Counter-serve chain dishing up American comfort fare such as rotisserie chicken in a simple setting.
Their food dont have no love in it it just tastes so plain Jane they new rotisserie chicken nuggets disgusting me or my son did not like them and we gave them to a homeless person I hope they like them

We ordered online on the Google app for curbside pickup. We waited in the car for 20 minutes while they prepared the 2 meals. At the assigned time no one came to deliver the food to the car. We went in to see what happened to the order. Our food wasnt even ready and all the workers appeared to be under the influence. The workers wore visibly dirty gloves. Not a single person washed their hands between orders or after touching food items with the visibly dirty gloves. We watched one of the workers pick pieces of broccoli out of the corn that was in the warmer next to the corn without regard of customers food allergies or religious preferences. They didnt have all of our items in the bag and the food was improperly packaged in individual containers with cheese sauce all over the containers from the workers contaminated gloves. All their attitudes were stank and they continued to hold inappropriate personal conversations while they waited on the people in line. The young workers need to be managed by a responsible adult. I hope I dont get sick..........

This is the location that I usually go. Customer service is good. It wasnt too busy at lunch time, which surprised me. I decided to order the nuggets with broccoli 🥦 with the signature sauce. What can I say, good flavor on the chicken, it was a breast cut in chunks, at least was juicy, the sauce tasted like mayonnaise with ketchup with some vinegar, not the best. Portion wise is very small. If you have a big appetite do not order this.
Definitely not open 24 hours as the signs say . Local employee stands and watches as confused customers try to figure out why doors are locked .

Lol no way went inside asked for mash potatoes the girl said I’ll go check she ask the cook and he replied No mash but yet the other worker is in the phone taking orders lol all I saw was only a few dry red potatoes at the front. They look like they didn’t want to serve smh 🤦🏻♀️ 24 hours Boston Market! Well it’s horrible service! Need a new manager to be there at NIGHT FOR THE 24 hour service! Never again lucky WAWA NEXT DOOR YUMMY!

Do not order ahead online for pickup! I did thinking I would get my food faster than going and waiting in line. Usually thats how it works. Not here. I waited over an hour to get my "order ahead" food because, according to the employees, the people in line get served first. Huh? I watched dozens and dozens of people walk in the store, wait in line, order their food, get their food and walk out with their food, all while Im still standing there waiting with a few other "order ahead" people. Does that not defeat the purpose of ordering AHEAD if your not going to make my food AHEAD. Then when you ask questions you get an attitude from the employees or they just ignore you altogether. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Worst Boston Market ever!
The girls were so friendly!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ That sweet potato casserole was NASTY though yall 😩😩😩😩😩 food was very average but at least it was nearby healthy option.
The place is clean, the service is good, the price is fair and the food is great.
When I got here, there were two people waiting and one person being served. I was here for over 30 minutes just waiting to order. Super slow service.
The gentleman at this location went out of his way to help me. I have several handicaps and did not find up to going into the location but wanted to place an order. I had a coupon which would not allow me to do an online or app order for a curbside pickup. So, he graciously took my order over the phone the came out to get my credit card. Then he brought the food out as a curbside pick-up. Those extra steps he took really made a big difference to me and I appreciate it greatly! Thats really good customer service!!!
The food was good but the cornbread was horrible. It was flat and chewy but its usually good. And they did not have sweet potato casserole, which is my favorite.
I liked it it was clean the the employees were respectful they treated the customers with respect they were quick to get the customers food I would like to be part of that team
Stinks like dirty bathroom. Employee has nasty attitude. Someone needs to contact the inspectors. CLEAN THIS NASTY PLACE!!! Manager should be ashamed to be running an establishment in these conditions
Food is freaking amazing at this location. Well cooked and delicious. Been here two nights in row, tomorrow maybe three? And i havent had an issue, has it been packed when i went? Sure. Did the employees act mean or with attitudes like some of the feedback says? Not at all. But if you switch up this and change that well can cause a little issue to the employee because its hard to remember what you switched and changed. Theyre trying to their best to meet your standard of food so you can have a joyous experience. Just keep in mind the situation we are going through right now, every where you go it may be short staffed because nobody wants to work. Be kind to those who actually show up to work. We are all human and we are all going through something. I have no complaints about this establishment or its employees. More than likely, Ill be there tomorrow night. Keep up the good work.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude employees especially the female serving the food. Had an attitude for no reason. Guess what without customers you would have no job. Definitely needs to humble herself. Extremely disappointed in this location. Also chicken is way undercooked. Needs a new staff
To offer up this one star is pretty generous. Upon arriving promptly to pick my order completed online I observed a very long line with 10 people outside. My food was scheduled to be completed at 7:12pm. While standing in a Hurd of people with no general direction I realized this was going to be long night. An employee comes to the door in a panic to let one person in at a time……this is the system. I have never experienced such chaos picking up a mobile order. It is currently 7:40pm. With no hope this will be ending anytime soon I am ready to give up but I already paid online. If an extremely long wait and a crowd of angry people is what you seek dine here!
