Overall, the apartments are very good - well furnished and maintained, in a fantastic location and great for larger groups or families. However, there are some watch outs - see below.POSITIVES> Great location, right in the heart of the city with good connections, the beach nearby as well and plenty of great places to eat and visit> Parking is right underneath the apartment (although not easy to find the first time and quite expensive per day)> We hired a two bed apartment and it had everything needed, was very clean and well maintainedNEGATIVES> As you will see from other reviews, it can be quite noisy because of its location. We had a lot of noise at 2am as other parties returned back in jolly spirits but sadly they woke all of us up at the same time> My personal experience dealing with them was not great. I made a booking months prior to the visit which they cancelled just before my visit because of "problems with my credit card". Not enough notice was given and I was asked to call back on 0XXXXXXX. They then made me re-book the same room at an inflated price - perhaps a coincidence, perhaps a cheeky tactic.

Lovely apartment in a nice location and the sun terrace is an oasis in the middle of Brighton

Brilliant!!! Stayed here as a group of girls. We were so impressed.... this place ticked all of the boxes. It was super super clean, had everything you would need inside and the location you couldnt get better. We loved it and agreed we would definitely return as a group and also wouldnt hesitate to book here with our families too. Bed was comfy and the shower in our ensuite is far better than the shower I have at home, very powerful and hot. Thank you Kim great host with a beautiful apartment. We will be back!!

Bad check in, I had to sleep in another place first day, because they cant send me apartment code to enter.. It wasnt network problems, it was a human problem.Bad WiFi, poor cutlery and bad cleaning.

Great place to stay right in the middle of Brighton. Conveniently located and very nice modern apartments. Highly recommend.

Very clean, excellent value for money and a very good location

Disappointed with the one bedroom apartment. Lots of work going on outside to other apartments so it wasnt the best view and wasnt exactly quiet either. The bedroom is directly above one of the busy lanes so theres a constant noise. Decor very plain and basic. People in apartment above very noisy til early hours of the morning, not helped by no carpets. Location is good but way too pricey for the experience.

Hyvä sijainti, rannan läheisyydessä. Huonoa oli että melu kuuluu sisään, varsinkin kun baarit sulkeutuvat. Kaikesta huolimatta ok mesta.

Very rundown and dirty apartment disappointed because of the amount of money they were asking plus 250 deposit for any damages😕

Vynikající ubytování v Brightonu. Jestliže se sem v budoucnosti vydám, tak budu bydlet právě zde. Pokoje byly super a v posteli se mi nádherně spalo.

Absolut zentrale Lage in den Lanes. Modern eingerichtete Appartments. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Utmerket

Amazing, clean, spacious,modern apartment. Lots of extras like bin bags, washing powder, dishwasher tabs, soap etc which we didnt expect. Easy to find. Secure location. In central Brighton so a bit noisy at night but really a fab place to stay.

When I booked last year this was the best value (ie cheapestapartment available in Brighton centre. The fact that it is in the lanes in the centre of Brighton should be a dead giveaway of the nighttime noise. The 1 bedroom apartment is clean, has all the facilities you would need whilst on holiday, the sofa bed is, contrary to other reviews, comfortable. Clean linen and towels were provided. The blinds dont keep out the morning light, but it was nothing unbearable. I would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Extremely noisy at night, no noise insulating window. No shutters so cant sleep in the dark. Sofa bed with no real mattress so not comfotable at all. Self check in and out which is not welcoming.
