Always had good service wether it was from delivery or take out !

Was looking forward to some boustan after hard week. Arrived to an empty place with a single customer before me. After they recieved their order I stood at the counter for 5 minutes watching the cashier scroll on Facebook, I recieved no acknowledgement, not even a bonjour or hi. I left hungry and in a foul mood... My time is precious, and while Im very tolerant of delays, but the absolute lack of communication was a new experience for me. Not a pleasant one to say the least

Not every Boustan restaurant is the same. I had pretty disappointing experiences in a few ones but this Boustan located in Sherbrooke Street is one of the best. The lady at the counter is never on a hurry, she always complies with every demand. The food is fresh and they give you a good portion.

I love Libanesen food :boustan have the good one. About the price can get better prices but is tasty workers there always with a smile :thanks 🙏

We came today with my husband and he had a chicken shawarma plate and j had a falafel pita trio. We were both very happy with the flavours and the freshness of the food and the lady working there was very generous with the sides. Its definitely the Boustan we like to go to in that area of Montreal!

Quality and price cannot be beat

I was not a fan of this place at all. We ordered one mix plate and one mix shawarma sandwich. The beef tasted burnt, the bread was too toasted to the point where it also tasted burnt. The salad that the plate comes with isnt a salad, its coleslaw with 2 turnips on top. The chicken was the only thing that had good flavor but it was dry. The garlic sauce isnt traditional nude eastern garlic sauce, it was like a mayo and it didnt taste of garlic. this locations washroom was very gross and dirty. Overall I dont recommend. Just the plate, sandwich and drink was over $30.

Food: 10/10, Portions: 10/10, Deliver Packing: 10/10Details: Great food, generous portions and good packing. Lebanese wraps in general have sauces which can leak, so Boustan has an extra wrapping for its wraps that prevents this. I would go for the mixed shawarma any time.

Chill guys there, made a slight mistake in one of my pita and i told him it was ok they insisted on making another one like i ordered

Every time i ask for take out like 15 min befor i went there and every singl time the prepare it ones am there and i have to wait another 15 min

I ordered from this place many times. The portions are generous. One plate can easily filled up two people! I think that each restaurant is good in their own way but I have to say that Boustan is way better than other lebanese restaurants of this type that I have tried! Love middle-eastern food! 🤤

I was impressed to notice a sign saying this location is open 7 days a week for 12 hours a day — to me that deserves five stars in itself (pretty impressive), especially during these unique days with all the extra challenges.I also thought it notable this location appears quite well run and efficient. With all the various types and sizes of orders, from all the various delivery companies (they also have there own delivery serviceplus the regular walk-in orders, you’d think there would be a lot of confusion and many people lined up. From what I saw towards the dinner rush time on what was becoming a busy night, they seemed to handle everything smoothly.The one room space was lined with red benches to one side and all the tables in a row to the other (not in use at the moment). The counter is to the back wall, where the order taker is behind a clear protective wall. It was nice to feel a good vibe from the staff - during these difficult times - positive energy is welcome.A few other little notes, I noticed they had pita chips for sale in a little display to one side and a bunch of vegetarian options to go along with other more meat focused offerings. They also make their poutine using their signature chunk-style seasoned potatoes. You might be interested to mix it with garlic sauce or others (so ask about the options).Overall, it’s nice to see a franchise with many fans/a big reputation, care to continuously do things right.

Indeed the best Shawarma in est Montreal,I had a mix plate it was delicious & rich in flavour along with the quality service & the kind cashier she extend my level of satisfaction!

Love their beef pita they are delicious the meat is juicy and flavourful I recommend it to everyone if you have doubt about trying their food you definitely shouldn’t have any everything is fresh

Only 2 forks in and all the chicken is gone.. not a good experience after many timea at this place... Im gonna be watching my plates b4 leaving from now on

Ive tried other boustan before but wasent satisfied by the food. One day a friend told me that specifically this boustan was worth to give it a shot again. As his recommandation, the food was simply delicious and delightful. Their meat is freshly cut( that is what makes it exeptionnal and the sauce is undescriptive. Definetively worth to give it shot, but careful, you might get hooked on this food forever ;)

This has to be the BEST boustan in ALL of Montreal! The food is always fresh, the 3 staff members in the front are so welcoming and caring for their clients. I recommend this specific location for anyone trying boustan for the first time since they really set the bar high for other boustans!

