Stuffs are good. Owner is super cool.2. Very quiet. Good if youre looking for a place to chill.3. It got outside sitting place in its area. So you can chill at night.4. We arrived early in the morning but they gave us a room early.Just call them to book. Good place.

This was my first ever visit to Sylhet and I must say that this hotel has made me really happy. Cozy beds. Nice clean washroom. Staff were helpful. The hotel is located at Dargha Road in a subdued location. They provided us with complimentary breakfast for our 2 days stay. Overall I’m impressed and will definitely come back again, in sha Allaah.

Its a very good hotel with co-operative staffs and nice outerior. Picked up my call and responded quickly whether it was 7am or 11.30pm. I felt good and safe there.Totally recommended.

Worst hotel I have ever booked. Service was very poor. There is no breakfast in the hotel. Slipper, soap, towel, shampoo was not provided which is very shocking. There was a fridge but not functioning properly. Also so much mosquitos and they did not give us any mosquito net. They gave us a aerosol when we called them. Room was tiny. In the middle of the night the electricity shut down and it did not came till we check out. We went there seeing the rating in the booking.com but disappointed at highest level.

it was a good place to stay..as i checked in during ramadan,so some services were not available..but i think the services should be included for non-muslim people.what i liked the most is the security..and its comfortable,like thia one

It was pretty Good. Their decoration and room service really surprised me. Although due to the pandemic theyre in a lack of renovations but overall I would give 8/10. And dont worry about the complimentary breakfast its enough to start a cheering morning

Boutique hotel with an accommodation of nine rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complementary breakfast is OK. They have got enough parking place. For people visiting Hazrat Shahjalals Darga, this is one of the best place to value the price.Kids zone is uncared for. Management should look into that.

A good place to stay at the Dargah gate, Staffs are very polite but not enough professional and rooms are not very specious though. Restaurant was closed temporarily and they buy complimentary breakfast from outside which is not very hygienic.

The hotel is mid range type place to stay. They have ac & non ac rooms. Sometimes they provide discounts. Especially on weekdays or off season. Staff behavior is friendly & welcoming. Their service is good. All type of room has complimentary breakfast. In breakfast menu they have 2/3 items with tea, juice etc. the environment is homely type. They have a nice garden & parking area for several cars. I redone d this hotel. However they have to clean up some of their walls. their Walls are somewhere I found like damp. Washroom is clean. Overall a good place to stay.They provide clean & washed towel, blanket every time

Very nice & peaceful environment. Walking distance from Shahjalal Mazar. Staffs behavior was good & they are helpful. The restaurants food was fresh & tasty. The hotel has also a garden. We enjoyed a lot !!

Moderate hotel service. Not so good not so bad.Maybe a good option for those who prefer cheap stay.Staffs are cordialToilets were ok but not excellent.Faced problems like mosquitoes as the rooms are located downstairs.*We found that, there was a little insect like sound coming out of the room at the middle of the night. After calling them they woke up and let us shift in the other available room.A suggestion to the management is that they should take care of these issues and do pest control more often and prioritize it asap .

The facilities are adequate. Staffs behaviour is nice but management is poor. Room service is moderate. Since the rooms are all downstairs, there are insects infestation in the bathroom. Their restaurant facilities are appreciable, price is reasonable, foods are tasty and spicy.

This hotel was on nice location it’s easy to move everywhere. Quality is up to point , service was not enough good , first of all we have to wait at least 4 hrs to get room they did not said that there is quest on that room . Room was not that much clean & toilet is very uncomfortable & space is so so so narrow specially shower & flow of water is just dropping like hand wash water . According to picture & mark is not like that . Restaurant is so horrible nothing is available & breakfast not on time we have to brought food from outside . Very very disappointing. Thanks .

This is a 3 star hotel with 4 star facilities. The staffs are so good in behavior. Considering the pricing, the service and place is very nice. There are very minimalistic lighting all around the hotel. This must be liked by everyone.

