Tasty food, the chicken shawarma in saj bread was great

I live in laval and never had this much dry meat.Normally for a shawarma pita you put one scoop of each sauce depend on the meat you choose, the girl from this place just put the spoon in save and put it on my pit, there was no sauce at all.When I got back to the office, the pita sandwich was cold and both meat were so dry (my office is like a min walk from this branch)Work experience ever :(

The best Boustan as they serve fresh and juicy chicken which just melts in your mouth and the place maintains hygiene and the the employees are so welcoming and warm give you the best costumer service shawarma,Boustan bowl and plate are must try here five star ⭐️ Imran and vineet are great

They cancelled my order two times when we had guests and we were embarassed last time we had to order from them they are not as good as other Boustan branches and the food was super cold and old

Wow, the meat here is so delicious. Ordered mixed plate and tried new sauce there a little hot. The serving size is perfect for me. Potatos are not greasy at all and so crunchy I liked that. Really liked how chicken shawarma was prepared, the service is good here aswell. Thank you so much for the experience. Definetely will come back and order again.

Its not the same fresh taste as other Boustan.Sandwiches are very small size and less juicy, potatoes always half of the cup and very dry.

There is best service here, I had the salad was awesome.

I like Boustan but this is The Worst Boustan restaurant branch EVER!! The staff are not friendly at all. The quality of food is very bad and disappointing. The last two times (once was a take out and once a delivery I ordered from there and the sandwich was Very dry and checkin was dry and over cooked and burned and the sandwich was almost empty with no sauce (although I have specified to add extra garlic sauce in my sandwichand cold, and the tomato was bad and tasted bad. not worth the money at all and I will never order from there again.

always something. why are the pitas always soggy and wet? I take a bite a gush of juice squirts all over my cloths. what is the sauce? it tastes horrible. everything is so bland.The pitas smelled like metal really bad. this is the most over rated franchise in the city. i always never finish the food and get ill. i had kafta and creation. nothing is fresh. i dont get it

I was there for my lunch but l take trio sandwich are cold sandwich pita not even hot wores and wores. Not enough chicken.

What happened boustan? I’m from Ottawa, the land of shawarma in Canada, and boustan was the only quick Lebanese I would eat in Montreal. Most recent visit - no big turnips (clear mark of a lacking place), barely any beef in the sandwich, and the potatoes were all tiny little hard shards, not the good bigger creamy pieces. What a disappointment. Someone tell me where to go in mtl for decent quick Lebanese.

Excellent food at a reasonable price.

Food quality wasnt always consistent. But they care about improving and they listen to their customers concerns.This is my Boustan location of choice!

Ive been a Boustan faithful for over 15 years, but I will no longer go to this branch. Quality and flavour has seriously gone downhill. No attention to detail. The sandwiches are some of the worst/ most flavorless I have ever had. Plus we consistently get stomach aches after eating. Sorry friends, Im out.

Our experience was horrible..I was babysitting my 2-1/2 yr old grandson on Saturday night with my husband. My son ordered out at yr lachine notre dame st location..we were all sick..he vomitted all night off and on..i had bad cramps and my husband as well..the potatoes were so black..and my husband and i had the wraps..which hardly had any chicken mainly salad which tasted sour..horrible cramps..next day my grandson had diarrhoe..never again

Its alright.I mean when you get the right person on the right day its awesome. Otherwise wither the potatoes are old and stale... or you find yourself wondering where in the world is the meat?

Staff was eager to ensure I enjoyed my food. Tasty!

I love Boustan but this one, skip it.I ordered Chicken Saj all-dress wrap take-out. Disappointed to find that it was basically a cole slaw sandwich with hardly any chicken. I opened the Saj and wow, they are cheap on the chicken portion. I could hardly find pieces of chicken. Plus the cook leaves it on the grill not even a minute, cold Saj! . Would not recommend this branch of the Boustan francises.

I eat mix plate last night, beef was very dry rice not cook enough and potato dry too no herbs or olive oil. I love shawarma a lot because its tasty and time consuming.

Kinda torn here. Food was amazing but found a hair once (no DNA check here, but definitely not my hair color so..Was so good that I went back anyway. Second time I found a chunk of hair mingled with my beef Shawarma.. No more 4 me.

