Beware!!!BLUE YORK HOTEL IN BUSIA:THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL COLLUDES WITH ROGUES TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS WHO SLEEP IN THE HOTEL. LAST WEEK TWO LAPTOPS WERE STOLEN AND NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO RECOVER THEM. THE ROOMS SEEM TO HAVE MASTER KEYS THEY USE TO OPEN AND STEAL PEOPLES BELONGINGS.PUBLIC BE AWARE!!!.Kindly return the laptop stolen from room No. 10Clients need to get better places other than this because even the management couldnt help

Poor hotel in all aspects; reception staff, noise levels, unflushable toilets, delayed dinner, theft (a lodger had his laptop stolen by the cleaners), bedding, availability of fans, security...everything. do NOT stay here
