Voor 1 nacht prima, zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, ruime kamer. Maar dit is geen hotel dit is een B&B (zonder ontbijt).

Very nice location, welcoming owner but no kitchen. So if you are staying for more than a day thats an issue I would say. Netherlands are not that cheap overall.

Zeer gastvrije en sympathieke gastheer die meerdere talen spreekt. De kamers bieden meer dan je van een hotel mag verwachten.Leuke sfeer en super locatie.Zeker de moeite waard.

Wij hadden een kamer geboekt voorafgaand aan ons vertrek, de volgende dag vanaf Eindhoven AirPort (2 volw. + 2 kids). Het verblijf was absoluut boven verwachting. Goede sfeer, mooie kunst en een uitstekende gastheer. Prijs/kwaliteit een 10!

Übernachten in einem schönem alten Haus, quasi mitten im Zentrum von Eindhoven und dann trotzdem in einer schönen grünen Umgebung. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause und nicht wie in einem typischen Hotel.

Deze eerder gedane reviews zijn 100 procent fake, friend requested, reviews.Deze hotel-instelling is niet alleen een ware grap, je wordt hier OP-GE-LICHT door een vriendelijk ogende simpele gozer..Schijn bedriegt.Toen ik, na hierachter te zijn gekomen wanneer ik de kamer 2005 zag - binnen 2 uur -,Vriendelijk mijn geld terug verzocht.. kreeg ik niet alleen mijn geld niet terug, werd ik bedreigd met een mes, werd ik fysiek aangevallen - nog altijd lichamelijk letsel hiervan overgehouden..Aangifte loopt.Pas op. Beter kies je voor deze prijs, kwaliteit + veiligheid.

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.La chambre équipée de 2 lits 2 personnes, est pratique et agréable.Un grand salon, équipé dun coin bibliothèque, Télévision, Musique, est accolé a la chambre, avec porte disolement.Cadre extérieur très agréable, dans quartier résidentiel calme.

Excellent place, in a cosy and quiet environment, the host is friendly and helpful! As for the facilities, you feel like home!

Avoid this bad property.They are not fair with reservation. I booked and when I reached there he told me that room is no more available. I never had this situation with any hotel. It is just a logde house, not hotel, and very difficult to find and has no parking.

Jos is een sympathieke nette man die alle tijd voor je neemt bij ontvangst. Zelfs als je afgepeigerd, ongewassen en in trainingspak arriveert komt hij zorgzaam en geïnteresseerd over. Kamer zeer schoon, netjes en ziet er als nieuw uit. Voor 1 persoon uitstekend maar wellicht iets krap voor twee personen. Gunstige centrale locatie in een van de mooiste, rustigste straten van Eindhoven. Loopafstand van het centrum.

Great place to stay in Eindhoven. The owner-Jos, welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Felt like home aswe have the same mattress! Only 10 minutes walk to the centre and the area is very nice and quiet! Lovely art work everywhere in the house!

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en vooral een prima kamer met een ruime heerlijke douche en een zalig ben, zowel het matras als het beddengoed voelde heerlijk aan. Ontbijt was ook prima( wel zelf service in de grote keuken.

I cant write anything but good things about this place. The room is very nice and with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is comfortable and everything worked perfectly inside the room. The location is beautiful and the hotel is immersed in a quiet green area not far from the center. The host is extremely kind and always attentive to the requests and the needs of his guests. I highly recommend this place for every type of travellers.Cornelia

Luogo molto carino ed elegante per soggiornare in un casa olandese. Giardino molto particolare, con diverse piante allevate a spallerà. La camera quadrupla, nella mansarda, molto grande e comoda. Cucina a disposizione per una buona colazione. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente molto particolare pieno di quadri e oggetti, raccolta di dischi in vinile molto interessante. Giulia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un hôte très accueillant et fort sympathique.Une chambre cosy où lon sy sent à laise, un quartier tranquille très apaisant.Je vous conseille fortement cet hébergement.

Great, central house accommodation, not a hotel per say.

Arrived later at night than I planned, poor weather and heavy traffic delayed my trip from England but this was not a problem.Lovely friendly reception and from hosts Jos and Chi, hot shower, walk to town 10 mins for something to eat and I can leave my bike in their front garden alongside their bay window. Very relaxed and their other guests were a couple who had visited a few times, always a good indicator to any place you visit.Good breakfast next morning and I even get packed off with a drink and a large cheese roll for my travels, I declined the many offers of fresh fruit and extra food.Should have stopped here on my return from ride to Norway Arctic circle but weather in Germany was so bad I did not feel arriving here dripping wet would be a respectable option, rode home 800 miles.Would be making this my first stop again next year if my plans to ride to Finland and Sweden are completed.

Really great place, nice host, close location to almost everything in central Eindhoven but its a little bit pricy.

Great overnight visit, nicely decorated rooms and a good breakfast. From the hotel its only 800meters to the city center.

Non è un hotel ma una stanza di un appartamento privato, gli aspetti positivi sono i seguenti:-la stanza è comoda, il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, doccia moderna, pulizia, arredamento particolare, abbastanza vicino alla stazione, accesso libero a thé e caffè nonostante la colazione non inclusa, wifi veloce, camera pulita.-Gli aspetti negativi invece sono i seguenti:non facile da trovarla viste le poche indicazioni stradali presenti, camera fredda riscaldamento mai acceso, bagno privato ma esterno, prezzo un po elevato.
