Bravo Taiwanese Noodle & Grill Restaurant - Restaurant in Hobart, Australia
Had lunch here for the 2nd time today. The food (braised pork, xiao long pao, pancake, fish noodle soupwere as yummy as before. The service was impeccable - the lady at the counter who I assume is also the owner, gave us tea on arrival. She was also attentive to our needs like offering takeaway containers as we couldnt finish some of the noodles because of the humongous serving! Great food and the place reminds me of dining options in Taipei!
Delicious food. Lots of flavour. Well priced and nice staff. Will be back 👏
We ordered beef noodle soup, braised pork with rice, 3 cup chicken fried noodles and sweet and sour pork rice for takeaway. They packed it well for us to consume back at our accommodation. The food are v tasty and the portions are generous. We really enjoyed the food.
Delicious and (I am toldauthentic Taiwanese food. Many great things on the menu from beautifully cooked dumplings to spicy beef soup to braised pork rice. Easily one of the best restaurants in Hobart, and very affordable too.
Super friendly service and Beef Noodle soup that took me back to Taiwan!
I dont know whos friends with who but that was delicious. Chilli fish all the way.
The food hits the spot every time! In addition, the customer service is exceptional.Always a great experience!
The lady at the counter was very welcoming and the beef noodle soup was great.
Fantastic Service, good food, decent prices
The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is nice. Price is reasonable.
Delish, fresh food and friendly service
Food was absolutely delicious. Loved every dish we had. The customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Authentic, large portion, and very generous family manning the restaurant
The taste is good, but the packaging was very bad once, the lid was not closed, and the soup was spilled directly in my car.
Absolutely delicious!! They changed up the dishes for us as we cannot eat chilli! Sooooo yummy I wish we could come back soon! Thankyou so much!
Great food and service!I visited Bravo close to their closing time. However, their service was still truly professional. The beef tendon noodle and xiao long baos were delicious.
Fantastic price point for a quick and delicious meal. Very worth it and well be back regularly!
A hideaway restaurant in cbd, easy to miss but food is amazing, but menu wasnt that easy to decipher. Had to go on google review to look at what Im ordering . The waitress recommended some dishes and we ended up with 3 cups chicken and sate noodles . We were even given complimentary Taiwanese high mountain tea which is so good , pity nowhere we can buy it. Definitely try it next time you pass by this place
Loved it. Tasty and good value. Have the option of free bottle of water or juice with a main. Drinks are reasonably priced too
Great little place serving authentic food. Well worth a visit.
Service and food was awesome. There is a very large selection of menu items, but everything was extremely delicious with good portion sizes. Well worth trying out.
Large portions, cheap prizes. So good for the uni neighbourhood
Delicious Taiwanese food at reasonable price, good portion too. Staff was friendly
We stopped in for a quick lunch whilst touring around the CBD - They served juicy and flavor-filled dumplings and also got some delicious Taiwanese noodle dishes, slow pork braised ginger soy noodle & pork short-rib noodle - the food was fast and delicious and very generous serving size… definitely value for money and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
A very spontaneous outingOut of the side of my eyes whilst walking past, the waitress delivered a what looked delicious bowl of somethingI had to try itSo I said ill have what he has just hadDelicious but I still had no idea what it was
It is Bravo!Taiwanese beef noodle soup was very good. The flat noodles had a very decorative cut. Salt and Pepper chicken wings were done excellently and not oily at all.The value is amazingGood service as well
Loved the beef noodle soup. So delicious. Nice tea selection too
Thought of a change to noodles tonight. A bit of a fusion Taiwan cuisine. Had the beef noodle, wanton in sesame sauce and Shanghai dumplings. Was still full from lunch so did not attempt to try out the rest of their selection. Overall average.
It was a bit busy tonight, we waited for roughly 30 mins to get our food, the food there was very tasty, but the rice for my dish was a little bit hard. However, the owner noticed my dissatisfied, he apologized for my bad experience and gave me a small bento for free. The photo here is the free bento(I ate a little bit). This is the first time my review been valued and listened in a restaurant!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant for everyone, Bravo!!!
The quality of food is good. Clean, comfortable and efficient service. It’s good to find a decent Taiwanese eatery in Hobart.
