تخيّل إقامة بصحبة البق والحشرات .. بسعر يُضاهي الاقامة بفندق أربع نجوم في دبي!! طاقم غير مؤهل للتعامل مع نزلاء أو سياح.. التكييف والمرافق غير صالحة للاستخدام البشري وأسّرة متهالكة.وبالنسبة للراحة والنوم، فلا تحلم بذلك سوى وقت الفجر حتى ساعات الصباح، بسبب الملهى الذي يصدح في أروقة وغرف النزلاء لغياب العزل

للأسف الفندق سيء جدا وقد جربته عدة مرات في رحلات عمل مع الشركةالغرف صغيرة، الأثاث قديم، نظام التدفئة سيء، النوافذ تفتح بصعوبة جدا للتهوية، لا توجد مياه ساخنة للاستحمام معظم الوقت، الانترنت سيء جدا ولا يعمل معظم الوقتلا أنصح به أبدا وتوجد بدائل أفضل بكثير بنفس السعر

Few years back it was the only place where I would stay by choice. The location is perfectly centered in the middle of the city and shopping strips. Now the place is been left to the unknown, poor water pressure, no consistency in running hot water, not very clean and not well kept. If I did not have to stay there due to no other vacancies in the are, I would have never stayed.

Hotel is ok , 100$ / night , just furniture old , but it is clean and all facilities is ok , location is perfect in hamra street , and so near to many attractionsIf u looking for shopping it is really good choiceMy room view was hamra street and it is nice viewAlso down have many restaurant to eat very nice food , if price cheaper will be perfect hotelI think will stay here again if I back Damascus

المكان جيد جدا ونظيف، السرير مريح لدرجة رائعة.. المعاملة ممتازة بالنسبة للخدمات فالسعر ممتاز جدا (27 الف لكل ليلة للغرفة المزدوجة)3 نجوم بسبب سوء شبكة الإنترنت، وخيارات الفطور محدودة جدا وضيق مساحة الغرفة

Bad hotel, zero hospitality, old furniture and when asked for the management they said they are busy. Simply we didn’t get the value of our paid money, i did not suggest this hotel to anyone.....

In general, the hotel is need to be renewal, the rooms becomes un comfortable and most of showers are broken.On the other hand the rooms is very small, and the design need to be changed.The restaurant provides a good breakfast. But both dinner snd lunch are bad.The price of a single room is so high comparing with other hotels with beter services.
