Boston Market in Hagerstown

It was horrible. We went on March 27th around 7:30. There were 6 people in line who couldnt order their food because the employees were waiting on a woman to call someone and go over the entire menu with someone else (twicebefore ordering her food. All 6 people, including us left and bought dinner somewhere else. Certainly we should have been able to order our food while this woman figures out what she is going to order. The employees seemed to not care that everyone except this woman left? If Boston Market does not care about our patronage, then we will never go back to this establishment.

The food was mediocre. Not anywhere near as good as I expected for the price.

Ok the food was great but our experience was terrible! My husband and I went in and ordered our food. After getting our food and checking out we only had a $100 bill ! This is what the bank had just gave me. The Cashier took our money and gave us our change. We sat down and started to eat, after about 4 minutes the cashier came over to our table and informed us that our $100 bill was no good ! We were totally embarrassed! My husband offered to give back the change and pay by credit card! They didnt know how to do that and told us the food would be free just go ahead and eat! I Well we werent going to do that , if we eat it then well pay for it! The other cashier decided to try to void out the transaction and put it on our credit card. After about 7 attempts she was successful! Apparently after the cashier took our $100 bill he later took it to a machine in the back of the store and tried to deposit it and it kicked it out! My feeling on this is why didnt he do that before we sat down and started eating!!!! Sorry because of this embarrassing deal we will not be coming back!!!

Our prime rib was great. Very little fat and that was good.

Nothing was wrong at all. Not many places can get 5 stars from me since I reserve that for places that are far above the competition. This is a great place.

Decent food and staff is friendly

Very good. I havent been to a Boston Market in years. We had the meatloaf meal with dill potatoes and macaroni and cheese, the turkey with dill potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and the chicken pot pie with mash potatoes. Everything was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Plans changed for Thanksgiving, so my fiance and I went to Boston Market for our dinner. It has been so long since either of us have eaten there, we forgot how good the food was. Turkey and sides were good and the staff was very friendly. We will be back

I stopped and got a meatloaf dinner today with a coupon by one get the second one free. It was very good and the service was good. Hope they do that again. I got the coupon off the internet. I will go back and try something else.

Great service and great food. Ordered to-go online. Their loyalty program is worth it. Always get coupons every week, for GOOD deals, like BOGO, 15%+ off, $5 off $15 or more etc. to name a few.Chicken was tender and juicy, all white meat, it was like right out of the commercial. I was on my lunch break so I was in a rush, I was in and out discount and all in probably less than 5 minutes cuz it was all packed up, hot, fresh and ready to go.Cashier was super nice, ensured all items were there and even let me know about ways to earn more rewards. Fantastic food and excellent customer service.More people need to go here. Good quality food done right, fast and friendly staff. This is truly a hidden gem.

If u are thinking about eating there DONT. The food looked very old .and the food tested nasty and old.so pick another place to eat u will not be satisfied.

Food is alright and came in at lunchtime and alot of tables were dirty in dinning room

Wasnt as happy with Boston Market tonight as we usually are. It was approx.8pm, and so maybe that is why they were out of a lot of side items, not sure. Also, only 1 fellow working out front, everyone else was in the back or cleaning bathrooms. So our wait time was unusually long, and they were totally out of prime rib, and any other meats. Normally this is not our experience so we were a little disappointed. Food was good tho.

Food is fine. Service is a joke. If you order online they will not prepare your food until you get there. You still need to wait in line and get your food 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be picked up. Manager does this on purpose to discourage online orders.

This store needs a major facelift.The building is old, and it shows it.The chairs you sit on are practically worn out and should be replaced.The urinal in the mens bathroom was removed, and there is only a single toilet for an entire restaurant full of people to use.Even though it has all of these issues that need to be resolved, the food is good.

Food was pretty good. The potatoes were not cooked completely

Its like a subway for dinner food. Felt the brussel sprouts were bland however the sweet potatoes are excellent.

Generally great healthy food. Last time I went at lunchtime many of the sides were not yet available. A little unusual.

The sandwiches are similar to deli made.2If you are visiting right after their advertised opening time I would suggest delaying the arrival time by about 1/2 hour. They are not prompt to open, and the side dishes are often unavailable. Once they are up-and-running they usually have all menu items.3We visit often and plan to continue.4The crew is usually quite friendly and polite.5Interior and exterior are normally well cared for: clean, neat, and presentable.

The people here were above amazing. I just had a major car accident and was bandaged up and moving slow. The lady offered to take my tray to the table, and did so with a smile. The food is always great to me and my belly. Thank you so much for the kindness!

There needs to be more Boston Markets because the food is exceptional and compared to what you can get it fast food this is awesome. The store is staffed well but they need a refresher on customer service and friendliness.

Very good alternative to fast food when you want fast food. Prices however have gotten very expensive over the years for what it is.

The place is nice but the food has too much garlic. The soup is not great..Chicken pot pie is good. Place is clean. Service is slow.

Oh where do we start. The cashier needed to open his mouth and talk to some damn body. My sandwich(BBQ chickenwas mediocre at best while the bread encompassing it was as hard as a rock, almost chipping my tooth. My creamed spinach, after adding LITERALLY 1/2 tsp salt was edible. My wifes meal was equalled ONLY BY retirement home food. On a positive note the soda was cold! They got that right! Go team!

They messed up my order, were out of meatloaf, and forgot to add my cornbread to the meal. The sides barely even filled the togo containers. The piece of chicken I got was so small and hardly any meat was on it. I regret paying them my money and wish i would have gone to Chick-fil-A instead. Chick-fil-a in Hagerstown never leaves me feeling like i wasted my money. This place was not a sure bet and after working all day thats what I am looking for if I am spending my money.

Thank you John and your staff for a wonderful meal and great service after living in the hotel for over a week I really need something close to a home cook meal and I got that and more with you and your staff.

None of the food is as good as it used to be. Everything i have liked from boston market has changed. No red sauce for the meatloaf?? I hate gravy on meatloaf. Its sad. The chicken carver sandwich was amazing, but of course the changed it and its horrible now. Probably wont spend my $20 here again.

This was my first time eating there. Food was great and so was the service.

Horrible. There was 1 girl that new what was going on. I also witnessed a manager scold am employee in front of all the customers. It was extremely unprofessional. He was an older man and was doing a fantastic job.

They have AWSOME Mac and cheese love there chicken and cornbread! The best chicken is dark meat! I give them 5 stars because of that and because the people their are so nice!!!!! They also give you just the right amount of food.....they might give just a little to much but at least they give you enough unlike some restaurants!!!!!
