Botánico, Plan de La Laguna Garden - Tourist attraction in Santa Ana, El Salvador
Great place to take kids or just go alone and enjoy the nature for a low price
A great place to spend time with family and kids. Very interactive as you can feed the turtles and fish. Not expensive at all, the playground is spacious kids will definitely enjoy it! I love to do picnics there.
Relaxing place to walk around and view different species of plants. Watch out for the cotuzas! Only downside is the trash present throughout. I feel like the teens hanging out here dont clean up after themselves.
Great place for a healthy and fun entertainment with kids
Amazing place for take the kids or leave the traffic behind! Very clean and well maintained, they sale turtle food for the tank, it will be helpful if you wanna take good pictures of them, you can see “cutusas” around, many flowers and even veggies and fruits, they sale plants a very accessible price ( I saw some at $0.50they close at 5:30 sharply, there’s a small cafeteria in the middle of the park
We shared around 4 hours a school expedition and it was beautiful
Wonderful place to take the kids! Great playground, cool plants and they can feed the fish and turtles too.
Get in touch with nature, contribute to cientific organization, buy plants for decoration, and have a wholesome meal, all at the same place.
One of my favorite places in San Salvador. The parking on the back lot is usually less crowded than parking at the front gate.
A must see. We did it in 1 hour, but 2 hours would have been better. Theres a Cafe in the middle so you can have a snack, watch the iguanas and listen to the birds. Very relaxing flat walk around the property. Must see while in San Salvador.
One of my favorite places, you will see and learn about many trees, flowers...If you visit El Salvador, you must visit this place.
Out of all the places I have visited in this beautiful country, I liked this place the best. Its great if you have little ones. Very peaceful and tranquil. Well worth the $1.50 entrance fee.
Excellent place for the family.... Relaxing and a great climate. Service is bad.... The place I give a 5 star ... The service I give a 2 star... It sucks they need better staffing .
Oasis of calm and freshness in the middle of San Salvador city. Besides plants, there are birds, butterflies and even some wild animals (if you are lucky to see them)!
Good place to enjoy about nature and you can always breath nature there, you can buy food for fishes and there are so many species there!! You can buy snacks or coffee there and lunch too. Amazing!!
The garden is a nice place to relax and see the different native plants and trees. There are multie areas to sit and have a snack. They have multiple ponds filled with fish and turtles. Dont forget to buy fish food with your entry ticket for 50 cents.
Its a great place to go, walk and feed some fish/turtles. We come here with my grandma and we all have a good time.
Beautiful place to enjoy the nature and share a good time with your family or friends
Beautiful botanical gardens. San Salvador is lucky to have them here.
Beautiful and educational. A must see!!!
It was beautiful and refreshing! There are so many pretty walkways and SO many wild plants and trees.

A green beautiful place in the middle of the city... with a lot of space to maintain physical distance. Perfect to go with kids
This park was beautiful and spacious! There are many paths to take to walk along. Theres a little cafe on site or you can also bring your own food in. At the entrance you can buy fish food to feed the fish in the pond. Theres a playground too for the kids. We loved it!
In the middle of an industrial center and big city, is a non profit botanical gardens, that is privately maintained since the 1970s. With ponds, fish, bid life, iguanas, beautiful flowers, trees views, kids play parks, this is a perfect place to spend 2hrs to relax and have a great time on a date or with family. You can also buy plants here, have lunch at the cafeteria and just enjoy the peace and quiet.
Nice place to spend a couple of hours or the entire day. They sale food inside or bring your own.
Its a beautiful place to visit with my family! We look forward to our next visit. Their playground is open for the kids as well as the tiendas for refreshments.
Excellent place to enjoy Nature and family
Such an amazing place to hang with family.
Beautiful Park. Very affordable for foreigners.
Nice place to see some nature within the city. Great for some family time.
Large place and tons of things to see
This place is like a Secret Garden, they have an incredible flora and fauna, it has a playground for children, youth and adults. the perfect place if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and connect more with nature. They have a beautiful nursery where you can buy beautiful ornamental plants, trees, the fish they have in the small oases are beautiful and you can buy fish food at the entrance to feed them.
I came here after settling in a nearby hostel, and I wasnt expecting at all were the live animals that are living in this park: Rufus Backed Wrens, Green Iguanas, Agouti, Turtles and Fish in the ponds. The iguanas I saw took possession of anywhere it walked because I didnt dare mess with its confident territorial posturing. The place looks like a cultivated rainforest with many exotic growth such as the Zingiber genus of ginger flowering everywhere among the palms and other flora. As of this writing, the park entrance fee is $1.25USD. I believe it was to be the best botanical garden experience Ive had on my trip.
Great, clean, full of color and peaceful
A great place to come by yourself or with your family to spend the day. There is a lot to see here with many paths to walk on and all the different types of plants and animals youll come across. Theres a decent playground for kids to play on, a food stand to buy little snacks and drinks, and picnic tables if you bring your own food. Make sure to bring a bottle of water.
Nice place to visit....and very good for photoshoot....
Excellent place to visit 😍
Amazing Forestall area, diversity of plants and trees. Is a totally reserved trees area protected in the middle of the city, you can bring your own food and stay there, there is a decent place to picnik or use a table. You will feel like in the jungle.
I fully recommend this place not only to flower and nature lovers, but to the entire family. You will see wild animals, turtles, iguanas, birds and more!
If you love nature thats your place! Its a green relax.
Beautiful place to walk through and enjoy the view. So worth the time.
Beautiful place to enjoy ab afternoon and cool off after a warm day with plenty of shade and natural beauty.
It’s a nice place to go admire plants, flowers and wild life, also to relax from the city, you can also buy some plants in the place and contribute to keep the place in good conditions.
