Print Hall Building Brookfield Place, 125 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000, Australia, Perth
Craft beers, eclectic cocktails, burgers and pizza in a buzzy rooftop watering hole with city views.
Cool little spot with a great concept and great location. Serving sizes from the bar menu are also extremely generous!Only downside I would give it is that it gets pretty windy up there
Great staff great food stairs are bit hard after a few
Bobs is a great spot. Just be warned that it can be windy. If it is too much upstairs try one of the of bars down stairs.
Recently caught up with friends for drinks at Bobs and had a great night. The cocktails are amazing and the food was pretty good too.
Fantastic but need a lift stairs was a killer Im not as young as i think i am lol . very nice rooftop drinking place food looked good too but we didnt eat this time.
Stopped in for a quick drink before dinner. Good selection of beers, delicious cocktails and friendly, efficient staff. Its a lovely little spot to enjoy a bevvy.
Bobs bar is one of my favourite rooftop Bars in Perth. It can be a long wait for a drink at the bar and avoid if its cold and windy
Nice chilled atmosphere on a week day late afternoon.
Nice atmosphere. Very chilled out vibe. Good for catching up with friends. Staff are lovely and the food is good ❤️
What can you say about Bob’s Bar that would make it better. Change the name to Rob’s Bar maybe.Great service and beer selection from go to lagers to the fancy chewy craft beers.Terrific on a hot Friday arvo.Everyone gets a 5
Im an introvert, so needless to say bars are not my natural environment. If they had couches, and a maximum occupancy of 5 people, I might have given 5 stars... One day Ill go back and try the goat lager. It was a nice atmosphere until 5pm hit and someone cranked up the music. Conversation had been at a comfortable level until, but now everyone had to start shouting to hear each other over the music. Ill never understand why bars have the music so loud #introvertsdontbelonginbars
A great space for an after work drink. Shade or Sun, beer or cocktail, nevertheless a iconic rooftop bar in Perth. My only criticism is the cocktails are not made to order, instead, made using some premixed ingredients.
It was okay. Nice rooftop, although no sun and quite windy.Beers were good and reasonably priced.Service was okay, although slow at times.
Great little place. Lovely atmosphere. Can be a little windy but still a lovely place to hang out!
Nice spot, good beers, great chicken burger. Not the cheapest but hey youre in a rooftop bar centre CBD.
Great drinks and downstairs bar is very nice though the rooftop does not have a view and is slightly disappointing when looking at past reviews
Forgot a phone 3hrs before closing, tried to contact them....nothing. after 7pm the staff here dont give a stuff. Even when ordering and there, they just dont care and want their shifts to end. Its also very dead, not a lively or popular place if you like atmosphere. About the phone....just we t back there after 40mins and it was great to see the phone exactly where it was left..... including the empty glasses on our table :|
Great selection of craft beers on tap, they have a growler special when you fill up 2L which is what we should of done. The Bobs Box is such great value for money, our group ordered 5 or 6 of them. Summary: Bobs is a cosy, romantic, mood lighting date night spot. Group date, Double date or Tinder date - youre good to go here!
Loved the ambiance, the burgers were so juicy and amazing, nice little nook for a friday night wind down with friends
Good rooftop bar. Can be a bit windy being on the terrace so if its a cool night make sure you bring a jacket!
Stopped here for some after work pints with the crew 1 Friday afternoon. Found upstairs, offers standard food and drink options, beers out of the tap are nice n cold.Im giving you guys 4 stars cause i went looking for Bob, and couldnt find him.Up on high and down on low, Mr big bad Bob was a no showQuite disappointing really.
Great location and a couple of taps that are always rotating beers. Gets very busy on a Friday night but in general its quite comfortable numbers-wise. Keep in mind its a rooftop bar so if its hot, cold, windy or wet it can be uncomfortable.
Interesting ambience, can be good or bad depending on who is there and how crowded it is. The drinks didnt sway me one way or another during hot weather but Ive been here during winter and they sometimes do warm drinks which are great, not sure if they still do the warm drinks anymore.
Nice spot. Beers are different but in the $ 11-13 for a pint. Music can get too loud too to hear conversations.
Excellent location for an after hours drink. Awesome atmosphere on a Friday afternoon. Good burger.
Good vibe and very good music in a nice and fresh Terrance. Beers and coktels are great, stuff are even better. If you are downtown this is the place to have fun!