I always go to this restaurant and the service usually good. the food is good and apreciate it is beside my house. I work with public and apreciate good service as i do give the best when I work.Today unfortunatly i was surprised with the lack of costumer sevice. I know the situation we are going through is hard and that they are swamped by phone orders. I was so ignored and was handed my food like i did not care i asked for something specific and was rudely dismissed and was told i should order cleraly so i can get it from the beginning. They had like 10 orders going on at the same time and the one that matter was the costumer infront of them and i was dismissed and traeted like i was just a burden fo them. The prices are so high 17,95 for a shawarma plate i only expect a bit of care in my service if i pay so much. So sad they did not care for the usual costumer. They lost a client today.

They are too busy filling door dash orders to serve clients at the counter. Then when you do finally get your order, because they forgot to fill it, you get the wrong order. Horrible, It will be my last time. They should take lessons from the Mascouche branch on how to serve clients and provide quality food. As you will see in the picture, it was as if they were serving hamburger instead of chunks of chicken.

Plates are generous and price is decent. The front restaurant got limited sittings due to covid. Staff is friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the staff at the back and in the kitchen were not wearing any PPE despite rules at the time of the visit.

Ive been to many Boustan but I can say without a doubt that this is the best one. Their food is ALWAYS fresh & delicious. Portions are generous. The place is very clean and well maintained - feels brand new. Often busy during supper but waiting time is totally worth it. Keep it up!

Ordered from uber eats... Was very specific in my order (expecting a vegan mealthe garlic sauce (usually contains eggs or mayowas all over the 3 items... They even had the "no garlic sauce" option that I selected.. Very disappointed

Delicious and juicy shawarma. The restaurant was very clean. The service was great. Highly recommend for someone looking for some amazing Lebanese food.

Not good at all compare to other Boustans. Gave us cold chicken and dry. Normally we go Ndg or jean talon location. Food always great. Plus service section was dirty. Not coming back to this location but will go to others for sure.

So far best shawarma I ever had !! Juicy, flavour full chicken super tender. Crunchy potato so good that ask for the second round. Caring service and decor make it 100 percent. We will definitely beck again.

I’ve been coming regularly to Boustan for almost a decade and I have to say that after eating here, this location has the same exact original unique Boustan taste that I recall after eating my first pita at Boustan many years ago. It takes both an experienced disciplined staff and attention to detail to achieve this kind of consistency, cleanliness and customer service. It’s worth travelling from far away to come eat here. This location and others like it show that the Boustan experience goes far beyond great tasting food and that Boustan is leading the competition. There is really nothing better than Boustan! A+

Loved the food. Hated the service. They were too rushed to serve me and seemed impatient when I did not really understand how their restaurant work. But yeah, foods amazing and relatively cheap.

Courteous Staff.. Great food. We had Shawarma Poulet and Garlic potatoes. We very damn hungry and it satisfied our hunger to a great extent. Bill was 57 CAD for 4 people which is way cheaper than other restaurants

I love boustan but HATE THIS ONE. Ive ordered twice, first time payed online 50$ and the order never came so they basically stole from me! And then AGAIN today, my mom and I wanted to eat something, she ordered from here multiple times before no problems and today we ordered at 7h24pm its now 9h44pm and we still dont have the food tried to call goes directly to some random voicemail! Never again

Food is always fresh there. Since they opened last year, I havent had a meal there that was short of delicious. The kitchen staff is a delight to interact with, and the cashiers are always super nice. Boustan IS the best alternative in the area for fast food, period.

This place serve some of the best food with fresh ingredients and quick service! Once only located downtown, these new location bring the good taste of Boustan close to you! I Will keep orderig and going there!

Very clean ,very friendly staff , opens late so amazing for a late dinner. Had a poutine loved the combinaision between our arabic potatoes style and the canadian sauce and cheese . Generous quantity

Have gone a few times now and every time staff is very friendly and food is top notch... Its not just thrown together... You can see its created with attention and care... Will be back again as long as the quality remains as it is... Keep up the good work!