This place is very near to Hazrat Shah Jalal (R.ADargah. Food and other stores are also nearby. Rent is reasonable. Beds are ok but not very good. Place is clean and quite homely. Has a garden where one can setup a barbecue and pass some quality family time. Customer service is quite good.

Quite neat and clean hotel. High quality fittings and hot water facility in wash room. Hotel service is pretty good. But room is very small and conjucted. And washroom door and bed is too low comparing to hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel nearby Darga Gate. Its a little bit inside from the main road so u will not hear any sound of horns. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

I had a lot of hope for this place looking at there web page and discussion over the phone it seemed a great venue which was discribed as opposite the road to the holy shrine, pictures on their web page show you beautiful rooms with wonderful setting and a nice garden and car park with a restaurant, but in reality when you get there its a different story , though the hotel is opposite the road to the holy shrine . It is about 100meters set back behind some high rise building s and trees towering over .the hotel is on ground floor . being a tropical place the site is a haven for mosquitoes. Once you enter the place you find the staff are dull and miserable. The rooms a small and you feel like you are in a prison as theres no day light and fresh air in the rooms because of tall buildings and trees towering the hotel, there are Windows but dare not open them slightest gap in the Windows and you get rush mosquitoes coming in. In morning they do free breakfast, when got 7am I rang the reception to enquire about the breakfast, but nobody answered so I went out and I found 3 staff asleep on the floor on front loby next to the reception , I woke one up and he said it would 1/2hour for breakfast because it has to brought in from outside restaurant s they dont have one, as I had business meeting I went without as I could not wait half an hour, every time I rang for room service it took at least 20 minutes before somebody showed up and they were miserable and it take ages before they complete your request like getting you a 3 in 1 coffee. Of the three days I stayed there. The staff were miserable and inattentive, the breakfast was always cold and my room was not done up once I asked once and I was told as a single guest my room didnt need cleaning as much, though there was a kettle and cup the coffee was never refilled nor was the cups washed and replaced, my total stay there was like I was prison with some miserable prison officer s When you get here you find the hotel next door 3star rated is cheaper if you talk to the management.with spacious rooms fresh air and no mosquitoes, with restaurant and a gym. In my views the review on the net is either made up by themselves and relatives, I cant see any paying guest giving good reviews like they have.who wants to see staff asleep on the floor blocking your way out first thing in the morning.I definitely wont be going back.

I visited last weekend, nice room, people are very nice and friendly. Room rent includes free breakfast. Car parking is available, although I had to park in another property for road side work (they paid for my parkings and they were very very sorry about that). The only problem was the bathroom was relatively small. I thank for their hospitality.

This probably is the best boutique hotel in the heart of Sylhet city.Pros:1. Not too many rooms. It’s a one-storied hotel with ~10 rooms, which gives it a homely atmosphere.2. Location is crazy good - right in front of Dargah gate, right next to Nurjahan Hospital, inside a quiet alleyway. 10 second walking distance from the main road without any of the noise or pollution of the main road.3. Cost is comparatively more reasonable than nearby 3-star and so called 5-star hotels.4. Staff are incredibly friendly. Mr. Hanif and Mr. Momen are some of the most well behaved guys you’ll ever meet.5. Strong Internet connection.6. Modern, well furnished rooms and bathrooms. Some of the rooms have wooden interior decoration too.7. They’ve got a small patch of Zen garden at the back.8. They’ve got ample car parking space.Cons:1. Since it’s comparatively a new establishment, they have yet to add large dressing table mirrors in the room. Female guests will have to use the washroom mirror.2. Restaurant / kitchen service still haven’t started. They promise to open it soon. Meanwhile they’ll fetch you any food you’d like from outside.

It is a very classy cottage type hotel situated beside the famous Dargah gate which is at the centre of the sylhet city. The atmosphere here is also very calm and serene. Service cannot be more good than here. So all in all, it is affordable and charming as well.
