Modern sports-pub chain boasting recliners plus high-concept bar food & a huge selection of beer.
Nice menu, good beer selection. Staff was attentive and helpful.
This place was very family friendly. The staff was great. Our server was Keira, not sure if she spells her name that was. She was wonderful ❤. Getting to the food . Everyone enjoyed their food. I had chicken and waffles. I wanted to kiss the cook.
Why do I have to pay for a $81 meal which McDonald’s could have satisfied us more?? Absolute worst meal I have ever paid for at that price. Brick house Humble Texas served me a Philly cheesteak I just sent back due to the 2 ounces of meat and 6 ounces of cheese and peppers. A shrimp salad swimming in peppercorn dressing literally. A glass of water with a dead fly stuck to the side which I realized was there after drinking half the glass of water. The absolute most pathetic meal I have ever had to pay for and it cost $81. Blows my mind how you have hiked prices to this level and served food at the quality it is delivered. We also had a large appetizer including strips, queso, mozzarella sticks and meatballs, which was about the best thing on the table. That to me is a joke when the best thing you have is mostly previously frozen products not prepared by a person but just dropped in grease to fry other than queso. Just all around disappointment and would have appreciated a little more than just removing the pathetic sandwich from the bill. The server was fantastic but a manager could have at least approached us and offered a little more for a drenched salad, nasty fly and pathetic sandwich.
Great food. Cold beer. Excellent Bloody Mary’s. Lots of TVs for game day.
Akilah was an amazing waitress, quick, personable and we didnt have to ask for anything twice. The food was great and even though it was a busy night, it was a unique experience.Highly recommend it and were definitely comingback.
My mom ordered the pot pie 🥧 and the chicken in it was very rubbery and not easy to chew….. I ordered the fish and chips it smelt fishy and tasted a bit sour…
The bar wasnt full. Was totally ignored for 10 minutes. I had to call them down loudly. Not even an acknowledgement. Waited another 5 to 6 minutes for a beer and a mojito. Then no asking if we needed a menu for another 10 minutes. Now mind you the lady beside us left because she was ignored. The couple next to us waited forever too, they said. The couple prior had to leave their order because or not getting tended too. BUT, SHE DID WAIT ON WHO SHE WANTED TOO. This isnt the first time this has happen in this place.Be prepared to be shunned!
After the positive reviews this restaurant received on UberEats, we were really excited to give it a try. The food is tasty, but the dishes are so overpriced that the experience is an extremely disappointing one. The only highlight was the chicken fried steak, which was a generous portion, good temperature, and priced correctly. The $18 mushroom flatbread was enough for one person or two if sharing as an appetizer, but should have cost closer to $10-12. It also arrived cold and a bit soggy. The side salad cost $7 and should have cost less for the portion size. The dessert, a bourbon chocolate cake, was a whopping $13 and was a tiny miniature Bundt cake. We expected with that price it would be enough for two people and be exceptional. After a $9 service fee, taxes, and tip, we spent $77 for one of the most disappointing and overpriced dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. At least for delivery, I would not recommend this restaurant.
This is one of my favorite date night spots. They have a great menu and a variety of seating options. You can sit at a table, outside, around the fire pit, lounge in front of a TV, and my favorite, a big oversized booth in front of the fireplace where you can both snuggle on the same side. And the staff do their best to make you feel right at home.
Food’s awesome service is great , I just wish they opened at 10 so I could nurse my hangovers earlier 👀
Its a good sports bar, but not good for dinner...way too noisy!
Look😳. If you are looking dor a venue to let loose and not be a prude BRICKHOUSE is the place to be. We have delicious evolving drinks that make ya think and to mention there is Karaoke every Tuesday and Saturday nights 8pm to 12am, I will be there and you will not be disappointed with the line up and show we have for You. Even better, you can even SANG and have a turn to release negative energy into that MIC. So in saying that, come and enjoy yourself because its BRICKHOUSE, ITS MIGHTY MIGHTY JUST LETTIN IT AAAAAALLLLL HANG OUT, AWL😂.
