More than 120 familiar stores compose this classic bi-level indoor mall with a food court.
Brent X has fallen from its once lofty height. The store selection keeps getting worse. You can still find all the staples but for me it offers very little. There are no electronics or audio stores; the restaurant selection is poor; the decor is dated and what stores there are rarely have what I want in stock - which is odd considering they have very low footfall compared to the past. At least theres free parking.
Love visiting Brent Cross Shopping Centre especially when it’s coming up to Christmas. Loads of free parking onsite and a bus terminal on the grounds that services many routes so easy to get to and leave. Inside it’s not too hot like some other shopping malls so you can feel comfortable while walking around.Loads of main stream shops such as M&S, John Lewis, Fenwicks, JD Sports, Apple, Boots, H&M and many many more. There’s also a food court with a Nando’s, Pizza Express and a few others and a few coffee shops scattered around the shopping centre, there’s also a KFC and McDonalds near Fenwicks so plenty of choices for everyone.I highly recommend Brent Cross to anyone who wants a nice leisurely shopping trip. #Brentcross #Brentcrossshopping #johnlewis #fenwicks #starbucks #london #shopping #christmas
Have visited since its opening day in 70s. Has been several changes over the years. Great browsing place with good variety of high end stores. Spacious: do bring plenty of cash!
I have been going to Brent Cross for decades! From when I was a teenager to buying a baby grow for my first child. Got my first iPad here, my first pandora charm and a million other milestones and memories. It’s clean, not always busy and has a wonderful selection of shops from Lush, to departments stores like John Lewis and also a decent apple store as well. It’s also very safe, even as a lone female shopper parked on third floor, I’ve never felt unsafe here.Best thing about Brent Cross however, is the free parking and easy access location just off the M1 and also on the A406 staples corner.Hope to continue visiting for more miles stones and memories over the coming years .
Went to see Stranger Things, the experience and we parked here for free. Enjoyed shopping experienced too :H&M Home was something different. Eating at the Japanese restaurant was a treat. We have chosen UDON experience :over Wagamama (opposite)
Good parking and free! John Lewis and Fenwicks are the departmental stores with a a good variety of shops including M&S and Waitrose with other smaller shops and all under cover.
Been visiting here since it opened. There is a good selection of shops and nice...but small eating places on upperfloor.. Parking isnt too bad considering where it is. Not too big so easy to see everything.
perfect indoor shopping ,not too vast as so many new ones. Could do with a bigger Marks and Spencer and Waitrose ,but they are adequate .Huge Zara and Boots .
Good indoor shopping not a great deal of stores but a good selection of the right stores such as John Lewis, Fenwick, Timberland, M&S, Boots and Apple
All major high street brands are available - some are across the road in retail park. Free parking and very convenient size. Small food court.
My first experience in Brent cross shopping centers waw excellent
Still amazing after so many years I havent visited. Nice and clean , visible security. Ample parking. Definitely we will be visiting again in the future
Nice shopping centre..Has most stores, good food area n lots of free parking
Very nice and big place with many shops for clothes, many brands, and many restaurants or fast food where to eat 😊 also very well connected for transports, in front of it there are many bus stops 😊
Felt out of place where the majority of retailers were upmarket Brands.Polite and helpful security. After 8pm the shopping stores were closed with only a few fast food and restaurants open.
If you travel by bus as much as I do, you will definitely end up here. Its a bit complicated, but if you pay attention to Citymapper, you wont make any mistakes. Be sure to wait at the designated stop for you. There are many such bus stops. If you are a tourist you will experience a double decker bus party 😃 If you are a tourist in London I recommend downloading citymapper ❗
I havent been for some time now and was happy I visited. I miss some of the shops that appear gone like Wallis. Although, my shopping was good. The atmosphere was calm and the environment organised. I believe Brent Cross is for a more calming shopping experience and still a place to meet for coffee, lunch and shop all under one roof .
