be a Dipna Anand restaurant, given the publicity around her restaurant in Somerset House I built up my expectactions. Sadly not a great experience perhaps as my visit was possibly too early on a Tuesday evening.Ordered paprika chaat, chicken tikka tandoori, 2x romaali roti.The chaat had extremely hard bits in it which I thought would break my tooth, with more yoghurt an insufficient amount of tamarind chutney. The waiter was kind enough to take this off our bill.The chicken tikka was a touch raw in parts so eaten with great concern. While the romaali roti were large normal rotis, not my idea of romaali roti at all but it may have been the Kenyan influence rather than my previous encounters of Punjabi romali rotis. Sadly I wont be rushing back anytime soon

Booked Brilliant Restraunt for dads 60th Birthday. Both Shankar and Dipna were very helpful is assisting with the booking and the manager and staff were absolutely amazing on the day going above and beyond for us! The highlight for all of us was the amazing food! Would definitely be coming back and would recommend it to all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

sum time a go i was at my favourite Brillant restaurant from back from Kenya on my Birthday, i was at Brilliant, on finch of the food clinging my hand whit tower my finger gold ring come out and lost in tower i completed to the waiter and management no budy take any interest or look for my gold ring any way no mor Brillant for me and my family

A lovely place. Reserved table day before and confirmed via email and then received a call to confirm any requests. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and throughout the service was not rushed but on point. Food was excellent! The cost also matches the food....All in all a perfect evening and will return.

We celebrated my sisters 40th birthday on 22nd Feb 2022 with 11 family members and 2 babies. Throughout the evening service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The starters and main course arrived hot and well presented. The cuisine was delicious and catered well for both vegetarian and non vegetarian family members.Thank you to the staff for looking after all of us, taking care in the details when cutting my sisters birthday cake and for ensuring a wonderful evening.Rav

Visited yesterday with high expectations after all the exposure and the time they have been operating. The person at the front desk was fabulous and accommodating as we didnt book and gave a great table after a slight wait. The waiter was amazing, attentive and really hospitable. However the food was not what was expected and having been to lesser establishments regarding Indian cuisine it was very underwhelming unfortunately. However thank you for the experience.

Got too famous? Super busy and food quality wasn’t worth the wait and relatively high price tag but attentive and friendly service

I attended my cousins 40th Birthday party at the Brilliant banqueting on 31st October 2021 and I was so impressed with everything! The food was amazing! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The management at Brilliant went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated our needs. Very professional and polite. I look forward to coming again very soon!

Unsurprising that they were voted part of Gordon Ramsays best restaurants. Amazing North Indian food. Terrific desserts - try the Gulkand Rose Kulfi (picthats on their menu in house. The food and ambience were terrific. The staff were very nice and adjusted their seating to accommodate us having reached late. Price is worth the quality and the way you will end up spending more is by ordering more !

Absolute rubbish food! No taste no flavours nothing, I for sure will never go back there.It was my first time eating there as once upon a time I had heard lots of good things about this place but it was shocking how tasteless the food was and yet so expensive. What a waste of money. I asked for a cold Guinness and I received a 3/4 of a pint only to the find that they served this from a can,NOT GOOD.I then got them to replace this for a bottle of kingfisher but I received a pint this was even worse than the Guinness , the beer was smelling like the pipes had not been cleaned for some time. I eventually got a replacement bottle was what I asked for. message to the staff, when your guests are eating the food its not nice put your arms across to pick up cutlery, very rude in my opinionIf I could I will give this place no stars!!!!! Awful is an understatement! This place really shouldnt be call "Brilliant" more like Below Average.It wasnt expensive, the quality and service was not worth the price..Thanks for the insult tough

It was our first time here, all the food was very delicious. And the staff were also very good.

Service was excellent , but the food average to poor. I ordered a butter chicken as a take away after the meal but got home to find this, a cross between a tandoori chicken and a bland grilled chicken that was pretty much tasteless. If you are ordering a takeaway I suggest you check to see what you are getting

Went to this restaurant on my birthday with family.Must say very good and courteous service provided. Team were very polite and good in suggesting nice dishes if you are first timer.Though food is ok, compared to its price tag and my expectation were not met 😕

Visited recently with a group of friends having high expectations. Considering the price for the area and Brilliants reputation, I expected slightly more. Curries were ok, didnt really stand out versus other similar Southall eateries, starters were good.Service - was very quick and waiters were attentive, although I suspect they were extra motivated due to the turn around times in order to squeeze as many eat out to help out customers.Had to politely ask one of the waiters if he could keep his mask on whilst in the dining area speaking with customers - most of the other staff did adhere to this without being asked.Its wasnt a bad experience and we did enjoy the food - but just expected more given their reputation.

Good food, a bit pricey for what it was but overall a good culinary experience. The staff could have been nicer. We walked in just after the restaurant opened, when it was all but empty. Got asked if we booked. For a while it seemed wed just be ignored when we said we didnt have a reservation. Eventually, we gotta table on condition that we finish in 1.5 hrs. When we paid, the waiter complimented us for finishing on time. When I pay for a meal, I dont expect to be made feel that the restaurant is doing me a favour by letting me eat there.

Food was just awesome. The flavours, the taste was just too good. We wanted to eat more and more but we just too full. Service and hospitality was amazing. Staff were very friendly and were on point. Defo going back soon.

The new refurbished restaurant looks and feels much nicer than before. The food tastes good, but it needs to arrive faster. Even in an almost empty restaurant our food took about 40 minutes to arrive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants some authentic Indian cuisine cooked to perfection.

Not what is expected from this place. Portions were very small for the prices they charge. Food was very salty and some dishes very too hot for kids to enjoy. Meat was chewy and not very pleasing.Enviornment was really noisy. Long wait for food to arrive and staff got our order wrong. Only thing which stand out a bit were their home made sauces. Overall was very disappointing experiencing

Went for dinner last night. Was impressed with the new interior and also the home made pickles. They were amazing! Especially the mint and mango. Everything had amazing flavour and we ate loads! The only negative is that I think the waiters should have waited for everyone to finish the meal before clearing the table. Apart from that cant wait for our next holiday to come again.