Happy Hour is a good deal. Large choice of mediocre tasting beers. Large portions, the chicken fried steak was humongous. Pepperoni flat bread didn’t excite.
The service was lousy, the food was way over cooked, the atmosphere was too noisy. I am finding it very hard to return to any Landry restaurant. I had a similar experience at McCormick & Schmicks in Portland the prior Sunday.
Love coming for happy hour. Good drinks deals. Food is pretty good as well
Poor Customer Service at the bar! I understand your busy..somewhat. The bartenders at this time of day 3:30pm. Sat there for 10 mins..At least acknowledge the patrons . Be courtesy and let patrons know you will be right with them or something but you didnt and because of that we left!
I had not been in a while so I wasnt aware of the new menu. I was very happy to see the new low carb options like the "No Bun Intended" also a Brunch menu for weekends.
The food and service was wonderful. Chrissy was our waitress and she did an excellent job . Didnt take pictures of our food or drinks but both were excellent. Cant wait to go back
Tried to eat there today, 9-10-22, walked in, asked for a table for two, was told it would be a 15 mins wait when we could see at least 10 tables open. Asked again if they were seriously telling us we had to wait 15 mins to be seated when there are visible open tables, they said yes. No one else was waiting, we left. Very disappointed because we had a great experience there last time.
I have been here once or twice before where the food and service has been decent enough for me to come back again. Last night when we came in I told them we had a birthday with our party of 7. The service was super slow and at the end of my meal we found some of what looked like plastic wrapping in my Philly Cheesesteak. We let the server know but no manager ever came to check on us. Nothing was comped. One person in our party never got their food so we ended up canceling her meal altogether. At this point we were ready to leave so we just paid the bill and left. Service here has really gone downhill.
Gave this place another shot. And I regret it . The food looks delicious on the menu but not worth the price . I got the chicken strips and fries $16. They give you five which is great until you get them and 3 are adult size and two are mini nuggets for children. My tea was watered down. It’s bed when the best about the place is the cheese sticks. It a great place if you want to be social and drink and get only appetizer, but not even , those are even over priced. And this was before the recession. Find you a great 4 star cheddars instead. Less money and same experience!!
Uh, so the food was fine but the server (likely accidentallykept my credit card after I checked out. Upon arriving home and realizing what happened, I called the restaurant to ask if they had the card. A male server confirmed, yes, they did. He said he would hand it to the manager to hold. I said, "great, I will be there in an hour".Within that hour, my card was charged $700 for Instacart items. I called the manager on duty (a femaleto let her know and she was extremely rude and argumentative. I let her know the card was used while not in my possession and she kept saying, "Well, its in the safe!" Okay, sure, but...it was used...sooo...what happened? She would not admit that someone there used it and I am inclined to think it was her who used it with how rude she was.Instacart has the address the groceries were to be sent to so I will be filing a police report and pressing charges. Horrible customer service.
Service definitely was lacking from our waitress. She was missing the whole time except when food came and check. My alcohol drunk was sooooo strong it was straight alcohol I told her was told she would take it off and she didnt. I told her and she insisted she will fix it after I paid but never came back with that update so we left. The food was ok. Chicken and waffles, waffles came out ice cold but chicken was amazingly good. My friend got the knockout shrimp and I tried em too they were amazing and tasty. My complaints are that drink was horribly strong and I bartendended for years so believe me I know. The waitress was neglecting us and our empty cups and never did what she said as far as taking the drink off and never came back with manager to get it fixed. We just took the 10 dollar drink out of her tip and left. Went from a 15 dollar tip to a 5 dollar tip. We waited 10 mins for her. I saw her talking to another waiter who I know wasnt the manager so assumed she didnt care she did same thing with extra sauce we asked for when meal came out forgot twice and after 3rd time we got it. It was super slow and was 5pm. I see why It was so slow around dinner time. We wont be back, I gave 2 stars versus 1 because everything was super clean and there was a couple food items as mentioned which were really good.I already sent a customer feedback directly to Landrys club as well.