After ordering my food online we went to pick it up at the time it told us, but when we arrived we could see our food but had to wait through a few customers first. The problem came in after he finished with his previous guests, we politely said excuse me can we pick up order. We were not greeted at all. The employee which had his face mask pulled down even while dealing directly with food. Only said whats the name and then when we gave the name , he said no let me see your phone. This was our first and last time doing online ordering with your company. So we didnt know we needed our phone out. While I was pulling it out, the employee then greets the person behind us that just wait in and gave her food to her. Then turns back to us with a attitude and only hands us one of our three bags of food. We then had to wait for another employee to come get us the rest of our food. She unlike her coworker was very nice and apologized for his behavior. All the signs said if you ordered online you dont have to wait in line but that wasnt the case for us. After working in the restaurant field for many years this is the first place I have seen a employee in front of guests wear a durag on his head. His attitude and appearance was very unprofessional. Since his mask was pulled down you could see the attitude on his face. This is the worst experience I have ever had with this location in 14 years.
Staff talked in front of me for 5 minutes before taking my order. They have one staff member taking online orders and orders inside at the same time. The mac & cheese was soupy, the chicken was crispy and it cut my gums. Horrible and I had to ask for the tables to be cleaned. I waited for that for about 5 more minutes, so I just picked the cleanest dirtiest table😩
Upon entering this facility I could tell by the smell that it is not cleaned daily. The floor did not have a mopped today look or smell. The glass on the door was very dirty. That is a dealbreaker for me. The sanitizing station was empty and if there were any sanitizer in there it would have to be pumped manually. Dealbreaker. Such a shame because the food is good and the staff though young were very courteous.
I ordered online and was told 30 minutes well it took 1hr I also ordered a chicken bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn i got a chicken bowl with spinach no corn or gravy. I called and they said next time I come they would give me a side of corn.Wont be going back again
Manager manages this restaurant very well. Best Boston Market in NE in my opinion. Staff friendly and helpful. Food always good.
The staff was very Ghetto. As my turn was coming up in line I hear the cook in the back singing about how she’s all out of chicken. When my turn comes up I ask for my order and the response I get is “Nah...that’s like a 45- 50 minutes wait” I’ve never experienced anything like that. Definitely will not be returning. The worst part is that I spent over 15 minutes in line just to hear that. Very disappointed.
Dont go here.This is the worst place.Food under cooked, very slow service, girl at the counter was not only rude but drinking a soda in my face. Horrible location. Close down and try it again.
Be advised dont go after 9 pm all the f up attitudes come out, you cant get sauces for meat, you cant get certain items. The main reason I am writing a two star rating, first night I go in I use cash the young lady behind the counter takes my money and gives me the dollar bills back but keeps my change I said I want my change WERE DONT HAVE CHANGE red shirt comes over gets my change out of register throws it on the counter says next time you have to use card or exact change, second night I go in same thing happens, this night I go in this time i take less change I said I dont have exact change they tell me I cant have my food. BOSTON MARKET IS A RIP OFF THEY KEEP ALL THE CHANGE AND SWEAR THEY DONT HAVE ANY TO GIVE OUT. ITS STEALING POINT BLANK
I came to this restaurant as an uber eats driver. They were extremely busy. Some customers and other drivers had attitudes but for the amount of orders that were coming in from every direction I think all the workers and management did a great job trying to get everything done in an orderly fashion and good timing.
