Boston Pizza in Dauphin

Out of all the serving staff, only one was doing her job, plus she was checking on all the tables that werent hers! Even after she called out for the others to take their tables orders, they didnt move very fast. Such a shame.

Every single time I’ve got delivery from this location an item I ordered was missed. It’s a poor excuse of a Boston Pizza.

Our first experience was not so good, but the Manager fixed our problem.The next time we ordered take-out, they must have recorded on my customers profile that I complained about my first visit :( b/c the guy at the til wouldnt serve me and said "you complained before..." 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I was definitely NOT impressed with this [* if you /management / staff make the mistake / error, do not blame the patron! Thats not cool! *]Our prior visit was for a celebratory dinner, and the experience was much better until I got home and they forgot my entrée. Luckily the Manager called as I walked in the house and he arranged to have it delivered, but they still forgot napkins and such.Having a staff member treat clients in such a poor and disrespectful manner was really disheartening 😕😔☹️Other visits to the restaurant were 100% improved 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We had lunch, there were sticky fly catchers everywhere and on the wall beside us. That is something terrible to look at while eating. The coffee was cold, the plates were dirty, lumps of food all over them. Had to get those exchanged. When our pizzas came we found a hair on one. That ended lunch. Who could eat after seeing that and they would not give us a break on the cost. Whatever. That’s the last $95 lunch I will EVER spend in Dauphin’s Boston Pizza.

This place really sucks. The staff is usually rude. Food is average at best

Had a great dinner with some good drinks. Our server Catherine was very helpful with recommendations and she was very friendly.

The food was good, the service was excellent.

Very good. New chicken sandwich (honey dillwas quite tasty and accompanied by a side of coleslaw. Server was friendly.

The service is always good, but the chicken the last few times we’ve gone has been terrible. The chicken fingers were tough and stringy and the chicken wings were hard like rocks.

Food is great, service has been terrible the last 3 visits in recent months. 3-4 people in our party. 20min wait time for the bill

Table of 8 for mothers day late lunch, overall good food but of course it was a mother in the party that got the Thai wrap instead of the Big Dipper and unable to eat chicken without getting sick. There was two orders with Yam fries as side and they came back as not in stock and wonder if at that point the order got messed up. Considering time to receive initial order and did not have that time to wait again attempted but only got a few bites, raised concern and was told would look into it. Never did get any response, paid and left but very disappointing...

Slow service, surprised wasnt that busy after lunch rush.Had a meeting with a couple of associates, and decided to have an adult refreshment after the lunchtime rush.As we wanted to talk, took a spot in the bar/lounge...server came up within 5 mins and returned 3 times to say she would be back in a few minutes as she appeared to be busy. I am not sure if she was serving main restaurant and bar. The only other customers were 5 at a booth and the 3 in my party.Took 27 minutes to take the order and another 7-8 minutes to serve.I understand and support small businesses and didnt want to make a fuss. The reason I went to this location is I had great service the day before in Yorkton, SK. Am hoping it was a hiccup and not the usual service.

I cant digest gluten and usually do not look forward to eating out. Boston Pizza has changed that! Their gluten free bun is heavenly, truly the best I have ever had. Highly recommended!

we ordered takeout and it was nearly inedible. the chicken burger was hard and chewy, while the hamburger was dry and worse than McDonalds. the chicken tacos were supposed to come with sweet chili sauce, but we were given some kind of caeser dressing. lastly, the garden salad came with a disgusting yellow vinaigrette that we ended up tossing in the trash. the yam fries were fine, but once again, came with the wrong sauce. $80 later and half the food in the trash... needless to say we’ll never be coming here again.

We had dinner there last night - outstanding! Our server was so awesome. Thank you for the fun night! Food was delicious and we had left overs for todays lunch! Appetizer - Jalapeno Dip, Calamari then mains - Steak Pizza, Spaghetti, Big Dipper Sandwich, Chicken Tacos - thanks for a great night! Drinks - Beer, Sangria, Vodka/Cran, Vodka/Soda - excellent presentations!

