While the staff was nice the food was just okay not worth the 25 dollars spent the manager was rude and snarky. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and wouldn’t go back

The place is extremely run down, my bowling ball is getting ruined because of the ball return. The prices for what you get are too high.

I like the place the guy overcharged me for games played. We went this past Sunday me and my son only played 2 games at 7.39 per game the guy said we played 6 games which we didn’t and was charged 44 dollars for 6 prime time and I told him we only played two and he said time flies when u having fun. I found that disrespectful and I wanted to get a corporate number so I can be charged the right amount. Make sure y’all know how many games u play before they over charged you. I still need the corporate number.

Fun afternoon of bowling. Alley needs upgrades to their bumpers so they can turned on/off for different players, currently they have to be on/off for everyone. 10th frame got stuck and had to be rest multiple times as well as balls not returning.

It was really fun I won of course but the reason I put 4 stars is because the machine knocked all the pins down the first time but everything else was great 👍

Excellent for bowling, entertainment and the drinks are great as well! Had family and friends over at this bowling alley and they never disappoint when it comes to customer service and delivering an experience that everyone can enjoy. You can even get your own shoes and bowling balls made which is dope. Highly recommend and looking forward to return for a 7th time! Haha

Friendly staff, nice vibe. The food and drinks were on point. The shoes need to be replaced (holes, worn out). Overall, good time.

It is good for what it is, a bowling alley. There is nothing special about it other than the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are a disgusting site to behold and smell. Do not come here expecting to see modernization. It is very reminiscent to the bowling allies I bowled in the 80s and 90s. All three pair of shoes I tried on were torn in half at the toes and held together by tiny frags of string.

Cool neighborhood spot! My 2 yr old granddaughter was able to bowl with a 6 lb, ball, bumpers and a ramp! Who knew! She was excited and do was I!

Fun for the whole family! Food and drinks a bit expensive so eat before you go but also like that they do serve adult beverages 😉 There is much fun to have as a date night or friendly get together for friends! Genuinely enjoyed a night out shooting pool having drinks with a friend! We were served by an amazing bartender who was knowledgeable and personable with great hospitality! This establishment has overachieved my expectations with service and fun for all! Big thanks to Brandon for the awesome night and memories to cherish! Bowlero is for sure a go to place anytime for fun!!!

Public places in the Atlanta metro area that arent stained with the taint of perpetual darkness are becoming more and more rare. Bowlero is a blessing in this regard. Many times I can go here without seeing a single shadow person if you know what I mean.

It was awesome. It was the last place I bowled about 40 years ago as a teen.But thank God its still a place to go with your family too enjoy

The kids enjoyed it. You can tell it’s old but it’s bowling do it works. Small arcade. The air hockey table stopped working on us but the manager fixed it and gave us another game. The staff was nice. Bowling is fun anyhow so not a way to mess that up. If you’re looking for all the frills and thrills, choose a different location. If you don’t care about all of that, book a lane and have some fun!

The concession lady prevents a 5 star…Everyone involved in the bowling aspect are very friendly. I can’t say enough positive, pro shop to the desk 5 stars.Then you go to order food or a drink. The older lady that works there is obnoxious af. If she cared any less she’d have to be dead. The forced 18% gratuity adds injury to the insult.Make sure to call before you go one the weekend. They sometimes have tournaments and you’ll get your kids and drive their all excited only to leave disappointed. And the Bowlero website is useless in regards to finding out…

Good spot to bowl at, no frills, good bartenders, great for a family night out.

I just came from here. The bartender need a mf raise. On God. Give buddy a raise or ima come up there and act up. Best time ever. And Im bout to get some boooootay.

This place gives me the owner is broke vibes…over priced and not fun. We bowled in silence, no music, I was cold and the lane kept freezing. Would not come back would never recommend. I Pepsi was $5 by itself.

Not crowded. Cost more than we expected. Desk guy pushed us to take package instead of paying by game. 4 people almost $70

I had a good time. Everything was neat and clean. The Clerk that rung up my bowling games was so super great she answered all my questions well to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was to my liking. I would like to come back when their full Bar is at functional use so my friend and family can have a ball. Thanks I appreciate everything with your business 😊

Just played pool and had a blast. The guy that works back there was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is they only have 1 pool table.

This is my favorite bowling alley in the entire metro area! Clean, good service, friendly people, good music, good drinks, yummy food that’s fast food but fresh, good wine, and the shoes are almost cute. It’s worth the no traffic drive to Austell to bowl at a nice place that doesn’t charge Atlanta city prices.

Went with my daughters on a Saturday around 6pm. the staff was very very pleasant. Explained everything to us since it was our first time at this location. Honored the First responders” special. The establishment was very clean and organized. I saw the staff from the concession stand still delivering food to others tables, even though it was explained that they were short staffed and you would have to get your own food. The music was very nice. Everybody was having a great time. Definitely will be back. Great job guys!!

