Bocce Club Restaurant in Woonsocket

This restaurant is amazing from the door to paying. I had the filet mignon and it was so awesome. It was so tender!!! The meal was wonderful! Id like to recognize Joey Locke for doing the best job! He was our waiter and we gave him a big thank you for being right on the mark when it comes to making you feel welcomed. His knowledge of the menu is exquisite and he impressed us with making sure we had everything we possibly could want. Please give him a raise. We will be back!! Thank you Joey!!!!

Great family friendly restaurant. Amazing dishes that never cease to satisfy. A cozy environment and my familys favorite place to go out

The food is always great!

The food is very good. The salad and bread are a great way to start. The service is also very nice, if a tiny bit slow. It is very dated, but it somehow seems sweetly reminiscent of a simpler time. Ill return.

easter... family style.. cracked and damaged.. umm so all set.. I dont want my family eating off of plates with raw edges..

This place is gross!Ceiling in entrance is plastic, tact up, hiding what apparently was debris?A scented candle upon entering is not for ambience, but rather to cover the stale, moldy smell.Glasses on the table where cloudy.Tables reached out and got stuck on your clothes because, the molding was coming off.Wallpaper was peeling off the walls all around. If this is what the eating area was like? I can’t imagine what the kitchen was like. I find it hard to belive this place passes inspection. Teo words...Clean up!!I didnt wan

I had not been to Bocce Club in more 30 years, so it was interesting to see not much had changed as far as decor🤔 I will say this the food was incredible, Family style chicken, absolutely delicious chicken, Salad was excellent, French fries were the best I ever had👍🙂 You also get warm bread, and pasta all for $11.95 per person, amazing⭐ 🙂 The Server was fantastic, very attentive, polite, and made you feel welcome. The owner came over and helped recommend a nice Portuguese Red wine that was very good⭐⭐ Overall the experience was way beyond my expectations and I will certainly add it time my favorites and will be back.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best family style chicken..antipasto salad...hot bread...homemade fries and roasted potatoes...so freaking good!

Worst restaurant ever!!! As soon as you walk in the door, all you can smell is mold and rotten food. Way better, less expensive restaurants in the area. Dont waste ur time or money!!!

Food was cold! Backed potatoes COLD sent them back &were microwaved!Ordered bacon wrapped scallops they where the size of a quarter wrapped in bacon over cooked very hard ! Unacceptable!

Old school interior-we ordered the family chicken dinner for 4- OMG woulda fed a family of 8- chicken was delicious,fell off the bone-Delish! also came with potatoes,homemade fries,pasta& salad

Awesome family style chicken very moist and flavorful. My picky daughter ate everything on her plate and went back for more. I highly recommend this place to others.

We went to a Coalition today.We were greeted by a Friendly staff and promptly served a yummy chicken dinner.I would definitely book with them in the future.

Great portions, and tastes. Fish & chips including chowder & clams cakes, were tasty... I found them just a bit extra on the oil, but good just the same. Chocolate and carrots cake were also tasty.We enjoy supporting local businesses

Great food great family style chicken. Love the salad dressing the fries and the roasted potatoes. Joe, his wife, and daughter have done alot of the youth of woonsocket.

Had dinner with my mother there less than 2 weeks ago for lunch.We both had family style chicken.Excellent ! Id score it a 9/10.There were about 14 other people eating and 12 of the 14 were elderly French people. This is a clsssic French Canadian restaurant with a bar and banquet rooms.I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you love chicken.

We were here for a coalition dinner. Private banquet room. They did family style chicken, potatoes, pasta, and salad. Was very good. And they were very polite to everyone mourning.

I have attended several family functions here and most recently held my daughters baby shower here. Guests left raving about the food and service. Joe, the owner is very accommodating, generous, and a pleasure to work with. Excited to now plan my mother-in-laws 90th birthday celebration here! Thank you Joe and staff, looking forward to working with you all once again!

Chicken not bad. Salad too much dressing. Potatoes not bad. Pasta not so good. Waiter very nice and very helpful. Owner very impatient. Boarding on the rude side.

