Food was served cold. Never did bring biscuit. Had to ask for silverware. Did offer 1/2 off

Todays experience was not great. Service was slow and food was cold. I have ate here many times in the past without these issues. Shout out to the manager who also understood the problem and made it right. Im giving 5 stars due to past good experiences and good management

The server was focused on taking care of the people in her section, gracious and courteous. We never expected the restaurant to be out of turkey, which eliminated one of the dinner entrees and a couple of sandwiches on the menu.Most disconcerting was all the litter on the carpet throughout the dining room. It looked as though no one bothered to pick up litter from the carpet.The dining area was clean, service was prompt and the turkey dinner delicious.

The worst ever. This stupid store can never get a carryout order right. Always something missing and they always want you to come back and pick it up. Thats their solution to the answer for their problem to have you fix it for them. They lost a customer today.

Service and food was excellent. Food wasnt greasy and server was very knowledgeable.

Stopped at the Muncie, IN Bob Evans for breakfast. The lobby was full, but they were seating people within 10-15 minutes so we didnt have to wait long. Our server, Kendra, was so nice! She took our order quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face! She was wonderful! Food was good and atmosphere was nice! Would recommend!

Worst Bob Evans experience ever. The greeter began to warn folks that food was taking a long time to be served. Restaurant was only half full and we waited an hour for our order to arrive. Ive been here a couple of times and this was horrible.

We go to Bob Evans mostly on Sundays after church. There is anywhere from 7 to 9 of us usually. The wait staff is very good working with such a big party. Now we do have to wait some time to be seated because of it being Sunday but that is fine because its Sunday and church letting out and the size of our party. The food selection is great...always something for everyone. Delicious too!!!

You having a problem is with restaurants going downhill since the covid-19 lockdown Bob Evans was surprisingly good and their food was very palatable and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the southwestern avocado omelette breakfast and extra sausage gravy and it was all very good.

Very few times that we went weve never had anything go wrong

A cup coffee is to high price. I will drink water . The food and service was good.

i got the everything breakfast meal, they didnt give me a biscuit and the meat and eggs werent on a bed of hashbrowns like stated, there were NO HASHBROWNS at all!!!! how disappointing when you spend so much money on a meal to not get the whole meal. especially when it was just one order!

I ordered eggs,sausage pattys,toast and fried potatoes. I got undercooked sausage links. I had to get my own burnt toast. The waitress asked what jelly I said grape she brought a handful of strawberry. IT WAS HORRIBLE. When I complained I laughed at. Total disrespect.I WILL NOT RECCOMEND NOR WILL I GO BACK

Quick effectiveness service with a smile and a warm greeting. The hotcakes are delightfully fluffy. Yesterday had the sausage and gravy omelette in a bowl. Both meals were super delicious. My only complaint is you dont have any restaurants back in Massachusetts... But the next time I travel to Bob Evans country, Ill definitely be back

The foods generally good, but the preparation is definitely inconsistent. Burgers are often thrown into the box where they fall apart. The last one I had was a bit undercooked on one side, and burned on the other.

They always have really good food. Their fresh banana bread is delicious. I love that they have bottomless hot chocolate! The people that work here are always so nice.

3-Okay. Delivery was good. Timing was great, but we found some kind of large, hard bony- like object in our food. We threw away the rest of the food when we found it. It was disgusting. It looked like a large vein tied up, but felt like a bone. I truly believe this had to be purposefully placed in our food. I saved the object.

Never in my entire life has a restaurant had such poor customer service. Oh, and also on an order for over $60 they absolutely REFUSED to add a small amount of extra strawberry topping to a SMALL slice of cake! I was totally shocked that Becky was rude about the request, took 10 minutes to ask the General Manager, Phil, who refused to simply add a small extra bit of strawberry topping!! I was completely taken aback that they flat out refused when the ticket was $60, it was a small request, and they did not allow it. Even though there was NO OPTION for it online. Never, in all my experience ordering food online have I encountered someone who flat out refused such a small request! Would not recommend. I have given them so much business, never requested anything special or extra, and the one time I was told there is no way they could make it happen!! Definitely went from getting food there once a week to never wanting to do business again.

