Excellent location very clean tidy payment scheme may put customers off but all went thorough very smoothly no problem with getting my deposit back definitely stay again

NOT CLEAN - I went with this hotel because despite it being super cheap there were several raving reviews on how clean it was. This was absolutely NOT the case and absolutely disappointing that we had to pay a cleaning fee. It smelt terribly and the ground was so dirty our socks turned black when walking around for a couple of minutes. The bathroom sink was cracked and the water poured out brown water and gunk from the sink and shower heads as they were not being cleaned properly. My friend and I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies in order to feel comfortable staying for the one night. We also bought sheets and towels as they sheets we were given were covered in questionable stains. We also discovered a "make-shift lost and found" behind one of the beds with articles of clothing shoved behind it. The worst find - which resulted in a short scream from the group - was a bug larva of some type on the furniture. There is no way this place was cleaned prior to our arrival.RUDE MANAGER/OWNER - on top of that, the manager was completely out of line and disrespectful to us. My friend went onto what we assumed was a terrace and was shouted to from a man upstairs that he wasnt allowed to be there - to which he apologized and came back inside immediately without hesitation! We then received texts from the same man/owner telling us not to be out there - to which we explained ourselves and apologized. He proceeded to call my friend who made the booking, YELL at her over the phone and make accusations that we had been drinking, smoking and underage?! None of which were true. It was extremely disrespectful especially given the fact that we had immediately apologized and followed his instruction. He threatened to kick us out (this was around 11 PM at night and we couldnt afford to find another place so we were desperate - otherwise we would have left happily).Overall awful experience and I would not recommend this place.

No problems, well kept and friendly staff. No complaints.

One star is a bit much, sooo.... got to the room, everything seemed fine till we got settled in, found some kind of bug larva on the mattresses, our feet were turning black with dirt from the floor, there were what I can only describe as very ‘suspect’ stains on all of the bedding (I mean how can someone expect you to wrap yourself in someone/others bodily fluidsthere was also a mattress up against the wall behind the futon with peoples clothes stuffed down behind it. My fiancé and friend had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and gloves just to clean the room to feel comfortable enough to even stay. Also had an unfortunate run in with the who I believe to be the owner, where instead of acting professionally and simply asking us to keep it down a bit and not go out onto the roof (for which there is no sign stating it is not allowed/apparently illegalhe become aggressive from the very start, sending texts to my fiancé to which I replied “I’m sorry we did not realise it was not allowed as there are no signs, but again we are sorry and it won’t happen again” he further retaliated by calling my fiancé and and shouting at her calling her stupid and dumb and threatening to come and kick us out when all we were saying was it won’t happen again and profusely apologising, very rude aggressive owner/manager and basically an awful experience altogether the place looks like it was cleaned with the lights off. My advice, STAY AWAY.

The management are awesome, super customer service, child friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much

Well located in the town in close proximity to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well kept and the staff friendly and welcoming.

I have been charged after returning to Spain 60 euros without justification. 4 days without cleaning. Nobody works there. Theres No reception. Humiliating. Totally Abandoned. Take advantage of tourists like us

4 days room and 4 people with only 3 towels. Nobody works there. Totally Abandoned. After can this complaint, we return to Spain and charge us a charge of 60 euros without justification as revenge to complain in Booking. Embarrassing. Worse than a mob. I will Never visit any hotel of this rabble. Horrible

Weve been treated but animals. I have charged 60 euros of charge after 500 euros for a small room. I Didnt visit this hotel. You get charged when You come home

Very clean comfortable and very good site in the middle of the town.Friendly.

Great location, cheap. My room was nice and clean. Had a private room with a private bathroom. Nice clear TV and good WiFi. Close to the train station and a short walk from a bunch of things to do. Excellent choice as a base to go explore Brighton.

Keep your door codes handy.....

In un primo momento ero poco fiducioso sulla qualità del servizio visto il basso prezzo, ma io e i miei amici siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Eravamo in 7 persone in una stanza da 8 con 3 docce e 3 lavandini, TV in camera con Netflix e Youtube, apertura della porta con codice. Consiglio vivamente per un breve soggiorno visto il prezzo conveniente.