My 5 years old daughter had to go to the toilet and It was kinda urgent. We had to wander around for a considerable time. There is not enough signs and directions. I believe there are no toilets in the ground floor (or I missed it).
Great selection of shops and eateries, very clean and easy to navigate, free parking and easy to get to, could be a bit better signposted as you get close .
absolutely disgusting experience. my daughter was there with her friends and customer desk stopped them and told them they have to leave because its during school hours. they are not in school anymore. theyre in 6th form plus they have no right to stop anyone in the shopping center and tell them to leave even if they are younger because "its during 9-3".. the customer desk then called security and were rude as anything to them completely mistreating them and they were then escorted out the shopping center. i have never in my life heard something so pathetic. NO WHERE on the website does it say this rule. they just decided to mess with some innocent girls because why not. THIS IS NOT OK i am horrified!
Extremely busy and packed with more orange women than Ive ever seen in my life. I thought they were giant oompa loompas at first. On closer inspection, they appeared to have no expressions, caterpillars for eyebrows and wear clothing that was 3 sizes too small. Language was limited to babes & innit Advise approaching with caution and without naked flames 🔥
Easy, free and plenty of parking. Shopping experience is very good. You have everything you need, great coffee bar, restaurants, plenty of seating areas. There is a bar on the ground floor where they serve one the tastiest falafels I’ve ever had. You have Chocolate Hotel, John Lewis, Fenwick, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Waterstone. I wish Waterstone had a bigger selection of books and should team up with the wonderful coffee bar Lamborghini near to it.
Was nice, free parking was a nice touchLoads of designer brands available. The food court needs to be bigger, waiting times to get a seat was long
Great place to enjoy and a lot of activities for kids ❤️
Big shopping centre with range of shops and restaurants, the Best Bit of it. has free car park .
Good variety of shops .very busy at times so you might bump into people 😀while walking .I love their John Lewis fragrance and make up store .always a good experience and good products for sale .
I didn’t really liked it. There is not that much shops for shoppping. I went there just for Zara, and discovered Fenwick - multiply brands store - it’s only thing what I liked there. Otherwise there are loads of food and coffee shops. For shopping o would recommend to find something else
Amazing place to buy clothes, to get normal food from, and maybe once in a while purchase something special like a watch. However, it has gotten a bit dead in recent times, with all the good stores closing. It is still a spot to hang for teenagers and a good shopping spree. Also a great place to get a job.
Spacious Clean astatic shopping very photo genic with countless retailers. For full family indoors activity Both books shops and more fun gift shops Fenwick and John Lewis have substantial stores located within. The M&S is shopping spread over three floors, food coffee shops sandwiches and sweet ice-cream stands all over there is also, Nandos, kfc, McDonalds, There is no parking charge, So Go dress well and have Fun
Been coming here since I was small (30 years!and the place hasn’t changed - small local shopping centre with most shops you need. It does get really busy on the weekends and it’s noticeable as it’s a smaller centre compared to the Westfields
Top marks Brent Cross shopping centre for being dog friendly! I took my dog there yesterday and she got lots of attention from shoppers and retailers, most shoppers were not aware of the new rules, look out for the pink stickers on the shops windows. Theres a long list of all the shops who allow dogs on the centres website.
When the weather is hot go to the toilet area at the food hall, it has a better temperature and airconditioning that the whole of the mall. Perhaps the management gives more consideration to the people who are constipated.
Very nice Mall with all kinds of shops. There is everything you can think of, clothes, perfume shops, food, drinks, restaurants, jewellery and everything that you can think of that may be in one big mall centre. The parking is free for the duration of your shopping but not overnight.
A shopping center located in West London. It can be reached by convenient public transportation. A selection of leading fashion chains. Pharm shops, supermarket. Many cafes are located on the different floors of the center. A large selection of restaurants and fast food, from a variety of cuisines. There are stores of fashion accessories, sports goods. representatives of cell phone companies. For those arriving by car, there is free parking.