Are we still blaming bad service at restaurants on Covid, and all the change thats happening in the economy?! Ive always loved Bob Evans, and I want to love you again, but the past SEVERAL times we have been in the service is just so horrible, and the food is just not as great. We hope you and alot of these other restaurants can figure out how to have good service again! Its more worth it to stay home and save your money at this point :/

Great food. I had the clover honey fried chicken. It was delicious. The fries and coleslaw was excellent as well. Thank you for great food and service.

Its a good place to get a good meal and the atmosphere is very nice. The staff work really hard to make people feel welcome.

Oh yeah it was excellent food as always and the employees were very, very busy. They provided the same great service in a timely manner even though the place was extra jam packed before my family and I showed up. 5 stars for these young ladies. Wish I remembered their names but my epilepsy wont let me. Either way this place always treats my children and I like family.

Very kind staff, and were quick in the kitchen, especially with our rather large group. All the food was good, at the right place, and reasonably priced. Facilities were clean and well kept, and again the staff were very nice!

Waitress was in trainingShe was very good and attentiveDrinks were always full. She checked back 3 times to see if we needed anything. We would go back had to wait about 5 min for a table they were crowded for lunch time. Would recommend it and it has good home cooked.

My wife went in to order 2/16/22 at 7:10pm. She didn’t get to order cause i guess 5 people standing around isn’t having enough workers to help someone order. If I were the owner i would fire everyone and start hiring people with good customer service experience.

This place is nasty we waited an hour for for our food and it was cold and not only that there was hair in the food and the manager could have cared less DO NOT GO SERVICE WAS BAD FOOD WAS BAD

Best food but worst management ever! Lots of confusion and no direction! Confused servers always waiting on kitchen and NO managers taking heat only servers! Please save this place as it’s the best food ever!

I waited a hour for eggs and pancakes. Waiter was good but service wasnt. My girlfriend got her steak and shrimp before I got my breakfasts food. Hers was almost gone by the time I got mine. We came to eat together not apart.

Im sure the food is good (I left before it was readybut its very dirty and "sticky" inside. There are also a lot of sick people coughing all over the place without masks, staff and customers.

2 hours and my family and I have still not received food. It took over an hour to get bread to the table. We obviously came on a VERY bad night. The waiter was so flustered he dropped food almost a half dozen times in front of our table. My daughters hot chocolate was a mix of coffee and chocolate not even sure how thats possible. We seen multiple people get up and walk out. I am not sure where or what the problem is but it is severely messed up.

After waiting for some 20 to be seated . Come to find out the cashier was the hostess doing the seating and couldnt seat people until she had finished at the register which had some 10 to 15 people waiting to pay. My question is where was the manager that should of relieved her until the people waiting were seated. Several customers left because of the wait.😡

Got the Thanksgiving Feast for 4 with ham and fixins. Everything was delicious. Included is a guide for when to heat the dishes, well planned and coordinated. Its the best deal around for both price and taste. This is my 6th year to let Bob Evans help me with Thanksgiving dinner.

Had to wait 45 min in line in side to pay for food that was ordered by phone 1 week earlier. After waiting 45 min to pay, then was told to go get in my car and get in line to pick the food up at a semi trailer in the parking lot. Was in line in my car another 45 min waiting on food. I took it the family I was buying for only to find the contents that I paid for where not all there. Things were highly unorganized. There were 7 people standing around to service tables of which only 3 were occupied. It look as if they were surprised by the number of people that had ordered and were there to pick up food. Not a good experience and will make other plans next Thanksgiving.

Had an absolute terrible experience here. My food was finished way before the person I came with, they offered to bring mine out, I said I wanted to eat with the person I came with. The egg on my burger was completely fried and my fries were rock hard from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. My daughters grilled cheese had to be cooked a second time and the waitress made us feel as tho it were our fault that our food was almost inedible. Only gave this one star because I had to do so to write this review.