I have seen this restaurant for several years but have never eaten there until last week. I am glad I did. They have a great menu and the preparation is just as good. We really enjoyed our visit. I will be back.
Foods always great! On the weekends it’s always packed! During the week is the best time to go. Good portion an a bit pricey. It’s worth it, it keeps the rift raft out.
We had 1 night in Houston and we randomly picked this place cause it was near the hotel and open late. So our suprise it was karaoke night! My niece sang while we ate the best mozzarella sticks, duck wings, and burgers. Fun place with great service and food.
Honestly, Brick House use to be a 1 star place. We had so many issues and problems in the past that I was actually too irritated to even write a review. Food was always good though which made me so conflicted. After a a few years (I think I was last here in 2018they have definitely stepped up the game!! Customer service goes from 1 star to 5. Cleanliness goes from 3 stars to 5. And food went from 4 stars to 5! Super glad we popped in again and even more so to see this place on the right track! Keep it up!
Ive been here several times and havent left a review before. But tonight I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and OH. My. GOODNESS!!! Delish! Jess was super awesome and attentive as well!
Food was ok, it was like going to chilis. Their beer options were very generic. They used to have a better variety tap option, beers from different places. The service was very slow.We hadnt been in about a year and we wont go back.
Very good food. Service is always questionable. They have enough servicers but they seem to want to talk to each other instead checking on the tables. Been here twice, months apart and seen the same thing.
In all the years this place has been in Humble, last night was the first time to check it out. Why did I wait so long!? Its a nice place with friendly staff. The food was fantastic. The half-rack of ribs is the size of other places full-rack. The meat was moist and fall-off-the-bone tender. The sauce was so good and had a nice spicy kick. Other dishes ordered were the chicken and waffles, and fish and chips. Everything was great. Pricing is on the high side but you get what you pay for. I also had a Moscow Mule, which was great. They dont skimp on the alcohol either, but youre gonna pay for it. The only thing that was strange to me is that the "booth" seating is basically love seat sofas on either side of a standard height restaurant table. Comfortable for lounging but not for eating. I probably should have asked for a booster seat! It was a new experience though so Ill mark it off as "different" not a negative. Will not take a booth seat next time though. There WILL be a next time!
Everything here is really good! The service is exceptional, .. burgers are great . Beer 🍺 🍻 is great. Even the fries are yummy for your tummy!I cant wait to come back with more friends and get more great experiences on the patio.
Our waitress was amazing! Our drinks were out with a quickness and only had to wait a short time for food. The food was really good, I had the "no bun intended" and my man had the spicy chicken sandwich! Both were beyond our expectations!! The fries are delicious, we are from Michigan on our way home to airport and I will definitely recommend eating here!!!
Service was great, food is definitely better than other similar restaurants. House special drinks were awesome. Shot of patron was pricier than the cocktails which is weird, but overall good experience. Very laid back and casual atmosphere with music.
This was my first time eating here. Food was great. I got the Philly cheesesteak. It was very tender and the hoagie roll was soft, but firm. The service, however was not great. They werent even busy. Our server was absent. Checked on us one time. We had empty glasses. The manager even walked by us and nothing. I would have given 5-stars but just cant.
Service was great, server Haley was fantastic, food was okay. Felt that the philly was a little dry, and the fried egg on the burger came out over hard when ordered over easy. The burger broke through the paper and caused a spill through the basket. Otherwise the burger was delicious. Should probably serve on a plate.
The scenery is a very Nice Laid back area, causal wear, seat are like couches but nice I do gotta say its Very Pricey but food is a delicious, it was our first time and was there to see the ufc fight.