A nice idea. They serve their own beers & cider. The beer is truly woeful. Lucky if you can put one down. The cider is equally as bad. Good location, terrible home brewed beers
On top of Print Hall you will find Bob’s Bar... a tribute to the Australian Prime Minister, Bob Hawke. This simple little bar sits on the roof, has a nice collection beers, simple bar food (you have to try the pork bellyand friendly, chilled and nice staff! Just had a quiet beer here but enjoyed watching the colour of the city change as the sun set. This is a fun place... would recommend a visit!
Great choice of craft beers. All very pricey, but thats Perth for ya*does get a little too windy at this rooftop bar and was difficult to locate.
Had a great weekend in perth.. friendly staff, good beer & pizza :sure would be back next time ^^
Visited bobs for my wifes bday last night. I like the place and have a great range of beers. But last night the bar staff were by far the worse level of service i have seen in perth. They were rude and miserable didnt see one them smile all night. If you dont like working in hospitality can i suggest finding a new job.. The security upstairs were friendlier than the bar staff. Very disappointed and to be honest with all the competition in the city now i doubt i will go back.
Great beers. Service is great when quiet
Quite a unique place to catch up with friends. If the weather is nice its really hard to beat a rooftop bar!
Awesome roof top bar in whats becoming a very inner city urban area for Nightlife, particularly on Friday nights for all the business folk. The venue is cool though the service (as a malewas hit and miss. Good selection of craft beer (didnt check the food or cocktail lists), though please god take that horrendous Mountain Goat IPA off tap. That was disgusting.
Wasnt too happy. Got served a Gin n tonic in a middy BEER glass. Jeez BOB! Your INNER CITY? Why do you charge FULL price for a half baked presentation. Try again. All it looked like was a try hard bubbly glass of clear stuff. The lighting and atmosphere sucked. Sorry BOB... I wont be back with my spare few "bob". The lady serving was polite and friendly. Thank you.
We had a sundowner there with our social club, the food was too little too late, it was freezing cold and windy ( not their fault but the roof kept opening and shutting. Very disconcerting. The food was terrible, brought out way too late and then sparse and infrequent
Really like the space, good atmosphere, sound bar staff- female bar tender was lovely however the male bar tender that for some reason was wearing different clothes from the other bar staff was rude and clearly hasnt grasped the concept of customer service
A rooftop bar without a view. The service is ok, nothing spectacular and the drinks are pricey. Its not a bad place to head up on a Friday night to catch the after-work crowd and everyone generally has a good time here. Knock down a few buildings, get yourself a river view and it would be an amazing place to see the sun go down. As it stands, its a concrete jungle.
Nice rooftop location with a good selection of beer. Wine selection and availability is not the best. They do some really tasty food, and its ok priced given the location.
A great rooftop bar that you are usually able to find a seat at, drinks can be a bit on the pricey side but there are a good variety of beers. There could be a bit more on offer in the food department, there appears to be a lot of salt used in the preparation.
Its sold as a rooftop bar although the view doesnt offer anything other than buildings. Bar staff are great, prices arent too bad considering the location. Menu has lots of tasty snacks, quite a small venue. Makes a good place to start your night before heading elsewhere.
Nice setup, great staff, good selection of unique beers on tap. The bar food is good too
Great spot for beer and suitable snacks. Rotating menu of craft beer, local and import. Good view and venue, despite the wind tunnel.
This establishment is named Bobs Bar, after former Australian Prime Minister Bob Downed a yard of beer in 11 seconds Hawke, yet they do not sell yard glasses of beer.Very disappointing.
quiet cosy roof top bar, went on a Wednesday night so its a bit too quiet, a little too long waiting for cocktails besides that pretty good place
Nice find in the middle of the city. Loads of food and pretty decent beer list.
Great atmosphere, chilly night but heaters were on. Great beer selection. A little pricey but good for a night out.
Perth was overdue for a bar paying tribute to one of our greatest political exports. The walk up the stairs is a delightful timewarp into the 80s, I wish there was more of it!
Cool bar, nice staff. They always have a great beer selection with a special or two on tap. And they have excellent quality, well priced food on offer.
Bobs Bar on the rooftop of Print Hall is a great place to wind down after work in the city with some friends and a few drinks. The View from the rooftop in the evenings and at night is amazing, looking up at the city lights. The bar is always busy on a Friday and Saturday night so get in early to avoid disappointment, as space is a rare commodity particularly right after work on a Friday.