Worst service ever received from a Boston pizza franchise. Messed up our order and when we told the waitress our there she showed bad attitude won’t visit here ever again and won’t recommend it to anyone

Recently I went to this place an ordered a sandwich. Mustard always makes me gag and it is absolutely disgusting so I always pick things without mustard or I ask for them to take it off. The sandwich I picked out had no mustard, instead it had "Secret Sauce" so I expected the sauce to me an original sauce created by Boston Pizza. When I got my food and tried the sandwich, the sauce thst they called "Secret Sauce" was actually mustard.I expected a refund after telling the waitress that the sandwich contained things that was not on the menu but she did not care. I still had to pay $19 for something i couldnt eat and contained stuff on it that was not said on the menu. Id reccomend going to this place if you want to be lied to.

The service is excellent. There are so many pizza choices. The chef is extremely talented and creative. He creates and cooks a wide variety of delectable pizzas. The Orion special pizza is my personal favorite. Nice and thin crust, good sauce, arigulas, and a lot of good meats!

The best late-night pizza joint. The owner is a hardworking man who works hard to keep prices low while also providing quality and flavor!

As usual, 5 stars. Pizza is delicious. They provide quick service and are always pleasant.

Very good place to eat in Dauphin. I find the food is overpriced (BP in generalbut there are specials on all the time to kinda make up for it. Menu has a wide selection. Food consistency is hit and miss but usually very fresh so thats a plus. Staff are very great to deal with. Very well trained and helpful. Shout out Ernie Mendoza on always being on the top of his game and doing everything to insure the customer is happy. Very happy to deal with BP in Dauphin in the future.

Took over an hour to get our food 2 entres and Small pizza the couple in front of us paying had same experience but they didnt even get all they ordered we both complained and were told we are short staffed come on three servers for 7 tables isnt short staffed

Pasta Tuesday at Boston Pizza in Dauphin is very inconsistent in food quality, temperature and presentation. It can be good and piping hot with adequate sauce and ingredients one week to be a disappointment the next week. Tonights order of 2 Jambalaya Fettuccini and 2 Shrimp Alfredo were all mediocre with a lack of sauce and ingredients. Please dont skimp on Pasta Tuesday because it isnt satisfying to receive less because of a discount. Some customers expect quality and consistency as opposed to "hit or miss" food.

Whether it was the specialty pizza we ordered or my daughters kids meal I helped her finish, all the food was incredible. The staff was very nice and charismatic and our waitress was even attentive enough to assume my correct gender without it even being brought up! Very compassionate.

Beautiful!! Their food was just as beautiful even environment was good as well and very family friendly. Highly recommended!!

Overall disappointing experience. Our waiter was obviously new and didnt seem to be getting any training or assistance from the other staff. Our starter came out at the same time as our meal... sort of. They served my partner his burger, and said the fries would be along shortly. He couldnt even finish 1/2 the burger, said the sauce tasted spoiled. My fettuccini was just unappealing. The pasta tasted old and bits of it looked dried out. The chicken was bland. The only good part was the mushrooms. The spinach dip was really tasty though and had just the right dip to bread ratio.

Was totally awesome. Meal excellent but most of all our waiter, Dean, was right on q. Very polite and professional. Definitely an asset to BP. Needs a promotion. Thanks so much and we will be back.

Horrible service in the lounge area every time I visit or drive through town. Food is great though. I usually go to Mr. Mikes for a quick drink or bite now.

Food is cold and the overall quality of the food and service is not up to the standards of all other Boston Pizza Restaurants. I ordered two large pizzas which were wrong and I am told " Sorry we are closing you can come back tomorrow to deal with this issue". I bring back the pizzas and they have the audacity to tell me there is nothing wrong with the order even after I show them the multiple problems with it. Will not go here again. Crappy customer service.

Good place. All Boston pizzas adhere to the same service principles and for the most part, do not differ from restaurant to restaurant. Service in the lounge is generally prompt and friendly. The drinks and food menu is quite large, however the drinks are more expensive in general than what youd pay at other similar restaurants.

This is my first time in Dauphin and was happy to see a BP, the excitement was short lived however. The service was non existent and it took forever to get it, when it came it was wrong. The salads were hot and the food was tepid at best. There were flies everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting. I will not be back.

The food is good, very reasonably priced and the staff are very nice especially Liz, her service is superb. Always smiling. I will always come here for supper.

