Bodega Bouza in Montevideo

Amazing experience here at Bodega Bouza. Our guide was extremely fun and friendly; she provided great information during the tour. The location is beautiful. A must visit. We also enjoyed an amazing bottle of Tempranillo and a delicious meal after the tour.

Visita super recomendada. Fizemos somente a degustação e depois comemos sobremesa e café no restaurante. A degustação inclui pães, embutidos e queijos. Além do vinho, claro. Local lindo e todos atendentes super atenciosos. Vale a pena a reserva. Fizemos pro WhatsApp.

A estrutura da Bodega Bouza é interessante mas o atendimento e a degustação são bastante impessoais e feitos de forma quase automática. Faltou alma e personalidade, tanto no tratamento quanto nos próprios vinhos servidos. A apresentação foi feita de forma muito rápida, quase para "cumprir tabela" e mal deu tempo de saborear cada taça servida. Os vinhos oferecidos foram os mais básicos, sendo um branco Chardonet e 3 tintos. O que era para ser uma experiência interessante virou algo insosso e frio.

Uma das melhores visitas em vinícolas que já fiz. Passeio guiado com informações técnicas relevantes. Almoço com degustação de rótulos selecionados. Rende momentos de muita descontração.

Ame,ame la experiencia de visitar la bodega Bouza. El recorrido por la bodega espectacular, explicación desde los viñedos hasta una degustación de variedades de vinos de la bodega. El personal super amable. En febrero sin dudas volveré a ir para poder ver los viñedos con la uvas. 100% recomendado la visita a Bodega Bouza.

A family winery. Beautiful sightseeing and great wine

Uma excelente vinícola a ser visitada! Equipe muito atenciosa e preparada para o atendimento impecável! Vinhos incríveis e o restaurante muito qualificado! Pratos muito bem elaborados, com uma apresentação primorosa e sabor espetacular! Aliado a tudo isso, uma propriedade linda e bem cuidada!

Lugar bonito para uma visita. Destaque para o restaurante delicioso do chef renomado. E o vinho Chardonnay 2020 da bodega de tirar o fôlego .

Hermoso lugar, hicimos la visita guiada a la bodega. También nos quedamos a almorzar. Muy rica comida. Se puede hacer la degustación de vinos con el acompañamiento de 5 comidas por un valor de $ 4.500. Nosotros no lo hicimos pero es super recomendable.

The overall evaluation is quite positive but there are a few dark spots. The winery tour - can be improved; the wine tasting should have two options - light and full, price accordingly; menus in English; prices in general. Nothing too serious. On the positive side, food and wine quality are indisputable, service is quite good. Most likely I will come back.

Fue una experiencia de aprendizaje espectacular, pude aprender mucho con la visita guiada a la bodega y luego cuando pasamos a la degustacion de los vinos fue genial. También pudimos experimentar de un almuerzo en tres pasos con un nivel alucinante. Realmente los recomiendo y en cuanto pueda vuelvo.

Excelente Bodega para realizar la visita guiada y luego quedarse acomer. Experiencia inolvidable que me trae lindos recuerdos de parte de mi infancia.

Grandiosa experiencia, hermosas instalaciones de la bodega y restaurante. Linda colección de autos. La cata de vinos y el almuerzo estuviero excelentes y mención especial para el volcán de dulce de leche. La atención muy buena, habia mucha gente y tardó un poco el servicio pero luego todo estuvo genial.

Comida y vino maravillosos y servicio perfecto. Sin duda volveremos. Recomiendo el tour y el almuerzo completo/marinado. Gracias.Food & wine are wonderful, and the service is superb. To whom has already visited Brazilian wine makers, this one will be a little disappointing...But anyhow, the visit had no cost, so it may worthy the time.

Excelente!Há almoço com tour na bodega às sextas, sábados e domingos.O local é lindo, a comida saborosa e o chef Laurent Lainé foi muito simpático na recepção. Dentre as opções estão alguns pratos a la carte ou entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Pode-se escolher três taças de vinhos ou algum vinho a la carte.Recomendo!

Very good wine tasting - a really nice place & their restaurant is also very good. Most of theirwines are ok - but hightly priced....The Pan de Azucar range will in time be very good & has more potential than their Parcela Única Tannats from Melilla & Canelones

Loved the place, great wine tasting paired with little tapas.Their Albariño was excellent, their Tannat typical Uruguayan variety of grape full bodied, strong and earthy, delicious!

Evething about the tour was fantastic. The tour was a bit too short, but the guide (Pedrowas extra funny and pleasant. The food and the wine tasting was delicious. Nice that they provide pick up from the hotel so we dont need to worry about driving after drinking 5 glasses of wine during lunch!

A must visit Wine Estate just outside Montevideo. Excellent wines and fantastic quality food. A hidden delight.

We had a very poor experience here at the restaurant. We were seated for 4 hours before receiving our main course. There was no one that spoke English so the wait staff was zero help at all. I would not recommend this winery at all. Extremely poor service and customer service. We were there for our honeymoon and treated like 3rd class citizens.

Pretty good visit, its worth each cent that we spent there. Bouza experience was one of the best experience that I had in a restaurant. The combination of each dish with the wine is parfect. Even the dessert das pretty good.

Horrible customer service for such a beautiful place. Cannot believe that they did not give us a table when there were around 9 or 10 available. Not 1 or 2. 9 or 10 empty tables. We enter the restaurant and there is no one at the 2 ( not one but tworeception spots. What is this?!You should definitely be prepared since you work and know the business every day. Disappointment!!!

Great tasting with snacks as well as very informative tour at Bouza. Beautiful winery and some premium wines. Definitely make a reservation if you are going to be in the area.

Its has great food and options to eat and drink. But it isnt a cheap choice. The wine tasting is awesome! You get to try 4 different wines along with cheeses and other appetizers for 1000 pesos uruguaios.
