Service is extremely slow when you order food. Drinks come pretty quickly. The price is reasonable for what you get. The ambiance is unique in the city. Be sure to have a snack if you are heading there for food. I wish they would offer water while you wait. This seems to be a Caribbean thing. Its worth a visit.

Boukanye is like a typical American style restaurant. However, the service is very slow and prices are very unstable. Its seems that every week, the owner change the prices on the menu. This might be due to inflation in Haiti, but who knows. If you ever go there, I recommend you order the Boukanye burger. But please dont go there if you are starving cause service is so slow.

My whole family comes here several times per month. Sometimes several times per week! Lol. They are open early for awesome breakfasts, and they have a great blend of both local cuisine and food that is loved around the world too. I have loved everything I’ve tried here - and I don’t say that about the other major restaurants in our area.My parents love having meetings here with clients during the daytime, as there are many different sections to the restaurant’s layout. It’s easy to have a private meeting or even a large party/group gathering.My mom and dad come here often for the evening concerts and music too. They say the bar is fabulous. This place has a cool Instagram account that shows photos of many of their drinks and food. This is my restaurant of choice any day of the week.

Lots of people have been talking out this place an they love it and some even said that This restaurant is better than Lakay, which is interesting. I guess Imma have to take a look and taste their delicious meal.

Súper cool and chill vibe, here you can dance, eat, drink, have a date or a meeting ! Everything for everybody ! My fav in Okap. Service is a lil goofy but they still nice and friendly. Sometimes there are some mosquitos but nothing their big fan can’t fix

Ive been to Boukanye twice while in Cap Haitien and I found the food delicious and the service friendly and responsive. I would come again!

I am used to Haitian food so I can safely say that I found their food to be a bit dry. Service was very slow. We were there at 1:00 PM on a Tuesday. Only 3 other tables were occupied and yet the waitress was confused with the drinks and food.

If you ever wants to visit Our small and beautiful City ,( #CapHaitien, #Haiti), stop by boukanye. You would love it there. They have good food too.

Cool restaurant in the Cap-Haitian boulevard with view on the sea(seaboard). I have had tasty and delicious local/haitian recipes including sea foods. Made with an casual look open sky, better for night dinning. Unfortunately, the space was croudy with mosquitoes today that I passed by. They must do something quickly to eradicate them.

Its a great and wonderful place with view to the ocean. The food and beverage are good quality and you will find Chi-Chi there. The music are often live.

Well place was nice and great location. However service was terrible. After ordering food it took 1 hour before serving it to us, come to find out they give us the wrong order. While the server take another 45 minute before bringing the correct food its was around 11pm and we get there by 9pm. We order 3 different meal didnt get the side rice and when I ask the server she have the nerve to tell me there was no rice. While I pay for the whole meal she waited after we order to let us know that. I ask to speak to a manager and the manager was to bussy to assist us by sending another server saying " Im bussy Im preparing for a birthday party " like we not paying for the service and it was around 11pm seriously that was he excuse. Very upset leaving the building I ask another server(Guerline)for her manager name she stated she doesnt know hes name. And I was like how you dont know your manager name if you working here. My advice to you if you going for the bar go for it but if you hungry do not even bother order your meal there. Just get ready to get your food after 24 hour. And my server was too bussy flirting with other guy, all over him while she working so not professional. That why she mess up our food in the first place.

In my opinion, it’s the best restaurant in Cap-Haitian. The pirate theme is intriguing: barrels as tables, canoes etc... the place is modern and well kept. They outdoor seatings 👌🏽. You sit in the backyard, dj playing music while you enjoying your meal and relaxing with friends or family. Had the Boukanye Platter last night and it was so delicious 😋.

Great locale and atmosphere. Had two meals here- breakfast omelet and a burger at lunch. Both were excellent! The price and service are average for the area, but I would go back for the food.

This is an ideal place to eat if you are in cap haitian. They have a wonderful menu and the prices are in gourds. I have things that I dont like: the music is too loud,-- you want talk to someone while eating it may be impossible because of the loudness of the music. The other thing is that if want ice cream for desert you have go outside to order it. They have the best pizza in cap Haitian.

Absolutely the best resaurant and bar in town. The BBQ chicken is out of this world and comes with fantastic local sides. The beer is fresh and cold and the vibes are always good. Nice TVs if you want sports or news and great staff. 5 star best of CAP, must go, king of the boulevard.

My fiance and I had such a great experience. Rodachka was our host, she smiled, she checked on us to see if everything was alright. She take her time to answer our questions. Were definitely want to go again...