I dont want to be disrespectful to anyone but this was a horrible experience.Overpriced Designer brand retail outlets, nail bar-type stalls and generic coffee & muffin shops.Ridiculous traffic and parking arrangements - and my top favourite: public restrooms are limited and hard to find because of poor wayfinding signage (I had to go to the 2nd floor to find one).
Shopping at Brent Cross is exciting. I found all that was needed. The Timberland store especially has very polite staff. One young lady, was super helpful and professional, kindness was "written" on her face.
Not a lot of shopping centres provide free parking but this place is one of them. Its not the biggest shopping centre but they have a nice range of shops that you would need. It can be quite crowded and whats more they also have a small fun fair near the establishment.
This place is one of my regular shopping centers with every visit I make to the UK , it’s located in a perfect spot on the M1 entrance to north / end of M1 entering London , the varieties of shops is excellent, prices in general for most outlets are regular, coffee shops are fine , restaurants are okay, it’s a great place to visit, it’s in a cosmopolitan area with a good mix of people.Highly recommended to visit .
Great shopping centre and free parking. What can you not love about this place, been coming here for over ten years and it’s still charming!
The shopping centre has a good selection of stores and restaurants to choose from. Its also very simple to navigate and the free parking is definitely a bonus. Very easy to get to by car and is also served by a number of bus routes.
***Free parking*** when will local authorities understand paying for parking puts people off visiting.Good range of stores and food outlets. Not as modern as places like Bluewater, but still plenty on offer.
Nice place for the family , nice place for shopping, I attached the Parking rules .Limited variety of restaurants, please avoid KFC one of the worst branches.
Visited on Sunday 22nd November 2020. It was very quiet as only the food related shops were open - which was fine with me 😁 I visited most of these and picked up some nice items, plus a few bargains. Brent Cross is a nice shopping centre to visit, lots of shops and a good atmosphere. Free parking too, which is a brilliant bonus. All the Christmas decorations were up and you can see from my picture that it was pretty empty. I enjoyed my visit even if only a few shops were open. They will be jazzing Brent Cross up in the near future by updating it into a premier London shopping centre, but will take a good few years to complete. With a new train station coming in the next 2 or so years too! Nice place to shop!Update 2022: Brent Cross is long back to normal and thriving as it always has done. I visit regularly and has virtually all the same shops we love!
Worst place ever! It looks homeless, there are no trendy shops, only Mcdonalds and starbucks to “eat” and no places to sit. Everything is overcrowded and small. I felt like I was gonna get robbed from the moment I stepped out of the bus.
Went to John Lewis as we had an 11.30am appointment there. Sami at John Lewis was amazing and patience plus she is very knowledge about baby products too. Free parking on site.
The greatest advantage of this shopping centre is the free parking. There are two department stores with a good selection of quality items and a number of high street shops. It can be hard to find place to eat without having to queue.
You can find multiple brands and multiple foods options. They maintain very clean and beautiful environment for shopping or hanging around. The customer service was really good as I lost and want to find out where should I go. They guide me amazingly.Easy access and fun to shopping around.Highly recommended for shopping and visiting.
A really nice and big mall to walk around with so many retail brands in one place. The great part is the Free parking near north London and also the one way walking flow is good social distancing measures. Have water dispenser machine nearby to toilet area which is very good 👍🏻 Would visit again and recommend anyone in the area.
One place to shopping needs. It designed in two levels . One of the most important destination for shoppers in North West London. We have all top brands of clothing / Makeup / entertainment / food / medical and much more. Most of the families comes here for have a good time and do relaxed shopping. Most of the items are available in Brent cross rather than high street shops.Ample space for parking and its free. Idle for wheel chair users entrance and to move around.Ultimately great shopping experience and great time out with friends & family.
One of the best shopping centres in london. You can literally find every retail store here. One of the best things about Brent Cross is the parking availability. There are thousands of free parking spots with no time restrictions. They even have dedicated charging spots for EV and hybrid vehicles so you’ll never be out of charge. If you’re every feeling hungry you can choose from the countless restaurants available. I would definitely recommend coming here for shopping.
