The coffee was expensive, small, mediocre, and they only have vanilla flavor. They should go back to barista school.

Terrible cafe, never had this bad experience before.. everything we ordered, the answer was “sorry, we are running out of ingredients”. Finally we ordered 3 salmon spinach salads , paid for them and to our surprise we only got greasy, rotten spinach without salmon .. when i got back to them, they said sorry, we are running out of salmon .. really??? We were charged for it, but never were told that salmon will not be there .. after some debates the girl told us we will get partial refund.. one month passed - still no refund

Terrible food. Add-ons completely ignored as usual. Regular bread instead of gluten free. Looks like someone took a bite of my toast. I also ordered delivery few weeks ago and got the wrong order and I didn’t get a refund of price difference compensation.

Amazing coffee, awful service from the MAN WITH THE TATTOOS. I showed up at 4:15pm on Sunday to order a coffee, but was told by him that they have to shut down the espresso machine 40 minutes before closing. I told him I thought that was odd, since online it says they close at 6pm. His ensuing words were extremely rude, disrespectful, and embarrassing. It seemed like he wanted to fist fight me. I rarely write negative reviews, and I hate to do it to Bluestone Lane because most of their employees there have been as exceptional as their coffee. I have read many reviews that reflect the same about this one man, so I have to wonder why he is viewed as fit to work in the service industry. As a former customer service representative myself, I can attest that this man is in no way an asset to the company and is in fact, a huge liability and a probable lawsuit waiting to happen. Furthermore, when I asked him to identify himself, he refused, and shooed me away saying, “Go write a review online”. That was actually the one smart thing he said during this encounter.

I’ve had the best treatment ever while buying a coffee and donut. The kind cashier Joseph helped me choose the right coffee and what kind of donut best fitted my appetite. He had lots of patience and even remembered my name the next time I went there! 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible customer service. Mediocre food. The coffee was good, but I ordered mine with vanilla and there was no sweetener at all, so I’m pretty sure they didn’t add the vanilla syrup. I also ordered the egg and greens croissant with no mayo. They put the chipotle mayo on it anyway. I had to walk all the way back from my hotel to get them to fix it because there’s no phone number that connects you with the location. They made me another one and comped avocado spread, appreciated that, but it wasn’t worth the overall experience. It’s very greasy. I only ate some of it. My boyfriend got the loaded avocado toast and wasn’t impressed. The blueberry muffin had a great flavor but was somewhat dry… enjoyable, but make sure you have something to wash it down with. Overall not great customer service experience if you expect to be greeted and treated with a smile, and be able to connect directly with staff. And the food isn’t worth the price to me. High expectations based on how good everything sounds and looks on the website, low delivery overall.

Terrible service and over priced drink that’s not even good. The staff saw us walking up and immediately turned away to do her own thing, waited five minutes and she finally turned around to ask what we would like. She also had headphones in the whole time, and scooped as much ice as she could fit in the cup. Seemed very unprofessional. Avoid.

I don’t know what’s up with the guy with tattoos. He is always extremely rude and in a bad mood. Today he literally smashed my coffee down. What days is he off? I want to avoid to come get coffee for those days he is here.

Great coffee and great workers! Got the privilege to meet one of their extraordinary workers named Joseph. I was visiting New York from North Carolina and not only did he help me with my drink order but my bank had locked out my card as well and he was kind enough to cover me! Being a stranger in a new place it was nice to meet a kind caring soul like Joseph’s! 10/10, easily my new coffee spot!

Ally and Joseph are the friendliest and best baristas I’ve ever met. I have been coming to this coffee shop for a while now and you can see how hard working they are. Definitely the best coffee you can get in Westchester. Highly recommend.

I love this place ! It’s my go to spot when I visit the Westchester mall. Great coffee and the food is delicious. Joseph is the best ! He did an amazing job explaining the menu and is so polite.

Bro with the tats was incredibly rude to my boyfriend when he ordered. My boyfriend ordered by saying he wants "a small oatmilk latte with chocolate syrup" and he condescendingly answered "ok so you want a MOCHA?" like, yeah bro. unnecessary commentary, but word. Then Mr. Condescending was given my simple order of an iced mint tea, and he apparently said to the other barista "HOW IS THIS EVEN A THING??" AND THE DUDE PUTS A TEA BAG IN COLD WATER WITH NO ICE. ??? from one barista to another, you just steep the tea in hot water and pour it over ice.... its called iced tea. If youre gonna be condescending, at least know how to do your job. Ive seen nothing but bad reviews about this dude all over here, so why is he still here wasting peoples money?? Maybe he needs better training.