This is one of my favorite hangouts in the city or should I say outside of the city limits. The location I frequent is in Humble off of 59 North and FM 1960. I have been going to this location for years for football, basketball, baseball, and boxing events. They have many flat screens to watch the games. They have a large patio area with a huge fire pit for when it is cold outside. They have plenty fans for when its hot outside. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff is always on point. They also have nice happy hour and brunch specials. No, I dont work for the establishment but I do enjoy it thorough lol...oh yeah, my go to are the Buffalo tavern wings and the blackened Mahi Mahi...
This location On 1960 bylass is nothing like the 249 Tomball Park the best..But today 11.15.21 my family and I came to the 1960 and 45 location. We were seated out on the patio and we change spot for better seating. We waited over 35 mins 3 different waiters passes by. Before going inside speaking with host and seeing if someone would assist us. A waiter (Rebeccacame out UNPLEASANT when ask why so long for the wait. The manager Martin came out with the host then and the he turn around and sent the host out. Spoke with the host and ask her to get the manager. Martin came back out to acknowledge the situation. Please train your employee to have better customer service.
Aside from the flavorless bar drink (Blackberry Collinsthe Drunken Chops & Knockout Shrimp were AMAZING! Great flavor & the sauce on the chops is drool worthy! 😋
My friend and I had a good experience at Brick House Tavern. The food was good and served hot and fresh. The only thing that wasnt very tasty was the deviled eggs. They were not a good choice.🤢 Other than that we enjoyed!
I went here for a second time after nearly 2 years and had high hopes after reviewing the happy hour menu. The service was good and the duck wings and calamari were good. The chicken bites were overwhelmingly dry. This place is just blah and the happy hour cocktails were served in the same glasses as water so full of juice with 1.5 oz of liquor. I won’t be going back unfortunately. It’s a nice venue but needs a full revamp of its menu and prices.
The chicken and waffles were a great hit for with my daughters and my husband. The knockout Shrimp were delicious. The blackcken Mahi Mahi with jasmine rice was a good dish as well.
Dog friendly patio with fans! They even bring you a water bowl if you ask for your dog.The duck wings!!!!! Amazing!!!!Deviled eggs are great. Knock out shrimp is good. Beer is worth it.Great experience 👍
Today the food was terrible. We walked in at 11:48am and were immediately seated. Our drinks were ordered and our drinks were not received any the table until 12:14pm. To make matters worse, those were the only drinks offered to us the entire we were there which was over two hours. We didnt receive our food until after one oclock and once it was received , as you can see in the photos, it was terrible. The fish and chips were sent out room temperature even though the plate was hot. My bison burger was basically rare so once I noticed that I didnt eat anymore of it and the chicken tenders were burnt. Very sad that one of my favorites let us down this bad and all this money spent was basically wasted.
First time here. Great place to enjoy some local beer or any beer for that matter! Wonderful waitress, Sheri, and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely be stopping in again. I had a flight with locally brewed beers, I also ordered the cheese & meat tray for an appetizer. Wonderful choice!
nice neighborhood feel with a good ambiance. wasnt too crowded or noisy. had the mushroom veggie burger which was pretty awesome, definetly recommend
My waiter Russell was on point! He knew the menu and the specials!Enjoyed my first meal and drinks here! The calamari was hot the Mahi Mahi was fresh and the vegetables Hot also! AWESOME!
Its your garden variety franchise. Hospitable staff and clean tables more often than not but the food is pure salt. The drinks are great and for the most part strong. If youre coming for something to cut the edge off a buzz the foods good. If youre coming for quality food then prepare to be disappointed.
Good happy hour but it gets so busy the staff is slammed so slow service. I dont enjoy their devilled eggs waaay too much mustard. I mentioned this to the waitress she just ignored me. Thats why your tip sucked. The duck wings rocked they are my fav. But why call them wings, their always drums. The potato chips are another must order. Not thin but not thick. Great crunch. Food is above par but your customer service is lacking.
