The Ecuadorian pizza was amazing (blue cheese and figs). Also we tried the Al funghi and it was delicious. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Nos dimos cuenta de que la pizzería estaba abierta los sábados a la 1 pm. y llegamos y la pizzería estaba cerrada. gracias por actualizar un poco su información para evitar viajes innecesarios. la buena información con respecto al futuro cliente sigue siendo algo importante. No dudo de la calidad de la pizza, pero decido dar una calificación negativa a este restaurante.

What a pleasant surprise - really delicious authentic pizza in the historic area of Quito. The crust is not too hard not soft - just the perfect balance, really hard to find in South America. Highly recommended for those who crave real pizza!

Quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had - no kidding! One of the owners described to me how they tested their pizzas over and over to perfect them. They carefully choose the right kind of cheeses that go well on their pizzas. The prices are excellent and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend trying Bocanda’s pizza!Posiblemente la mejor pizza que he probado, ¡no es broma! Uno de los propietarios me describió cómo probaron sus pizzas una y otra vez para perfeccionarlas. Eligen cuidadosamente el tipo correcto de quesos que van bien en sus pizzas. Los precios son excelentes y el ambiente es acogedor y confortable. ¡Recomiendo probar la pizza de Bocanda!

Great cozy restaurant Pizza was perfectly cooked. Brought a date here and she loved the decorations and overall vibe.

Quand on sait que les pizzas sont commercialement très rentable il est triste de découvrir premièrement que le personnel est très peu attentif à nos demandes et à notre commande le tout dans une nonchalance qui en dit long alors que nous étions les premiers client. Nous demandons de supprimer le fromage sur la moitié de la pizza en raison de mon intolérance au lactose (on est assez vite juger pour cette demande, première fois que ça arrive!et on se retrouve avec une pizza quasiment recouverte de fromage ne laissant que deux parts sans fromage. On explique gentiment la situation mais le personnel était bien trop occupé à draguer une cliente un peu prise par l’alcool. Néanmoins la deuxième commande que nous effectuons sans fromage arrive et c’est quand le fromage disparaît que l’on se rend compte que la garniture est très pauvre. Quand la cliente un peu prise, je pense que le personnel a prit conscience et est venu s’excuser; néanmoins aucun geste commercial de leur part. Plutôt déçu alors que le lieu semblait sympathique.

Really excellent pizza with many vegetarian options! The appetizer bread with pickled eggplant was outstanding as was the craft beer. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service as well.

Good pizza and very friendly staff!Reason for not being 5 stars is due to a entree bread that was brought to us and the dough hadn’t been risen properly... I had it sitting in my stomach for 2 days...Other than that, the pizza is very nice and this is coming from an Italian , so accurate recommendation!

We ate here our first night visiting Quito, when a nearby place we wanted to try was closed. Try the bread with pickled eggplant. Delicious! Best bread weve had since we started travelling a few weeks ago. So good we went back a second time. Pizza and pasta were also good. I dont recommend the salad with strawberries and white chocolate dressing....a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Terrible photos but outstanding pizza!! This place is close to the Old Town and the space is rad with art from local artists on the walls and good tunes. The beers and red wines did the job nicely and the prices were great for the awesome quality. I would highly recommend and as a side note don’t mistake it for the place next door with the traffic lights and pizza sign!!

This restaurant is amazing! Awesome music, great atmosphere, but most importantly fantastic food! Being Italian it is often difficult for me to find Italian food that can compare to the food I’ve eaten in Italy. I was extremely pleased to have found a restaurant in Quito that makes truly delicious and authentic tasting Italian food! This was my best restaurant experience in Ecuador!
