Bridge Tavern Nowra in Nowra

This is my favourite pub in Nowra; I strongly recommend the $10 (lunch & dinnermeals.EDIT I believe the hotel has closed (March 2021).

$10 lunch is the best. Shame they are closing

Very easy going extremely friendly staff and abliging. Shame to see it go will miss the venue.

Decent chicken schnitzel using REAL chicken not pressed stuff and really good chips. Separate salad was so fresh with a good variety. The only negative is the place is very outdated and needs refreshing. Inside smelled like the toilets had just been cleaned so we sat outside. Staff were lovely.

If you are in/going through Nowra and are hungry this pub has the best $10 lunch/dinner food around. I have been there three times now and very much plan to go back. Basic menu for $10 but I have had burger, fish and chicken snitty and portions were huge and the best chips ever! Not a flash place but there is an outside eating area and another full menu to have steak etc. Would recommend to everyone

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, only stopped in for one drink. Needs some tlc or a re vamp for another star.

Yea not bad and the staff are friendly. However a makeover and a good clean would make me return quicker.Still a great place for a catch up with the girls

No dogs allowed, even in the beergarden. Our 14yo retriever just got ejected.

The lunch /dinner specials really good food and plenty of it service is exelent

Could do with a bit of a revamp but the bistro has a good variety of choices and kids are welcome

Apart from some patrons being intoxicated and verbally abusive its an ok place to sing karaoke. The staff are kind. And the karoke djs are sweet.

Food was great and well priced. Only downside was the bar would only take cash!

Food is reasonably priced although Ive been there for lunch twice now and the food is always dripping with oil. Not a fan

$10 typical pub meal.Had chicken burger and chips- chicken was a "real" piece of chicken. Good serving, nice staff but the place is dirty. The floor makes a sticky noise when you walk on it. Tables etc were clean but a little bit of attention could transform this place.

Shabby decor, ordinary food, unfriendly staff, no cash out cost me $2.20 at their atm as the bar does not have pay wave but the restraint does

Got lost in the dark unlit carpark full of moon craters. Karaoke blew my eardrums. Food ok.

Bridge Tavern dose the best stake and chips with Dianne sauce ever in the Nowra and Shoalhaven eare ever no ather place can beat then DJ at Greenwell point is the second best for best fish and chips ever do go and try them and you will see what I mean Beautiful food you will be the Loser for not trying i go there ever week yar thumb up for shore keep up the good work 😊😊😊😊😊😊

10/10 for a $10 lunch feed. Salad bar had seen better days but you no what they say " You dont make friends with salad"

$10 lunch and dinners every day of the week totally worth it. Sitting outside in the undercover tables or inside watching the tv this is a great place to be. Family friendly with the kitchen staff willing to leave out items on the burgers because of fussy kids. They dont have eftpos at the bar but the restaurant does and their is a ATM available.

$10 chicken schnitzel burger and sweet potato chips. Yum.

Great lunch specials. $10 and the meals are huge. Steak was cooked perfectly and the staff were amazing.

A reunion of friends was planned and attended on a Saturday night. The whole place was very quiet, basically if it wasnt for our gathering the place would have been empty despite having karaoke on.The food is cheap but overcooked chips and chicken snitzel for $10 without salad, salad being an extra $5 not worth it!Staff were friendly.Definitely not The Bridge of the past and the worse for it.

Its ok. We went there because of the cheap meals. The place is pretty run down and need a good spruce up. That said the food was pretty good and everything worked even if it was tired. Huge space inside and a few people there. Lots of parking out the back and the staff pretty friendly, even if one did go on about the great prices a bit much. If you want a cheap dinner and dont want to cook it yourself go here!!

$10 meals are fanastic. 7 days a week. Great value.

I took my daughter there for lunch the other day. Wont waste my money on eating there again. Food was below average and not much to choose from.

Your pretty average pub, welcoming staff, normal pub food and normal prices the events held are alright but nothing compared to the city due to the crowd of nowra and the layout of the pub.