I work for DoorDash and pick up from here very often. The wait is way too long. I wait up to 30-60 minutes to pick up the food along with the other people who pick up from here. They need to think of a new and better system for mobile pick ups. People the go in there and order, they get their food instantly. While the rest of us picking up wait for really long. DoorDash has “pick up by” and “deliver by” times and because of the long waits I get to the delivery done a lot later than expected and the customers get angry. And every time I have to let them know that they’re food is still being prepared. They need to think of a faster way of getting food prepared on time and need to hire more workers.
Order on GrubHub... Usually I order from Boston Markets website to get delivered meals. Everything is good all the time. Never disappointed. Missed corn bread at times. But thats okay. Love the creamed spinach. My mom loves the sweet potato casserole with the marshmallows. She gets the chicken and I get turkey or meatloaf. Thanks Boston Market.
These are good people working with not enough employees.Boston Market needs to up their game.The employees are working so hard and their are people backed up.I am patient but if you are a franchise you have to up your game if you are to manage this pandemic. I ordered for pickup online and it took 45 minutes waiting at the side while people standing in line got their meals and were gone.
Ordered the Chicken & Rib Family Meal. Food was good but extra cornbread ordered was not given. Make sure you check the bag for all items before returning home.
Service was ok, I did pickup with the 10% off which was good. I ordered the family meal with ribs & chicken and 4 large sides. Everything was good but ribs are a bit mediocre!! My pick up time was 4:06 pm, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. And I didnt like that I paid the extra .70 cent for my large side of creamed spinach and the container wasnt all the way filled but all other sides was filled to the top. Dont charge the extra money if your not going to give the full amount.
Honestly, not a bad place. But things have been slowing down from this place. Not only did they get my order wrong twice, but there were just a bunch of inconveniences for the last two times Ive visited this establishment. The employees seem like they kinda want to cut your throat like they cut their chicken, as well. Other than that, the food was okay, if youre okay with waiting in line for about 15 - 20 minutes.
I ordered food with curbside pickup. After waiting about 15 minutes in my car nobody came out with my food so I went in to pick it up. Once inside I waited another 15 minutes for my food because it wasn’t made yet. Other than the wait (which happens every time I order pick up from this locationthe food was delicious. I love the new menu. The southwest chicken blt on ciabatta is to die for!
Food was great good spot to get a quick bite to eat dont have to go home and cook. I order quarter white meat with mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, and small order of sweet potato. It was delicious!
This was my 1st time ever making a purchase from Boston Market. The staff were very polite and prompt at serving customers. I feel the hot food was to my satisfaction. I do however feel, that the cornbread taste and texture needs enhancing. Didnt care for it. I was pleasantly surprised to be given an admirable coupon which I plan to use in the near future.
In general this location is pretty consistent with its food. Once in a great while I will get dry chicken, but that is the exception to the rule. The only other minor compliant that I have with this location is that it can get crowded at times. Aside from, that I would recommend going to this location.
The cashiers were very friendly and patient with me, it was my first time being there. I had the spicy chicken and creamed spinach....it was delicious. They give you a coupon with buy one get one for your next visit.
I am giving this location 2 stars the worst delivery I ever had in my life!!! Not the experience but I placed an order for 2 meals expected for the mash to have the gravy as said and expected for my quaterleg to be a bit bigger; my boyfriend sweet potatoes did not have what it usually does; not worth the price at all if that was the case I would have walked to McDonald’s overall it wasn’t that bad the food was warm but not the mash the mash was kind of clumped I rather do walk ins at aramingo I will not order from grub hub anymore at this location
Service was good. The staff was professional and nice. The food, was cold and under seasoned even for Boston Market. We ate our meal there so its not like we had to Drive home or anything. Food just came out cold very disappointed but I give three stars because of the staff
I ate first here when I took my car in for service across the street. The food was very good and the prices reasonable. So much so that I returned for a Thanksgiving meal. I ended up buying two complete dinners, one for Thanksgiving day and one for the day after (leftovers!). I plan on going back for Christmas dinner, my receipt gives me a 15% discount. Good food, good people, very pleasant!
Food is great and employees are friendly. Perhaps its too popular! I was there at 8:45pm on a Monday, and the supply of warm food wasnt enough to meet the demand. Several of us were backed up at the cashiers counter waiting for various sides to be replenished. They might consider making bigger batches, or having more on deck, ready to go during that time.