Great food and customer service as any BP should have but they make a lot of mistakes. I regularly order delivery and many times has a sauce or two been forgotten. Weve also had an issue where we got something different than what we ordered. One time a ceasar salad was made with ranch. Sometimes food is cold when it gets to my door. However if you call to make a complaint, youll be treated well and compensated fairly. Its just annoying to complain every time it happens. Until the mistakes stop happening so frequently, this particular location gets 3 stars.

Stopped here for a meal on my way back to Winnipeg. Tried the new thin crust Skinny Carnivore and Fresh Onion soup. The soup was very good and the pizza was excellent. I thought the server was polite and knowledgeable and I never had to ask for something. Would stop in again when I’m in the area.

We visit Boston Pizza regularly. It is a great place to go and eat with a few friends and family. The food is always amazing. Portion sizes are just about right, prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We will continue to visit and recommend to others!

I purchased the online deal which includes a salad, medium gourmet pizza and pasta. Their pizza is by far the best. Service and food can always be counted on being consistently excellent.

Worst dining experience ever. Management is pathetic. I pity their servers. We went in for an early lunch with our small hockey team. Only filled about 1/3 of the place. Waited two hours for a meal and then we had to pay. That was like pulling teeth. Mass confusion like no one had ever seen a till before. Picture a bunch of polite Canadian hockey parents sitting around a till waiting over a half hour to pay and getting angrier by the second. I was just going to walk out but my wife couldn’t leave it alone and threw them 40 bucks and told them we had to leave and we walked out. Everyone else stayed long enough to get their bills and pay. No discounts for anyone. Judging by the other comments since it’s reopening, THIS BOSTON PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. By the way, this review is actually 0 out of 1 million stars.

Not even close to the same quality of pizza as I’m accustomed to from a Boston Pizza. Extremely cheap on toppings, which usually don’t show up till about two inches of dry crust. Add the cut back on toppings in an obvious attempt to cut costs to a pizza that’s always overcooked and you’ve got a cardboard pizza.I’ve given this place a handful of chances and it’s never any different. I’ll just stick with Pizza Hut at least I know what I’m getting.

A big thankyou for these Cactus cut fries Dauphin Boston Pizza, kept getting bad past few deliveries, today...its the worst one ever....seems and taste like few days old...... :(Smell bad aswell

Food was good but its disgusting to see so many flies in the restaurant.Having four buzzing around your table as you eat is just gross. Makes you wonder how many are in the kitchen, or why theyre there.

I dont normally complain, but this happens to be one of the worst restaurants Ive been too. The staff is rude first of all, second we asked for nachos for a starter and we got our other food first. And than when we did get out nachos.. our food was cold. (Isnt our faultI mean it was fast to get the food dont get me wrong. But we asked for a starter nachos. And the waitress double checked that we wanted it as a started.. My mom and I asked for honey garlic ribs they didnt have any sauce on it. My boyfriend and step dad asked for 8oz tender loin and they had no sauce on it either. Just maybe a thumb size amount. The steak also didnt have any seasoning. Our bill came all together as $160 some dollars. Mom paid; the waitress came back saying she put the amount in wrong and they have to pay $50 more. We shouldnt have had to pay for it. And it was fish bowl Sunday.. the special was ceaser. I got a virgin ceaser and it costed my $10.00 in a fish bowl. While the special was $8.99 ? How come a drink with NO alcohol in it costed more? On top of that the drink was a special of the day with NO alcohol.

Go here for lunch randomly. Usually sit in the lounge, service is average, minimal order issues in the past. Any discrepancies Ive had were handled professionally in my experience. Its a pretty typical Boston Pizza.

I will not go back to this restaurant and will not recommend it. My husband and I went for dinner on Valentine’s Day. We had just been served our food, when a waiter serving a different table spilled a tray of drinks on our cell phones, our table and our laps. He went to get us napkins to dry our iPhones and us, but stopped to discuss where people coming in should be seated before bringing us the napkins. When we expressed concern about our phones, he advised us to put them in a bag of rice – which we did not have on us at the time. We were moved to a different table and by the time that was done and our phones were dried our food was cold. When the bill came, we were charged full price. When we pointed this out to our server, she took $9.00 off the bill. I would have expected a manager to visit our table, the offer of new, fresh entrees, or our food to be comped. It was not very pleasant to drive home in wet pants, smelling of beer! I would give this restaurant 0 stars.