Good restaurant! Visited there as recommended by friend and didnt regret at all. Generous amount of tasty food melt me and made me feel so much satisfied
I love the spicy beef with rice noodles. Flat noodle or thin noodle r also nice. Like the picked veggies and broth also. Also the taiwanese style fried chicken tastes so yummy with garlic and basil.
Great food and friendly staff! We have been here 3 times recently and the quality of both food and service was excellent!Love the beef noodle soup
It was a great experience to have a meal here. Taiwanese food are good, Bbq was good. It must be great If the noodles were hand made. The soup was good, but the flavour is like kind of instant noodles.probably this is the traditional Taiwan test.卤肉面加辣椒加香菜葱花炒鸡推荐,家乡的味道🍾️
Service was great. Always friendly and helpful. Each order is presumably accompanied by free tea or softdrink.Place could be crowded during meal time, but it still feels lovely. The food tasted better than home 😂The portion isnt bad either. It suits a hungry student.
I was super excited to eat here but I left a little disappointed. Dont get me wrong, the staff were super friendly and very helpful when it came to navigating through their menu which is quite extensive.I ordered skewered BBQ lamb and chicken which was quite nice, my favourite was the chicken. The lamb had to be eaten immediately or it turned really chewy so keep that in mind when you order it. I then had the spicy beef noodles which I was really looking forward to but I really didnt enjoy the flavour profile at all. There was something in there that left my mouth with a numb sensation every time I took a bite which was not enjoyable for me at all. The depth and balance of flavour in the broth was missing, the lemongrass was extremely overpowering and it was not spicy.I also got a cucumber and garlic salad and there was an overload of garlic in there and I love garlic! The lemon iced tea also does NOT taste like lemon iced tea... nice people though, I might have to order something different if I go back but it was a big NO on the beef noodles for me.
One of my favorite restaurants in hobart. Taiwanese food with various choices. You can also choose one free drink either soft drink or Taiwanese tea for each menu. Fried chicken is must try menu!
Its really delicious!!!! The quantity is large and the price is good. And if you order a meal, you can even get drinks!
Delicious dumpling and Noodle soup. This place is a must for people that love noodles and dumplings. They have a big menu that will cover anything you crave. Also beers are crazy cheap for a restaurant. $5 for a Heineken stubby! You read that right!Highly recommended
It was so yum! made me missing my time in Taiwan in 2019. Friendly staffs too ‼️
Awesome Taiwanese food in Hobart! they have quite a large menu with noodle soup, stir fry noodles, bento box, and range of stir fry foodyummy food, quick food, friendly staff, would highly recommend!!
Fantastic customer service & food wiz amazing portion!
What a surprise. We saw this on the street and decided to go. Turned out to be better than any beef noodles Ive had in Taiwan. The café vibe is very cute. I had one of the beef noodle fusion specials with tripe. It had that perfect amount of Sichuan pepper to give a "chilling" effect without blowing every other flavour out of the dish. The beef tendon was chewy and fresh. The sausage is a must. Did not expect Tasmania of all places to have top notch Taiwanese.
Bravo indeed, this place rocks! Friendly staff and the food is cooked perfectly, 4 lamb skewers for $10... In Sydney you would get 3 for $12 in Chinatown. Ridiculously good, best bang for buck food in Hobart.
Great value with quality food and excellent service, also food comes in big proportions and very unique tea in a pot!! This place is very addictive. The boss and staff are all friendly and welcoming. The second floor is impressively painted in yellow with exotic vibe, different from the ground floor.Highly recommend :香港人可以講廣東話既地方!
Finally find a place in Hobart is ok. Noddle size is big and price is reasonable.
Very friendly service!Noodles really delicious 😋
Was asking something not in the menu. The chef tried to please the customers so he did make effort to make food according to my order. The food here is tasty, reasonable price. Must try their number 19 dish in the menu.
I had the Largest, best tasting , well presented bowl of beef, tendon and tripe soup I have Ever had the pleasure of eating, better than I have had in Sydney, and all within walking distance of West Hobart. My new favourite restaurant.
A hidden gem. The food is pretty authentic Taiwanese. We ordered some grilled skewers of meat, beef noodles, fried rice & braised pork rice. I tasted a bit of each. They were all good, except the Taiwanese sausages, which were a bit dry. My favourite was the Braised Pork Rice.
