A beautiful woodland area with a cobblestone footpath.Lots of beautiful plants and a Hansel and Gretel house for the childrenThere is also some places with stunning views of Curitiba.Not for those with walking difficulties as it is steep with lots of stairs.In the church there is a display showing a bit of Germany.Usually there is an art exhibition as well.Must try the churros from the van parked at the front

One of the most beautiful places to visit in Curitiba. This amazing place makes you feel in the woods or in a fairy tale. I recommend it!

Nice place for a walk close to nature, if you check the schedule theres also story telling for the kids

The German Wood was one of the greatest experiences Ive ever had! That place is magic! If you got toddiers it can be a educational place to go for the stories by the book Hänsel & Gretel ( Grimm Brothersare all spread around and you can getting close to the story tale end by the walking toward til the end of the trail.

Beautiful Park, very well preserved. You can feel the fresh air when you walk through the Park.

Lovely little park!!

A great place to eat, to draw, to meditate, and to dream. Take a walk in the Hansel and Gretel trail, listen to stories at the Witch’s house and eat German cakes at Erika. One of my favorite spots in Curitiba.

One good spot in Curitiba, a lovely place! This is one stop of the sightseeing bus.

Cozy music hall.

Its a different park, not so big, but with a dense forest. The view deck is closed due restoration, but you can still walk in the path and read the João and Maria story, visit the German cafe Erika and the Witchs House where there are some activities for children sometimes. They have the German Portal too.

Wonderful place to visit but not suitable for little kids

Beautiful and quite place.

Quite cute with the story of Hänsel und Gretel and the witchs house a woman dressed like a witch reads to children.

The forest has a gazebo that able to see a bealtiful view the Curitibas downtown.

Beautiful path and nature. You can see many different birds if you are lucky (I saw a toucanand even smaller animals. My advice would be to have some repellent at hand because there are loads of mosquitoes.

Spectacular piece of nature with cuts of architecture. Unmissable for anyone who loves nature.

When you get to Curitiba and you have family (children 7-13like us... you will love this place. Well care, clean, easy access, no entrance fee and good place for family time.

Beautiful view from the city and a nice walk in the native woods. A nice place to relax. The pastry shop there has some excellent German pies and cakes.

Great fun for all. Views, woods, music hall, cafe, story-telling for kids, grassy areas... Just bring your mosquito repellent. ;)

Gorgeous park, with Hensel and Gretels story depicted on the trail... A nice view from the top, and an exquisite nature sample inside the city.

Amazing place to be in touch with the nature and share a time with our beloved ones. Very clean and well maintained.

A small but beautiful park, Bosque Alemão has trails and small lakes and ponds full of vegetation with wooden benches and rails and a 3 story tower, Torre dos Filósofos, made entirely of wood with a spiral stair surrounding it. Worth a visit for a moment of relax.

Cute Hansel and Gretel story along the trail. Its cool when its hot outside. The nature is beautiful with Lily pads and a green forest. Nice view from the top with a cute "cafe" to get Ginger bread. No espresso.

Is really really fantastic place

Good place to walk with kids, be prepared to walk a little. There is a trail with the Hansel and Gretel story. And in the middle of course has a pleasant house/library with storytelling by a which. At the end, a nice place to relax and play with kids

One of the most beautiful parks in Curitiba!

Its a nice place to visit, but I dont consider there a "must go". There is a trek, telling the story of Hansel and Gretel while you walk through it, that leads you to the house of a witch. Nice place to go with the kids.

Nice place for a walk with children, theres a path that tells you the Grimms fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel. Theres also a witchs house (a fake onewith a witch story teller (a good one).

One of the best views in Curitiba. Its small and welcoming, a must go for those visiting Curitiba.