If I could give a 0 star review I would.. Ordered carry out and had to wait over an hour after order was supposed to be ready. Got it home and didnt get half of what I ordered. What I did get was burnt or soggy. I will definitely not be ordering carry out from here again.. Absolutely unacceptable for what we paid for the food.

Youre family every time you visit Bob Evans.I get the same thing every time I go, two eggs over easy, hash browns, and three pancakes. And of course a cup of coffee. My order is always made well. I love how crispy they make the hash browns. Waitresses are really nice and the chefs know what theyre doing. It can get busy, so choose the time you visit wisely.

The meal I had at this place brought back several memories of meals gone by.From bologna sandwiches with potato chips as a kid to stuffed shells at grandmas house.This meal did not disappoint. Cant wait to get back.

The food was good. The waitress was soso. She mixed up our beverages and never brought us the water we requested. Another waitress had to bring our food.BTW...minor to some but a pet peve of mine is when you bring a refill beverage, take the empty one away.

What a bad experience. One server for the whole place during breakfast. Poor girl was over run! All while two managers just stood behind the counter talking watching her struggle. Waited over 30min for our order to be taken. Sad that this place employs managers who aren’t willing to help there staff and keep customers happy. Will not be returning here.

Worst experience ever at Bob Evans. Called in an order, 2 Honey Butter Chicken dinners and one Pot Roast. The chicken was so spicy I couldnt eat it. Very disappointed. While I was there another customer walked out because of poor service. Dont think Ill be back.

Love the food, great home cooked meals at decent prices. The banana bread is why I go so if youre a fan check them out. Never had issues with the food except when getting delivery. For some reason if you order a drink or drinks they forget to bring them. So just a heads up that you might experience the no drinks delivery issue.

Had a death in our family so went to get a meal for the parents of the deceased. The place was pretty empty so thought I would get out quickly. Took forever to get my order, got back to the family and the steak with gravy and mash potatoes had no gravy or potatoes nor any gravy on the steak like it was supposed to have. It was like a Salisbury steak and pretty dry with no gravy. Was very disappointed when I made it clear I wanted them. The person told me I got 2 sides and potatoes and gravy. I ask her to be correct potatoes and gravy wasnt one of the sides and she said no I got them and 2 sides. Got home called and was told I made a mistake. No the person working for you did! I wanted a good meal for the parents who just lost their son that hadnt eaten all day. Was disappointed in the lack of my order and how long it took to get it. I understand short staff, but when the place had 3 couples that were already eating their meals I shouldnt have had to wait that long

We completely enjoyed our food. The server...not so much. We asked for napkins and salt and pepper more than once. When she came back without them again and we asked for the 3rd time,she got hateful and said is there anything else before I leave the table as if we were trying to run her around. If she had brought the items the 1st 2 times we had asked she wouldnt have been making a 3rd trip

I really enjoyed my visit to this location. Although we had a hiccup initially, the staff here do an excellent job of offering great service and attention to customers. Its exactly what keeps them returning! When I walked in, a lady behind the counter asked if I was there to see the manager. A confused look on my face, I replied no. Another lady walked up from behind me and asked if I was there for an interview, to which I replied no. I then explained to both of them that I was there to eat and that it may be best to lead with that question next time. They agreed, we shared a laugh and they quickly seated me. As you can see, I was really hungry lol I had hot tea to drink. The water was perfect and there was honey on the table which was nice. As you can see, my food was cooked to perfection- warm temperature, prepared as ordered and for a great price. My server was so attentive and patient with me as I took some time to look over the menu and ask questions before ordering. Ill definitely revisit this restaurant location when I want to enjoy a nice meal alone or with friends!

I traveled to Indiana recently and was craving pot roast and decided to stop at Bob Evans. Im glad I did. It was nothing short of amazing. I love pot roast and this particular roast was just what i needed. Thanks!

Plenty of "comfort food" choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a personal favorite here. A bit on the pricey side, but portions are generous.
