Fabulous host I stayed in a comfortable room with a perfect full English breakfast in the morning I will stay again

I stayed a single night with breeze guest house whilst visiting clients. The room was spacious and clean, the large double bed was luxurious and comfortable.The breakfast was very tasty and lots of options.

Our stay at the guest house was absolutely brilliant we visited Anfield and having a family room to put the kids down was the most important part of the day and doing this in a family run guest house was the best experience of our trip thank you for having us and when youre in Brighton please let us know guys God Bless.

Came up for the weekend to watch Chelsea Everton. Perfect Location, nice walk to Anfield and Goodison. Rooms were really comfy and breakfast was great! Hosts were really nice people too :Would definitely stay again if we come up in the future.

We have stayed in the family room at the Breeze Guest House in Bootle for a one night to visit Liverpool and most importantly Beetles homes.The hosts Julie, Peter and Julies mum made us very welcome and were so accommodating and helpful. We could chat with them for hours.The accommodation was very good, comfortable beds, clean room and toys for the children if needed. The breakfast was lovely.Julie keep practising the guitar! 😊

Stayed in 2019 and 2022 for the Grand National. Will be booking again for next year. Great place to stay, off road parking, clean rooms, nice warm shower (always a bonus! and a lovely breakfast. The owners are great, they make you feel welcome and cant do enough for you. Fairly close to the centre and not too far from Aintree. Highly recommended.

An all around amazing experience. Room was very clean and spacious, beds comfortable, and tasty breakfast with fresh pressed coffee. Everyone from staff was very warm and welcoming.

Our stay at Breeze Guest House was amazing. We came for the night to watch a game at Anfield, and we didnt think we would have so much value in the stay because the room was priced so well. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating because we moved the booking a number of times, thanks to the changing in football schedules. The breakfast the next morning was also brilliant, something that youd usually pay a good £15 each for. The room had great space, two comfortable beds, a working smart TV, and a nice bathroom. There was also plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Well definitely be returning!

Stayed a night for family gathering. Accommodated 4 rooms in proximity to each other as possible. Accommodated all 8 for breakfast in one sitting. Polite, friendly staff. Clean and cared for rooms.

The Lady who runs the house was very friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean. The full english breakfast was absolutely delicious but I had to run out of the door because of work and Lady of the house kindly plated my breakfast up for me so I could eat it on the go. I definitely would recommend this comfortable B&B and I would definitely stay here again.

Great little find. Near city centre. No frills guest house which is reflected in the price, but clean, convenient, and staff were friendly and helpful. Good cooked breakfast. Off street parking available. Will be back.

Very warm welcome when I arrived after work. Both Julie and Peter are very friendly and helpful.The room was well presented, clean with a large bed, smart TV, refreshments and a very nice en-suite.The breakfast was amazing and they went out of their way to ensure I had a big hearty breakfast before my drive back to Wales.Thank you both for a great night sleep and a hearty breakfast to start my day.I would stay here again if more work comes in around the area!

We stayed here while working in the docks, clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, great service and friendly.Family room is a good size.Definitely recommend.

Makes an ideal spot to overnight when staying in Liverpool on business - its in Bootle so not far from the docks but also easy reach of the City Centre through Stanley Road, Derby Road or Regent Road corridors.Only a moment away from Queens Drive arterial road to the South of Liverpool and motorways at Switch Island.Very friendly & helpful, theres off-road parking too. Highly recommended by several of our members.

Friendly, clean, excellent room and great breakfast. Only negative was the feeble and lukewarm shower. Everything else was five star.

Great family run b and b, good value for money , very friendly welcome with excellent local knowledge. Good breakfast with lots of options. Only downside was that the bed although a king size was two singles put together, it was comfortable but would have preferred a proper king size bed, this really is minor and Id highly recommend this b and b to anyone needing to be in the area.

Best 3 star hotel at Bootle. Nearest accommodation to Anfield. Reasonable price with car park. Very clean rooms. Great English breakfast.

2-night stay from Wed 9 Mar to Fri 11 Mar, 2016:I stayed in an en-suite room for one at Breeze for a short business trip earlier this year. Breeze Guest House is a family-run business and there are young children on the premises, so be aware that you will need to phone before your arrival if your check-in will be in the late evening (8pm was the cut-off during my stay).The manager was very gracious and welcoming and helped make the stay a pleasant experience overall. My room was quite nice, though I remember an issue with one of the water taps. I cant recall what exactly this was but I imagine it was resolved quite promptly.Breakfast is served as part of your stay and it was very good. I do recall the tomatoes having a distinct smell, so I skipped them when eating. Ive never been one for tomatoes in fry-ups anyway.I recommend this place if youre here for a short stay.
