Food was below average, service was very poor. Never visiting again.

Great food and friendly service.

Be careful if you have allergies. Waiting staff not sure of ingredients when asked. Food ok but nothing special. Poor service overall.Update to initial review. Restaurant now states they have an allergy menu. This was not made known to us at the time and when we asked for dairy free rice they gave us pilau rice which is made with milk.

We had a lovely dinner here at the weekend. Service was good and food was amazing. We will definitely return to the Boishaki.

Tasty and spicy Bangladeshi food!

Always a pleasure. Friendly staff and very nice flavours. Many favourite dishes, but especially like the Butter chicken and Khatta chicken Tika Masala Boshaki special.

I asked for chicken titanium massala and got a tub of sauce with 6 bits of chicken in. Nothing else very bad for the money it costs

Service was very friendly. Food was excellent. Asked for sweet lassi and got the response "We can make it for you" Made us two very happy customers.

Been coming here for a few years and never yet had a disappointing meal, service or experience. And a great price too. A group of mates and l come at least once a month all year round and Omar is extremely hospitable. 😊😊

A really big restaurant with an extensive menu. Always found the food to be well prepared, tasty and with generous portions. A really good Indian restaurant, with dishes that range from mild to madly spicy!

This is our go-to for delivery food in Wokingham.It has been consistently good every time we’ve ordered.The food is excellent and the delivery always friendly and prompt.We’ve eaten in a fair few times and… it’s even better! The restaurant isn’t particularly special inside or out but certainly isn’t bad. The food is absolutely great and we’ve always had noticeably excellent service.It’s not the best location in town and a little bit of a pain to get to/park for. I can imagine it’s easy to miss unless you’re looking for it based on a recommendation - I recommend :)

A little bit old fashioned decor and ambiance, but the food is excellent. The menu has a few interesting and tasty curries that you don’t find on most curry house menus.

Placed an order online and received an email confirmation, then received another email 20 minutes later to say they were closed! They still took our money though and it will take 3-5 days to refund our money! What a joke!

Best Curry in Berkshire. Yet to find anything better in Sandhurst, Crowthorne or Reading. Try the Laal Maan, you wont be disappointed :)

First time I have been to an Indian buffet meal. Food all hot and presented well. Good selection. Tasted lovely.

Service was poor. And certain young members of staff behind bar were staring at one or two women all night which made them feel very uncomfortable . They also cared more about carryout than the tables.

Food so good that it will make you rub your stomach with such force that it could have the unintended consequence of changing the earths orbit.

Absolutely superb food. I am a big fan of Madras but most places take too much stock in the heat and not the flavour. This was the best Madras I have had in years. The meat and sauce were flavourful yet had the required heat with being overpowering for the sake of it. Such lovely staff. Will Absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic meal delivered within the time frame suggested was sent the wrong starter but it was delicious (salmon tandoori starterand re delivered the correct estarter within 8 minutes! If that doesnt scream amazing customer service I dont know what does, called them up to explain a easy mistake was made and the reply was so pleasant and made me feel so at ease, went back to devouring my best Indian meal Ive had, these guys really dont mess about they cook theyre food to extremely good standards and pride themselves in quality, taste and freshness. Seriously seriously worth every penny this is the kind of food that makes me want to just give them more than they charge, thankyou again for your hard work and consist food!

Had takeaway food two nights running now.Rice and curry flavour excellent,but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and dry in all four curries.

The guys serve the tastiest curry in Wokingham. Weve tried them all and they always deliver dishes packed with flavour. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Eaten in and had takeaways from here. The food is always excellent, especially the specials.The Maharashtran, Roshan Murgh Tikka, dish is absolutely amazing. Best tasting food from Indian restaurant Ive ever eaten at. 5/5 every time.

Very bad customer service ! Food was tastless, chewy and possibly not fresh. Would not recommend ordering from here. There are much better restaurants in Wokingham and Bracknell.

Ate here with a group of friends last night and we were very impressed with the quality of food. Wokingham is blessed with some fantastic curry houses but I think Ive found my new favourite in Boishakhi. The staff were attentive and the lamb passanda delicious!

The food is great, so tasty. The people that work there are lovely and take time to talk to you and offer suggestions. Either eating in or take away I would recommend.

Absolutely delicious food! Had the indian scotch egg starter which Id never tried before & it was amazing! Lamb curry dish for main (took advice from the ownerwas so so tasty; the lamb was cooked to perfection! Kingfisher in a bottle, what else could you ask for! Was made to feel very welcome & will definitely visit again. Thank you 🙂

The new(?menu is a bit different compared to the last one but the food is still great... the only negative aspect being they need to bring the decor of the restaurant out of the 1980s and into the 2020s

Mid December, big group of us in a full restaurant. Service was great and food was excellent! Ive not enjoyed a curry out this much in years.

Read reviews on trip advisor and visited one evening. Staff very friendly and great with the kids including my 3 year old son. Food tasty and hot and great value for money. Nice to see some different items on the menu can recommend the black pepper chicken very nice.

The best Indian food in town without question (for me). The owner of the place is extremely friendly and helpful. The design of the interior could be improved thats why Im giving it 4 stars. But for the quality of the food I will always come back here.

Just the best curries ever. If the owner is there, always ask for his recommendation, he is spot on. The restaurant has a great feel, and service is prompt and very polite and friendly. Couldnt be better.

Great Indian food. They try hard and offer a menu that has some individual twists - not just your run of the mill stuff. Sometimes the chefs make their own desserts which is a welcome treat and sets the Boishaki aside when compared to other Indian restaurants. Try out a chefs special - they really are delicious and authentic.

Passionate owner, fabulous food. For me this is the best in Wokingham. We take a lot of clients here, mainly Germans, and theyre always surprised we have such quality in the UK!

One of Wokinghams hidden jewels. Its just about the first shop you come to entering Wokingham from London Road. Its on Peach Street and its unassuming exterior can make it easy to overlook. The food is excellent and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Ive been here way more than any other restaurant in Wokingham.

Disgusting. Ordered a takeaway. Cold, tasteless, Tarka Dal like a soup that was easily poured down the sink. Sag Aloo was well not Sag Aloo and the Chicken Tikka Massala was very dry under a terrible sauce. Very disappointing as I have eaten in the resturant and it has been good. With so many Indian restaurants in Wokingham if they carry on like this they wont be around for long and I wont be wasting my money with them again!