Delicious food here - very high quality food for a very reasonable price, especially for the Atwater Market area. Easily customizable wraps - great flavours. No surprise really, they’ve been here since 1986. Will be back.

Food quality and service is excellent here. Got a consistent and satisfying experience every time I visited. The falafel is of very good quality, which cannot be said for many Lebanese chains.

Very overwhelmed staff who wouldnt listen to their customers. Got my two orders wrong when I clearly said two times it was vegetarian. The cashier confirmed 2 vegetarian pitas and was in a rush to get the line moving as they were clearly disorganized. Trusting what the cashier said, I left as I felt they were hurrying people out and later realized they had given me 2 chicken pitas. Not a very attentive service as while I was waiting realized the person taking the orders wasnt even looking at the customers and rushing. I had gone there a few times and enjoyed their vegetarian/vegan options and service but I was quite surprised and disappointed this time.

Extremely good food. Poutine is surprisingly good—they use the garlic potatoes for it. You have to get the creation pita too. Overall incredible place. Sad to not live nearby anymore.

Save your money. Storefront looks great on the outside but the chicken was old smelled funky and was crispy in only some parts 🙁 Garlic sauce is more mayo then garlic. They sold me on the chicken shawarma after I asked for shish tawook and I was hugely disappointed 👎

I do not recommend at all.I just ordered a shawarma beef trio. Im so desapointed, since the young man didnt cut the beet from the grill and picked up a portion from the bottom fridge. I asked to make sure he understood my orders, he confirmed yes. But still served me the cold portion from the fridge. Wrapped it in the pita , put it few seconds on the heating grill, and the potatoes were less than warm. I was speechless, just couldnt believe it. I didnt want to argue, but still for the 3rd time i asked the man at the cash, its a sharman right. He confirmed. Yes yes.The sandwich is so cold. I had to heat it, so it became watery... Anyways, I definitely do not recommend. Its really desapointing when the day you want to get a pickup you get BAD food....Hope you will get fresh and warm food.

Ordered 2 chicken pita wraps on DoorDash - the meat smelled odd, and was dry and charred. The fillings were skimpy. Really unpleasant food. My son was so hungry and it was so late that we kept them, but I could not eat mine, and only let my child pick out the non burned its. Never ordering online from the Rue Notre-Dame Boustan again. = note to Boustans reply - I still visit, but only from the NDG location on rue Sherbrooke. The meat there has been fresh each time.

High quality, fresh food and incredible value. The restaurant was very clean and the staff super polite. I was pleased how prompt my meal was made right in front of my eyes. The staff really care about the food and I cannot wait to return!! Five star AAA.

The food could be prepared better. The couscous plates could be better. The poutine could be better. I have ordered the vegetable couscous plate and the spices werent evenly distributed in the food. The gravy on the poutine tastes a bit odd. Itll taste good in certain areas then the next bite the taste is odd. Again probably due to uneven distribution of spices/undercooked. Its just an overall careless preparation of the food.

Im editing my review since the owner has responded.I really want him to know that the food was really really good. Both the chicken and the beef were tasty and moist. The rice was perfectly done and so were the potatoes. Other Taouk joints are miles away from the quality this restaurant offers.Merci ❤️

Delicious cheap Lebanese food. Quick service and huge portions. Love it!

If youre on your cheat day and want to have amazing food served in massive portion that can give you a heart attack, Boustan is the place to go. Make sure you take the Mixed Shawarma platter as you basically get nearly every item they serve in the restaurant in one plate.

Friendly staff, clean location. Small seats maybe 20 people.I did takeout on a Tuesday 8pm evening and it tasted fresh, flavors were great. Wll the ingredients were good. As far as lebanese takeouts go, this one fits the bill.

We had a pita and it was really good. We really enjoyed it. The staff was also friendly until we ordered a poutine. The fries were not cooked enough. Like the outside was crunchy but the inside was just raw. We told the lady that the fries were not good enough and they put it in the microwave and gave it back to us. When we went back to tell her it still was not cooked inside, she just said that all of their fries are like that anyways. So we ended just throwing the whole thing away. Really disappointed with that