Excellent hotel, shame about noisey louts in street until 3am

Fantastic place to stay brilliant price fantastic woman helped us settle in and nothing was too much trouble. In centre of all the action in Brighton and only a walk from the nightlife. I went with my hen party and stayed in two rooms of 8 everyone slept well. I would highly recommend and would happily return when I next come to Brighton

Stayed Sunday night bank holiday (Augfor theatre, was three doors away from the stage door, couldnt have been any better for location. The Owner was very welcoming and friendly also informative. The room was imaculate and comfortable would definatley stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Family stayed here, loved their stay. We had a great time at Brighton.

its very central, the beds are comfortable, fridge and kettle, tea and coffee. Friendly and hard working staff, great value for money. I think the rooms on the first and 2nd floor are best.there is no elevator, and the missing star is for a moldy smell in the bathroom in room 6.

Excellent place for stag/hen parties. Clean and well equipped. Easy access and easy checkout

I stayed here for 2 nights for a hen do of 7 girls. When we arrived we were helped by the owner with our cases which was really nice. The room had 3 bunk beds and 1 double bed, it was a bit tight but we managed. We had 3 showers in the bathroom and 3 sinks which came in handy. Also a good hair dryer, and Netflix if we needed it. Great location, literally next to a Wetherspoons and 5 minute walk from the beach. For the price we paid we really cant complain :-)

Its spacious, if youre an ant I guess. 2 bunk beds shoved into a tiny room sleeps 4 people, but dont expect them to be able to stand anywhere let alone put some of there stuff anywhere, cause theres nowhere to put it. No window except for a skylight. Toilet with no toilet brush and just a few roles of paper, so you can imagine with 4 guys after a few nights that gets soiled up pretty dirty. Next time spend the extra few quid and go elsewhere.

Simply excellent ! Staff are very helpful and friendly ! The room is unexpectedly clean , comfortable and spacious! Excellent location in city centre as so many restaurants, bus stops, shops nearby.

Great place cheap, close to everything you need and only a 10 minute walk from the station.

Great rooms with plenty of beds and good WC facilities. Everything was very clean and we got sorted out very quickly. Excellent price aswell. Highly recommend.

The room was fantastic, plenty big enough for all 5 of us to sleep in and with 3 showers to ourselves so the bathroom was congested! Netflix activated TV was a great addition too! Service was great, and so was the price! Very happy!

This is the best Hotel I have ever been to. Everything is clean and looks amazing. I had room number 5 and it was terrific. The view may not be that amazing but you have a Tv, you have your own wlan, you even get towels and an iron. In addition to this you have a clean toilette and two showers and a lot of mirrors. Actually there is pretty much everything you need and the owner is really nice. I would recommend everyone to go there. You can even find really nice shops next to the hotel. Definitely 5 stars.

I came to this hotel after spending one night at the Hostelpoint in Brighton (which I wouldnt recommend).The Bond Hotel saved my week. I was there with my english class. The rooms were beautiful and I felt like being at home. I highly recommend the Bond Hotel.The Hotel offers:Tidiness; a free wifi password; netflix and chill; comfortable beds; 2 douches per room; a bunch of toilet paper; towels; cups; 3 sinks and a lot of brightness.The hotel is in the vicinity of the Brighton Pier. You have to walk 5 minutes to get there.There are supermarkets, 4 bakeries and many restaurants next to the Hotel.As soon as you go outside you can start a shopping tour because there are many shops next to the Hotel.I highly recommend this Hotel and I hope some of you will make good experiences there, too.

The owner George was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know.The hotel is really nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean. The mattress is very comfortable and you get a big TV with Netflix. You can put your things in the drawer and make a cup of tea or coffee without leaving your room. The bathroom is bright, our room had 3 sinks and 2 showers in which you have a body wash, towels, and a big mirror.Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and shops etc. so you can have a nice meal and buy stuff like gifts and more.10/5, would recommend going there.

Its amazing for both, the price and the quality. There is a big, modern flatscreen television in every room. The beds are comfortable and clean, just as the room itself. So its really worth a stay!

The hotel is in the middle of the city centre and the price for that is reasonable.A very modern looking place - theyve made wonders with the space they have to work with and it just feels...classy, futuristic almost.The room was clean and tidy with internet, Netflix, etc, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.The owner greeted us. He was such a lovely chap - friendly, considerate and accommodating. We had some unique issues which he was very understanding about and worked around, much to his headache no doubt.Definitely a place worth going back to and using regularly.

Modern, Clean and a superb location in right in the heart of Brighton

While initially slightly worried after discovering no lobby I was amazed at the standard of the room. Bedding was clean and fresh, beds were comfy. The bathroom was fantastic. The taps are the waterfall type and the shower has loads of power behind it with a lovely wide head. Would certainly stay there again.
