Bosumarne Falls in Chilliwack

Nice place

Very beautiful waterfall in a hidden forest . Don’t afraid of trail if you notice there is no one . Keep walking until you hear the sounds of fall.

Not marked trail, however once you find it its difficult to get lost. Look for a trail lost between big rocks. Its 25-30 min easy juke through the berries field first and the through the forest. Not a lot of hikers.

Outstanding hidden gem but hard to find trailhead off of Chilliwack Lake Road with minimal trail markings. Watch for small gravel pullout and red hiker flag on tree, left side, enroute to Chilliwack provincial park. Used to be old logging road so path is obvious once parked. Easy level to lower falls, moderate to upper falls but worth it! Good footwear essential I.e. runners not flip flops. Kids 10 and up could complete hike with rest stops and water.

A very short hike that leads to a beautiful waterfall. You should wear proper footwear as the trail is muddy in places. Then there’s a narrow and slippery log over the river that you must cross. There are also black bears in the area so be prepared.

Beautiful waterfall and very fun hike for my 4 girls. We truly enjoyed it , there are no sign on the road about this place but you can see there are cars parked on the street at the beginning of the trail.

A short and easy hike. Lower falls is easily accessible even by kids. But to experience the actual beauty one Must go to the upper falls.

Still some snow on the ground before you get into the woods, was able to manage with spikes. The waterfall at the end is worth the little climb beforehand!

Wow such an amazing hidden gem along Chilliwack Lake Road. So peaceful and not busy at all, even for going on a Sunday. Found the coordinates through the AllTrails App and was super easy to find!

Super fun easy to access falls. Would be fun on a hot summer day.**caution** there is a goat trail that can get you up too the top of the falls DO NOT GO THIS WAY UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY. As the exposure level is very high. A fall from up there is going to be fatal....the rewards isnt exactly worth the risk in the eyes of many.

Good little hike. Maybe around 20 minutes to the falls. We took our kids aged 9 and 13 and they enjoyed it. Not overly challenging but there are small parts which jagged rocks you need to climb. We took our dog no problem.

Its a hidden beauty just located a bit more than a kilometer ftom Chilliwack Lake Road but not frequently visited . Lower trail was adorned by seasonal flowering plants

Big reward for a small hike. Doggo loved it.

Easy hike to several small and a larger waterfall. Kids loved the two wooden structures. Didnt cross the log bridge.

easy hike with very few trail markers. the trail is well worn and easy to follow. on a monday in may there was nobody else there and plenty of parking on the road.

Its a hidden gem in the shade of Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park. Heading towards Chilliwack Lake, right before you reach the park boundary, stop your car and go into the woods. There is a path that leads you first to the Lower Bosumarne Fall, and than the Upper Bosumarne Fall. The trail is easy until the lower fall and became moderate up to the upper fall. The trail itself and the falls are just outstanding. Quite, peaceful, not really crowded and the view is majestic. Sit down and hear nothing but the waterfall!

Great place to bring friends and family. Easy to hike, minimal elevation, not crowded. One big fall at the end of the trail.

Awesome hike. Took about 20 minutes to lower falls and about another 15 minutes to the Bosumarne falls. Both waterfalls were great.

A nice short hike along an old logging road, then thru the forest. Along the way you will pass through a clear-cut that is various stages of regrowing, and offers a glimpse at a variety of fauna. The lower falls is work a look, but the upper falls will take your breathe away.

Nice little hike to a beautiful waterfall.

This place is a small trail on the way to the Lindeman Lake trail on Chilliwack road. It only takes about 40 mins there and back its a rugged trail. Its definitely one of my favorite short trails to a water fall

Quite trail, fairly easy with a few challenging enough spots to keep it interesting. Beautiful waterfalls. Good for adventurous kids and dogs.

Short hike not too far from town. Not super busy, and on the easier side.Some trickier areas but most hikers should be fine. There is a lower falls which isnt as nice but super easy for most anyone to get to, but for the extra 10-15 minutes of hiking the upper falls are beautiful and worth the trip!

You definitely have to adventure here sometime!powerline Pole sprayed 2017 on in left going towards Chilliwack Lake then followed the route down the logging road.. Can hear falls in the distance when you make your way up. The trail comes to a split 25 ft walk to lower falls & 250ft walk back up the trail to higher falls. They both are fantastic! Hiking trail only. Dont try to bike it. Have a good trip & enjoy!

Directions: Heading east up Chilliwack Lake Road, 2 minutes before the Lindeman parking lot on the left side youll find a deactivated logging road marked by "2017" painted on a power pole. Park here.Description: 15 minute hike. Follow the logging road through a clearing where it turns into a trail. At the tree line follow the trail uphill towards the upper falls, or left to the tamer lower falls.