My family always have a wonderful experience here! This place is amazing! I love the staff! The food is good, and the music creates a fun vibe! Sam is also very welcoming and attentive! I think this is going to be our weekend "kick it" spot!

Went with a group of friends while I was back home visiting and we had SO much fun! I am not good at bowling at all but I absolutely love it!! The lanes are great, the staff is friendly, and the food *chefs kiss*. We had a few things at our table...buffalo and garlic parmesan cauliflower, garlic parmesan fries, and the nachos. EVERYTHING was so damn good I would go back just for the food lol. And the drinks...AMAZING!! The southern charm with crown peach and the berried alive lemonade I believe its called were great! Thanks for a great experience Bowlero!!

We bowl here regularly and this place is clean, food is pretty good and reasonably priced, and it always lots of people . That part is a bummer at this time bc lots of people can put anyone at risk of the virus. However they have bowling specials we like to take advantage of.Lots of balls available and shoes. The staff is also really friendly

We go here regularly. Nice for the most part. Rates are reasonable. Some of the lanes often stick (2 & 3but always a great time.

Worst part about bowling alleys in Atlanta are the crowds. This location was perfect for a Friday night! Crowd was very chill and it wasnt overly packed. The drinks are good on their menu and the price for unlimited bowling was silly good.

wow nice bowling alley, food was very good but very expencive. Thou a Lg drink coast me $5.00 there were free refills on them thankfully. They kept the bathrooms in good shape.

Girls night out was a lotnof fun here. Even though we had several issues with lane #1, the staff were fast to fix them. The watermelon infusion drinks are so good. We did not eat food there, but it smelled and looked good. They were also short handed, but handled everything within timely reason. We will be going back.

Staff was great, place was clean! People seemed to be doing their own thing and enjoying. There are deals on Tuesday evenings and Friday nights that are worth checking out on bowling. Food was bit expensive and I was not a fan of the bone in wings. That’s a personal thing with breaded bone in wings also you come here for a drink and bowling and food isn’t the main priority. The food service was quick. Would recommend checking this spot out. And with an arcade and a pool table there is more than just bowling. They have a 5 week pass and a summer pass for bowling that’s worth a look into as well

The staff was really friendly. We were able to get a lane for our family of five immediately. The lane was a little warpped but it was fine with us. Very clean and food service was fast. Prices were good. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend.

It was my first time coming here with my husband. The place is clean and reasonable prices. Bowled the best game and had the most strikes to date. Not sure what caused it but for that reason I will be back for sure! Would give it five stars but the music selection could be better.

Time spent well, Good old bowling alley, the distance was short and the bowling balls had odd weights as compared to other Bowlero.

Updated review. There was far too many people in this bowling alley. I mean,it was packed. Although they only book every other lane,it was still packed and very warm.from the number of people there..We literally had to leave early because the management had us right next to another family of 6. We were too close for somfort. We left before our games was even over because we cant risk getting sick.I totally understand businesses are getting hit big time with all of the reductions and social distance rules. But its either follow the rules or keep the doors shut.Ive attached photos of tonight. This was 30 minutes before closing. Just imagine an hr earlier when it was at its peak.The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have good flat bread pizza. Variety of ball sizes. Game room with air hockey and up to date games. They have weekly specials including drinks. Always clean and a good crowd of family oriented people. Theres even ALOT of couples and small groups bowling.

It was my first time bowling there, and I got to say " It was wicked awesome!" I mean, not only does it have bowling lanes, but it has a wild arcade as well. I love it!

We were at the bowling alley for a tournament and it couldnt have been a better experience. The tournament was well-run, the manager of operations Todd was a really nice guy and hard-working, the only issue I had there when the bathrooms could have been cleaner - you guys need to clean the walls in some of the stalls. The food was delicious and we had several things over the course of 2 days. We enjoyed the well-stocked Pro Shop, and the vending machines with bowling supplies in them. Every single employee that I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks to everyone at bowlero for making it a fun visit. We look forward to more tournaments at bowlero locations, hope theyre all is good as this one.

Poor service tonight, I ordered food and it was super super salty. Went back in line to get some thing to drink they took the person before me ordered, when it was my turn to order they said they were closed. Really really poor service. Also our lane was jammed I asked the guy that was standing at the counter in a camo sweater to assist he said “what’s wrong with it” I’m like I don’t know It’s stuck. He never left the counter or called anyone. Took about 5-8 mins before someone did something and still didn’t hear anything from anyone.

Visited this place recently and purchased a Hammer RIPD from their pro shop. The man working in the shop seemed very knowledgeable and was very fast at getting my new ball drilled for me. Even gave me a free game. My daughter also had fun there and the lanes seem very well kept. I left one ball for baking since I havent bowled in a few years. I hope it helps get it back to where I had it when I first got it. I will be back again.

Summer league sign up. Wonderful summer activity. 2 1/2 hrs of bowling for $10/kid every Saturday 10 wks. Staff is great. Place is clean. They coach the kids.
