Blue plates restaurant in Al `Ayn

Lovely atmosphere with delicious, beautifully crafted food. Every dish feels homemade with care. Staff was incredibly friendly and were adept to give recommendations. Would highly recommend it to families who want a fun night out! Will be back soon.

Very bad food. I ordered some dishes with tender coconut as i find the advertisement on facebook. But they dont have the Same at the time we ordered.. They are saying some silly excuses like it is not the season for tender coconut... Then they offer me fish Nirvana, an prestigious dish of Chef Pillai. I ordered the same and they supply the same. The dish was very thicky like glue... I ask the waiter regarding the recipies of the Nirvana.. As i heard the Nirvana was prepared on coconut milk.But the reply from the supplier is really shocking one.... He tell me the truth that they are used corn flour instead of coconut milk ... So guys please be prepared before visit this restaurant

After the second inauguration , I thought that the taste of the food was good, but when I ate it, I was disappointed. And rate was too higher than others

The food is very tasty and full of rich flavors. The staff was really helpful and we appreciate their service. Must try restaurant, and you will not be disappointed.

Tried the Achayan Sadhya, taste was superb. The fish curry tasted just like it was homemade. Yogurt and banana salad was a different and unique taste. Highly recommend.

Food is delicious and affordable.. I must say its the best option in Alain. Must try puttu ice-cream and dragon chicken at least once

Good Restaurant with Affordable Quality food and Responsible staff

Worst place. Ordered onasadya for 4 people. They said we can pickup at 12:00 and food wasnt packed when we reached there. Didnt get food till 1:30 PM and finally dropped plan to buy food from there. Spoiled Onasadya 2021. Mr. Jose was there while I ordered food also called this person at 11:30 for confirmation. He said you can come and they can deliver to car. But nobody picked phone calls.Long que was there but hardly one person get food every 15 mins !!.

We prebooked Onam sadhya.. now our Onam is going to be without lunch. Such irresponsible people.. never recommend this restaurant any more.. such a worst experience..

Dont expect food on time, They dont even take your phone once if your food got dalayed. Never recommend this restaurant, honestly this is zero rating from my experience. 😡

Well this is a very good restaurant at affordable rate for the malabari community. Good food and responsible staff.

Yesterday I ordered food at 1815 hr and till 2020hr not delivered the food ,many times called by delivering personal and eachtime said 10mts ,finally being hungry and frustrated canceled the order.not acceptable this kind of poor service. 🙃

Food was okay. But the price is too high compare to other restaurants. ( taking huge price and giving normal food nothing special we can found in this huge price.We feel like eat from a normal restaurant and paid for a 5 star restaurant bill.

Its a good restaurant. All kind of kerala food is available. I love especially porotta and beef . I would like for home delivery since the restaurant is not so spacious and sitting inside may feel little congested.

Worst Biriyani I ever had is from Blue plates restaurant, I ordered beef Pothi biriyani and the beef was so hard like arubber eraser! I had it replaced and still it was of the same quality! Finally I had the chicken Pothi biriyani which was more of like chicken curry added into the biriyani rice!!!Never ever waste your time, effort and money visiting this restaurant for a biriyani!

Bad food now a days if we order some beef biryani we will get a mixture of beef and biryani rice ? Mixing some beef into rice is thier beef biryaniAnd takes time also no responsibility to customersNowadays such a bad restaurant

I Tried before the foods are great especially Traditional kerala food.but now its below average.No taste at all.They served un cooked Chapatti and curry with no taste.Really disappointed.

Not only the ambiance makes the restaurant perfect, food quality is very bad according to the price they charge. If it is delivering we should call them prior 2 or 3 hrs then only you will get the food on time. I ordered 2,3 times they take too much time for delivery. Everytime their vehicle is breakdown, shortage of staff, its better for them to stop delivering. Please improve quality, make fast delivery.

Im from Cali and this restaurant was amazing!!! We dont have catfish and cheese grits like this back at home. Fast and welcoming service. Very clean and food was AMAZING!!!! Cant wait to come back!! Five stars to the chef and crew!! They bring the food out to you very fast. This food is hot and crispy! If youve ordered it to go it will still be hot in the car!!!

worst hotel with worst service. I have registered for their onam sadhya (registered 2 days before in advanceand today it’s onam and I have been calling them from 12 and until now food is not delivered, when I call them they says they are near by.Never ever gonna have food from there anymore.

Very nice restaurant to try South Indian food. Very reasonable rate. Need to improve the interior seating. Otherwise good quality food and great taste. Its full most of the evenings, especially during weekends.

The restaurant is neat and clean. We had beef kothu porata, really I enjoyed. Compare to other restaurant at this category it’s little expensive. Parking is a issue , sometime you are forced to walk some distance. I didn’t have any issue with time after ordering the food as it was less customer at restaurant. Try once at this restaurant. They have home delivery on days.

The food is fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. I highly recommend "Blue Plates Restaurant Alain ". I would like to suggest to start traditional Kerala break fasts such as " Fermented Rice Gruel....

The ambience of the place is great. It agrees with the shop name.The Menu offers a variety of options.The preparation time is a bit long,unless asked.The presentation isnt that great.The flavors of dishes are suppressed by there use of sauce. Curries lack flavor and theres a strong taste of the sauce in them. Curries will be too spicy if not asked for reduction of spiciness.The overall cost of dining is acceptable.
