Bozkov Dolomite Caves in Liberec
Description
Privilege
Super
Nice place, worth visiting if you are already somewhere nearby.
The entrance is with guided tour only. About 45 minuts inside. The cave is beautiful. Dont forget warm clothes.
MoreNice place if you are around. All trips are guided and take about 1 hour. However I havent seen there anything spectacular still its worth seeing.
MoreIf it is your first time in a cave, it will be impressive. 4 stars worth. If you have been in Slovenia in caves, it will be a bit small. I think the Czech your will be fun, but the Dutch and German audio tour are the most boring monotone ones that I have ever heard.
MoreAmazing, well kept place. Audio device with polish lector is a great convenience.
More+ good guide service+ couple of hundreds meters accessible+ multilingual guide service
MoreVery nice caves with most amazing cave-lake in Czech. Small animal surprise for kids 😁.
Morevery nice place. the guide was fantastic!
Nice caves that are pretty small but worth the visit. You really need to make a reservation in advance. We were lucky it seems but others have had bad experiences showing up without.
MoreNice caves with beautiful underwater lake and with Dutch audioguide 👍
The caves are amazing and the surrounding area is very nice and quiet as well. Suitable for bigger groups too, as an outdoor/hiking activity.Tickets can easily be bought at the location, tours are scheduled beforehand, you will need to wait if you missed your window. There are no tours in English which might be a downside. Upon request they can provide an audio device in English, but at times it doesnt match and it is a bit difficult to follow. They instruct that there numbers to press as you advance, but not really. The Czech tour guy seemed pretty nice, he was joking and had a good story to tell (I assume O_o).
MoreNice Dolomite caves with beautiful lake.
Very good. The guide was helpful and even helped us with some extra English explanations. Really something to visit!
MoreNice cool place especially during hot days :))
Very educational place to go. Probably not suitable for small kids.
Worth to see, definitely. You will go with small groups and for foreigners you will be provided with electronic narration device.
MoreCool experience. Expect to wait a little bit during summer season.
Super !!!
Quite interesting cave. Doesnt take too long to go through it. But it is definitely worth to come
MoreLovely guide, very unusual and pleasant trip!
Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Loved the atmosphere as we were a small group.
MoreAfter seeing some other dolomite caves - this one is a HUGE disappointment. Very little to see, small, humid and with guidance in Czech only.
MoreNice cave. Totaly take an hour to see all.
Quitte nice for not too much money, they tell you a lot about the caves and keep it intresting the underwater lake was really beautifull
MoreYou have to make a reservation but that isnt shown anywhere. So we went there and had to wait for 5 hours. We decided not to go.
MoreQuite an interesting place to visit though be sure to bring with you your jackets.
MoreAfter all, not so amazing as it sounds. The story of discovery is nice and the lake is cristal clear blue water.
MoreIf you want to look at a cave with very old Stalagmites its ok but all kinda looks the same. This is outside of Prague which is awesome. But wouldnt go back to the cave.
MoreVery informative tour through an intricate series of caves with various minor wonders.
MoreInteresting site. Liked the guided tour. Poorly signposted. Took us couple of attempts to find the parking for this site as not possible get in close proximity to the entrance
MoreQuite impressive, yet constructed for pumping through tourists. A good place to cool down on a hot day.
MoreGreat place to visit .
Nicely setuped infrastructure and unique cave. Looking forward for live guides.
Very nice cave, great admission fee and we also had great guide who can sing great songs.
MoreThe caves are extremely interesting and some parts quite beautiful .
Awesome experience, but reserve a spot! We left the first time because the waiting time was two hours and reserved a spot for the next day.
MoreOur tour guide was in a hurry so we had to run down the caves. No tours in English and the audio guide makes no sense at all.
MoreIt was ok. Busy and not much to see but at least a cool place to chill on a hot summer day 😂
MoreIntriguing at every turn. Something different. Well maintained infrastructure. Would be good if they had actual English tours rather than just listening to an electronic guide.
MoreWonderful Nature
Worth to see. Large cave with lots of interesting objects. Tour guide in few languages (via player device).
MoreCave was very big and beautiful :)Must see places in Czech republic
Im no cave expert, but it was a nice cave i guess:50min tour, just enough. The guide just walks around with a recorded explanation (german), so you cant really ask him much, but it was ok for us. We received a separate device with english version.
MoreSecon biggest caves in Czeh Republic. Really worth the price to see it. Maybe you would say it is normal cave as usual. But wait till you see the undeground lake with its almost natural emerald colour! Inside could be cold but not that much as u expect, usually 7 degrees. Price for taking pictures is 40, entrance 100.
MoreDefinitely a great cave system to visit. Whats pretty cool it that they have audio systems to talk you through the guide tour in case that you dont speak the language.
MoreGreat experience. The tour was very interesting. A lot of history is told during the tour and it makes you wonder what the first researchers must have felt when they explored the tunnels...
MoreAmazing place. Route is really good prepared. We were visited this place with kids. They were really happy
MoreNice caves, guided tours in multiple languages - beautifull underground Lake!Visited punkva caves close to blansko at Brno before these are more impressive than bozkov.
MoreBeautiful cave system with an amazing underground lake. Its not the biggest cave system nor the most interesting but the lake is stunning and it beats anything I have seen in any of the other caves. A must see.
