Cozy restaurant with great food and service!

Our experience in Borwin restaurant was great. Host was very kind and helped us with Covid tests due to newly introduced 2G+ regulations. Food was delicious, and service was excellent. Highly recommended place. Our best regards to Giuseppe!

Gunnar and his team are as phenomenal as the seafood here. And the steak is to die for. Just get it all.

Always fresh seafood, very good service. We got a nice table even though we didnt prebook. We brought a dog and it was welcomed with a big smile! Wonderful atmosphere and all the tables where seated. We will be back, again!!!

I ordered mixed fillet dish, it was delicious, a little expensive but taste and the good place worth it. Great in dating and official meetings. The fish is cooked professionally and served well.

I have been a customer of Borwin Hafenrestaurant since 2015. I love the place and the food is never disappointing.However, I need to write a bad review because I have been treated with disrespect. These are the facts: I had a table reserved which I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I tried to rebook the table for the next day, they refused to take my reservation as it was seen as a "risk" for the Restaurant.This is very disrespectful and disappointing, especially for a person whose being a client for years and brought many new clients to the place.

Had lunch here. The staff were very friendly. It was not crowded and we were served fast. The food was very good. Highly recommend the cooked oisters. I can only recommend this place. Would definetly return.

We had the most amazing lunch here. The seafood was very fresh, nicely cooked. Absolutely delicious! We had seafood plate with lobster tail and Asian-style salmon. I think the price was very fair for the quality! The service was very pleasant as well.

This is really a nice place to eat, near the dock, you can enjoy your meal with a view. Food is really good, though you need to be ready spend some money as this place is not cheap

The food was delicious. The products were all fresh and perfectly cooked. Unfortunately the price is pretty high for the region.

Nice fish restaurant. It has a chalkboard with the fresh catch. Waitress was very helpful selecting the fish. They have an English menu. Fresh fish comes with choice of two side dishes. Alternatively you can select an item from the menu where the whole course is set. The food was delicious.

Excellent food, large selection of fresh fish, great service, booking a table will definitely be recommended in high season. Nice plus, they offer free parking for client and are quite tolerant with the duration if you ask nicely. It is located less than 5 minutes away walking from the center.

My companions really liked their Backfisch. I thought the gnocchi was pretty bad. Our seating outside was ok but quite cool. We requested to sit inside, actually, which looked very nice, but were told we couldnt. The prices were too high for a dish not to be excellent, and to be unable to be seated inside when all the tables there were empty was very odd.

Excellent food and wine, and very friendly service. Nice atmosphere and location too, but prices are on the higher end.

The restaurant is right at the water and offers some nice views with the sun setting over the water. The main ingredients are fish and they offer excellent choices for everyone. You can get whole fish grilled with a choice from 10 different sides. Several dishes with fish filets are also on the menu. The service was nice, but did forget a view things and we had to remind them a couple of times. I have to echo some of the previous comments that the service should be better but the food is excellent. Overall we had a very enjoyable evening and I certainly would go back there. I am still giving 5 stars as the food was really great and the service issues didnt impact our overall experience. Prices are also very moderate.
