Nice place

Don’t go there expecting a beautiful well-kept garden. Go there expecting a semi-abandoned once beautiful, really large garden complex. In that sense, its beautiful. Overgrown gardens with on some places well-kept flower gardens. Its beautiful in its own way. 300 dram well spent, considering it will be uses for the better.

Shabby and not well-maintained, also you have to pay twice if you want to visit the greenhouse.

Just one water fountain for drinking. Way too long to get there.

Goog GardenThe Yerevan Botanical Garden was opened in 1935 in the north-eastern part of Yerevan. The Institute of Botany was opened three years later in 1938. The collective greenhouse was founded in 1939 occupying 25 square meters. In 1944 a new greenhouse was built, the overall territory of which was 610 square meters.

Beautiful place to unwind especially if you want to be closer to nature. You’ll find a lot of people having picnics, jogging and riding their bikes. Great for families.

Very interesting place to visit especially in summer season when the flora is in full bloom. Those who love nature and are interested in plants must visit this place. Before or after the visit to garden you can enjoy coffee or meals in Darakht hotel situated beside the entrance.

The Yerevan Botanical Garden of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences, is the body responsible for plant collections in Armenia. It is located in the Avan district at the north-eastern part of the capital Yerevan, occupying around 80 hectares of a semi-deserted area. The collection includes more than 200 species of endemic, rare and declining plants, and provides a basis, in a relatively natural environment, for the study of the Armenian flora and the ecological interactions between plant species.

Lack of directional signs. Very bad toilet.

Great place for lovers

Most beautifull garden. There are many kinds of trees, they are old and young trees. There are animals. I saw squirrels which climbing in tree and walking around trees.The garden is less noise so you can go and relax with nature sounds. I been there in summer but recommend to be there in every season.

One of my most favorite places in Yerevan in autumn. I wish this place was more accurate, more cared. But still you can enjoy there, the entrance is also cheap, nice place for family picnics.

Amazing place for rest and calm

Very badly kept, falling apart, and dangerous. Broken glass everywhere from broken windows of greenhouses that havent been upkept in what seems like decades. The gardens are mostly dried up, overgrown weeds.

I’m an Indian studied at Ysmu!! Those days we used to play cricket in that place !!! Love that place !! Miss it very much 😿😭

Only place in Yerevan to escape from stone-concrete jungle. I like this place for freshness and peace that it provides in the midst of citys noise and dust

Very nice place for running and cycling. But make sure to take your own bicycle there, because the bike renting service is not good. Unfortunately some areas of the park is abandoned.

Great place for waking and cycling

A place to have a breath of fresh air in the city. Sadly, the scenery is rather depressing, the garden is not taken care of at all.

Green, calm, pleasant place where you can do outdoor activities like riding bike which you can rent at the entrance. Especialy its very nice at Summertime

Big territory, ideal for morning run, walks with kids, other outdoor activity. Unfortunately, part of yhe park is abandoned due to finance lack.