I used to be a regular at Starbucks until I found this wonderful cafe. Great coffee, great food and unbelievably amazing service. Lu is the very best Barista I have ever met. Professional, experienced at making the best coffee ever, kind, compassionate, caring and the best friend you never knew you had. She’s a true angel. 🌸 Joseph is an awesome Barista too who treats everyone with respect, is extremely fast and just like Lu very caring and makes sure you’ll go back again and again. Thank you Bluestone Lane for not only giving us such great coffee and food and also bringing such wonderful people (Lu and Josephto our neighborhood. 🌸

There’s one really nice guy who works most days, he’s super sweet and kind and always remembers I don’t like cheese on my sandwiches. Definitely top notch service!

I ordered Uber eats and my bag wasn’t taped shut anyone could have tempered with my food if you cannot provide certain food in a safe way for delivered through Uber eats then don’t have it available if the delivery guy wanted to mess around with my food he could’ve and probably did won’t shop here again first n last time very disappointed

Love everything about this place and what it is about. Although its a chain.. it makes you feel like a local coffee shop in your neighborhood. Great Coffee, Sustainable, and Awesome service. Ask for Joseph, great service and willing to help customers. 10/10, will be back.

Love this place, always a great cappuccino or matcha latte. I especially like that they have oat milk…And I just found out that the coconut cake is delicious too! Always great service as well. Today our barista, Joseph, was very kind and professional, 2 thumbs up

They gave dirty with cream and called it coffee. The coffee had no flavor, no coffee smell just garbage water.

The coffee here is really good and definitely will give you that caffeine high. I was served by a really nice guy with cool tattoos. Upon hearing that I’m vegan and gluten free he offered me the vegan gluten free banana bread which is incredibly difficult to find in this area and which I was very excited to have. There’s also gluten free vegan bread for the avocado toast. I love this spot!

I would like to say that Joseph who is fairly new is the most gracious person in all of the food court. He is always happy and willing to help with what ever you want. I go there everyday to get my smoothie and he just knows what I want.I wish I could steel him and make himWork for me. I hope that this company appreciates his hard work. Vivian Messina

I was waiting in line when I overheard a girl in front of me ask for an iced caramel latte. The tattooed server replied “we don’t do caramel. This is not starbucks.” So rude. I then stepped up to the cashier and he abruptly told me they didn’t take cash in a very condescending tone. Embarrassing that you have hired such rude employees, would give this place 0 stars if i could!

Great coffee place. I am an espresso drinker and I also work here 😊 I recommend Bluestone’s single origin option as an espresso. And their version of a cortado called a magic. It’s a a complex fruity flavor without the sour. Ask for a sprinkle of coco powder and cinnamon.

I usually love this place but it feels like the last few times I went, they have nothing like for instance I was told today there were no avocados. How do you open a shop without everything prepared in the morning. This use to be my breakfast spot before work but honestly it feels like I shouldnt go anymore just because they never have anything prepared .

Good coffee. The lady who took my order either misheard or didn’t hear me say almond milk with my latte, and was quite rude when I politely pointed out that they were steaming regular milk. The other barista was very nice and helped me out immediately.

It’s a good place to have a cup of coffee! It’s not the best coffee you are gonna find it but for a mall coffee shop it’s pretty decent!They offer some pastries and some gluten free options too! You can also find oat milk here!!The staff is also so friendly and nice!

First time in New York, but I like to travel, and I always get coffee everywhere I go. I throughly enjoyed the coffee here, it was either Bluestone lane or Starbucks and Starbucks was packed, not to mention the coffee at Starbucks is not very good. The coffee at Bluestone has a fresh taste, and they take their time to make it look good. It’s not bitter or watered down. I hope those who enjoy a simple cup of coffee try this place if in the area, it’s really good.

Expensive and slightly acidic cup of joe. How stupid is this, they have a cactus plant literally in front of the touchscreen where you have to sign. I moved it out of the way so I could sign without scratching myself. They immediately moved it back. Worth the 2 minutes to drop down one level to Starbucks for a better cup of coffee at a lower price with friendlier service.

They dont accept cash and they dont accept Apple Pay. Level Up is nonsense.Also, the cold brew was very acidic.

Avocado toast is amazing! Worth the $8! The cappuccino was very strong but very good also $4. Although the waitstaff was very friendly and efficient, I Took a star away for the check out process which is an iPad (Reveland pressures you to add a tip. Your choices are $1 and up as well as "other". I did tip, but I also sat down at the marble bar expecting them to wait on me, which they did. I refuse to tip someone for doing their job, but I do feel that if someone waits on you a tip is appropriate. Also, the stools at the counter leave a lot to be desired when it comes to comfort.

Great coffee. Magic is a great drink. Nice and strong but the shots are pulled well so very little bitterness. I updated the location, but in case it doesnt take, its in the fourth floor in the food court.

White Plains has needed somewhere that makes a good flat white for a while, and Bluestone lane finally fulfills that need! Not only that but the staff are really friendly, helpful and chatty, not the whats your name, what do you want attitude of the more chain type shops.The avocado toast is also amazing, and its nice to have proper Aussie style lamingtons. Great espresso and good range of cold drinks (try the Aussie latte - with a scoop of ice cream in!)
