Braeburn Glen Park in Channelview

I keep calling the city to cut the grass inside the play area. This was my nieces favorite park because it was so small and next to a firehouse...but theres always broken glass and an unkempt play area. Not safe for kids or dogs.

The playground equipment itself, though older, is still fun and versatile for children of different ages. It was the overgrown weeds and grass all around the equipment as well as trash that shortened our visit. (The grass all around the park had been mowed, it was just the weeds and grass inside the park equipment that was not delt with). The benches around the equipment are not shaded.

Great for lunch !!! Tons of courts!! But it does say to register before going on court!! But definitely great for a lunch or probably even a birthday

Reeks of sewage from a storm drain vent next to the playground. The playground!Lots of litter, including chicken bones in the playground mulch.Disgusting.

Definitely not one of the best maintenance parks, today the park Definitely has an awful scent in the whole park.

Lee LeClear Tennis Center is GREAT!!

Do not come here to try something new it will disappoint you, park is very dirty and at the entrance of the park alot of men gambling drinking and smells like urine. Will not be coming back made my wife and three girls uncomfortable

This park was nice, very busy I went for the tennis court.

I was there for the Tennis tournament. I has very beautiful landscaping done. A good place for playing and enjoyment.

(10/19/2020). I had visit the park today to go walking and there was trash throughout the entire park. I could not believe howthe park was so disgusting in such poor condition. The lawn has not been cut for a very long time and its obvious the park has not been receiving basic standard maintenance care. This park has become a dumpster field for the persons thats responsible for trashy condition of this community park. The poor and very unclean condition of this park reflects its been serverly neglected for an extremely long period of time of several months or longer, uncare for in maintenance up keep. Its very disappointing and saddened to see a community park in this horrible condition.

First time here u can tell the people that come here dont clean up after them self ..the city does take care of the park. People clean up after your selfs

The Civic club is the worst..the president is a joke and doesnt have customer service skills..I hope people stop going and drop out from the club vote new people in and have a change of attitude

Pretty nice park but theres a lot of trash every time I visit. Tennis courts look good.

Good facility, easy in and out, plenty of parking

Went for a tennis tournament. Lots of courts, small clubhouse with bathroom and thats about it. No shade or landscaping, some courts have waves and dips on them but the nets work. Couple stores close by to get drinks between matches.

Needs a cleaner environment

Nice Park. Great place to walk dogs, and areas for kids to play. Several sets of jungle gyms and lots of big trees with shade.

Played here when I was younger and now the park has evolved with playground equipment and a basketball court

Smelly, difficult to access, and poor drainage. On the plus side, pretty big and has an adequate track.

A little hidden park between Fire Station and Lee LeClear Tennis Center. Its nice to see a brand new parking lot with pillars at the entrance. The place is good for volleyball playing and walking under well-maintained shaded trees.

Love the quietness of d park...lovely family park

The city cut back the park to make room for the fire trucks. Packed on the weekends the aftermath can be a little hardening.
