Boba Babes in Sanford

Kinda watery tea, boba is firm like it hasnt been refreshed frequently enough. Pretty meh

We really enjoyed this little gem! Cute atmosphere, and great recipes on both the teas and waffles. Very fun spot.

My kids are big fans of boba tea. Whenever we are in Sanford we always stop by. There is also a photography studio at the same location.

I ordered a boba tea and it was very good. Boba Babes not only has boba but also has popping Pearls. They serve you fast and the service is amazing. The place looks really nice like an old tea or coffee shop, it is open and inviting. They look like they really enjoy getting business becuase they are always enthusiastic when I go in there.

Boba babes is a place that truly makes Sanford pop. Like you cant come to Sanford and not visit boba babes. It reminds me of that place in a movie where kids go to after school and hangout at everyday. And thats what this place has become for me and my friends its our happy place like I just love the interior design of the place its nice and warm but also modern and authentic. The staff is just amazing and friendly and they always make you feel at home as if you could stay forever. Especially with their board games and cool couches for you to lounge in. Its my happy place and Im truly happy with every visit.

What a cute cafe for tea! Had the bruleed brunette tea with coffee jelly. It was the perfect blend of sweet coconut with a hint of coffee to balance it. The kind girl working at the counter recommended the coffee jelly with it and Im happy that I took her suggestion. Will be going back next time Im in town. I wish there was a boba babes closer to me.

Amazing atmosphere, friendly servers, and delicious food and drinks!

An amazing place to grab a bite to eat and get some choice Boba. Its a collaboration of a photography studio and a place to grab a delicious treats! The variety of the menu item truly makes this place stand out from the competition. Definitely check out the best babes in town in action as they create a beautiful drink that appeals to the eye.

This place os so cute & awesome! Cant wait to visit again. They have my favorite flavor! Honeydew & they offer a non-dairy substitute. Perfect for me! My other place didnt have that option.

First Boba tea and it was awesome! I got pomegranate flavored with pomegranate balls and I absolutely loved it! My girlfriend got coffee milk tea and she loved hers too!

Despite the hours on the door, the establishment was closed. Apparently they were in the process of changing their hours of operation, but there was no mention of it on the doors. My kids love the waffles and boba tea. Love this place and is one of my Sanford favorites.

Great tea but they advertise hours that they arent open. Ive gone out of my way to visit a few times, during their "open" schedule, and was greeted with a closed sign.Make sure you call first before committing to going.

This is such a beautiful place and very welcoming! The bubble tea was an experience. This was my first time ever having this type of tea and I was very pleased to say the least. One of the owners, Jim, was awesome! So excited for this business and I have found a place of taste, color, fragrance and calm here in downtown Sanford. ❤🌌🌌🌌

Tons of options with dozens of different teas, add-ins, and options for sweetness level and milk type. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a variety of teas, or who wants avoid cow milk/loads of sugar.

BEST BOBA PLACE EVER! I had taro milk tea w/ yogurt popping boba😋🤤.EDIT: We came out of the store today, & a bid German Shepherd scared my sister, & she dropped her bubble tea, & they made her a new one! This is the best place EVER! The staff is so kind and have a great attitude! Funny thing is Disney is supposed to be the happiest place in the world, this place is my Disney then.

Went there today, excellent service and the Boba Tea and Waffles were delicious.

So just from my 1st drink i can already imagine how good the others taste and atleast now i have my fave. Sooo many choices from flavors to milks even to how sweet. The owner is super sweet couldve stayed chatting with her lol!! And just the whole vibe is cute. Cant wait to go back with the girls...

Lovely people, great tea try the lokey bokey for a light refreshing tea. Top 3 teas for me are Green tea with mint (Sometimes a small splash of whole milk), and kiwi pearls, the lucky duck with green tea and strawberry pearls , and the lokey bokey with different flavored pearls.

I go to this shop at least 4dys a week. The staff is super personable and nice. The drinks are so good and the shop has a very cute and urban feel.