I went here for a 60th birthday party. The room fit about 40-50 people in it with room for a dance floor. Theres different sections to rent for different amounts of people. Each table had 2 bottles of wine red and white which was plenty because not everyone drinks. The food was amazing, fresh, hot and delicious. Everyone ate and some and were satisfied. One of the best fish plate I have ever had. Great staff and a clean environment.

IT WAS A LOUSY DAY 2 WEEKS AGO SO I DECIDED TO ORDER CHICKEN FAMILY STYLE. IT WAS READY WHEN I ARRIVED AND IT WAS DELICIOUS PLENTIFUL .

Absolutely worst experience ever, I never ever in my life have been so upset with a place like this before! The OWNER himself was extremely rude raising his voice in front of my children. I had to tell him to shut his mouth because he became extremely aggressive and rude against my wife children and my self. I wish I can put a negative star but unfortunately it is not an option. Terrible service on behalf of the staff, when I asked for a manger or owner I was directed to the “OWNER” the person who was very rude to me and my family. Point blank this place needs a new owner to run the place properly and have it maintained properly as well it smelled like cigarettes and looked very raggedy. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially with children.

Never Again! I have visit the bocce club occasionally for family style chicken. Throughout this year I have noticed a decline of the service. The owner/ bartender/ host is Joe. He has been terribly rude to his staff and customers. Today was the worst experience that I have ever had. It makes me feel very uncomfortable the way he treated myself and the waitress Kayla. Not to mention offering left over food to a different customer that Joe said "wasnt even touched ". And by the way, I see him filling the bottle of bar wine with the box of wine generic version. I feel sorry for someone with that kind of attitude

Excellent meals for especially their salad and prime ribs steak sandwiches with cheese , mushrooms and fries. Chicken family style is awesome!

Went to Bocce for collation and it was buffet style the food was family style chicken and it was probably one of the better family style chickens in the city. Woonsocket is known for family style chicken and it was cooked to perfection even the antipasto was very good however it was very cold in there and I dont know how the cleanliness was but I do know the food was very good and the service was good.

Saturday buffet had nice choices of chicken dishes and a wonderful tea.

cant really comment one way or the other on the quality of the food. I sat at the bar around 7 20 PM, only one other customer at the bar. no signs of an employee or bartender, after 15 minutes I departed. and the ,darkness at the bat is accurate.

My husband and I order out from the Bocce every now and again, and never had a bad dish. We went there tonight to eat in for our bdays and once again a great dinner. Very reasonable as well as good food.

Hosted a Matt Fraser event...spacious venue Pleasant staff great drinks first time visit will definitely be back for food

Just had my daughters baby shower here...the room was nicely done..the woman who worked our party was so so nice and the owner Joe was very sweet and very helpful...we had our family style chicken meal served buffet style and it was very good and the price per person was definitely reasonable and loved the fact that we could take the leftovers home.

Best family style chicken anywhere! It was great 40 years ago in 1977 for my wedding reception and still great today!

It could use some improvements in the servers attitude ,food is ok the bread is deliciously fresh but the portions are small for a table of 12 people just one loaf of bread is not enough

Attended a 80th Birthday dinner on Saturday evening. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant. The service was awful BUT that didnt stop them adding in $35 of gratuity. Anytime we needed anything someone had to leave the table to track down the wait staff. The wait staff did not bother to check in on us or ask if we needed. We were seated in Dingy old room that had exposed pipes and cheap strip lighting plugged into extension cords, a fire hazard. The food was very low quality family style chicken. The chicken itself was dry, the pasta sauce lacked flavor. I admit that fries & potatoes were good. WE WILLNEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

I have had at least 6 functions at this hall. The food is great, everyone leaves full and happy. The owner Joe is extremely helpful and he will always try to accommodate you in any way that he can. I highly recommend this hall for your functions. You wont be disappointed!

We visit this establishment Everytime were in the area. Cannot beat their Family style Chicken. Structure has been in better shape but the warmth of the owners make up for it.
