Food is great , lemonade is great . Have patience if ordering a lot of food . They cook it fresh . But definitely worth the wait. Great people also

Now you guys know how much I love local businesses right? Blue Saigon is no different. This place mixes your favorite dishes with an Asian twist. From the outside this place might not look like much, but trust me, Ive heard rumors that the owner is looking to expand its storefront & that it might even have karaoke?! What?! Yes. But for now lets stick to what this place is & has.The store is tiny but not to worry, theres a lot to love. The cashiers & cooks are ready to help you with any of your questions regarding their food. & if you dont want to sit & wait, call in to pick up your order.They even have some cool drinks on deck for you as well as boba.Looking for a recommendation? Ask them! Or take my opinion on the sisig fries, warrior dog & of course the chicken wings (all very unique flavors if I may say so myself). BUT how could I forget the beloved Filipino favorite, the lumpia - a crispy, egg roll like item but better.Stop by & be adventurous.

These are not tiger pawns these are shrimp I’m done what happened to the butterfly pawns I just spent 15 dollars for some curl up shrimp bring back the old cooks I want my money back it’s not nasty the noodles just dry as hell and a lot of salt

We got the California fries with shaking beef candy prawns no green onions, and candy fried chicken with garlic noodles. So much flavor and cooked perfectly!

Food is great but service is poor. No reason why I should be on hold for more than 10 minutes. I get it can be busy but for no one to be able to even take my order in more than 10 minutes is ridiculous. Called 3 times and only got an answer after the third time.

This place is amazing if you go eat the lemon pepper wings or the sticky wings! The garlic noodles are life!!

Great food, however customer service not so great. Its hard times but have a better attitude at the front window and treat customers with respect.

They took my order and I waited for over 39 minutes and still had no food, so I asked them how soon the food would be ready and they asked for 5 more minutes. After another five minutes with no food I asked for a refund ending up going to Popeyes. They had been better in the past. Hope service improves.

Good tasty food. My son really likes the Candy Wings. 5 stars if it wasnt the wait period. Order the items before heading out.

I was in the area for volunteer work and I knew I have to make a quick detour to grab something from Blue Saigon. I ordered their garlic noodles with candy fried wings. The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if youre in the area... or even an hour-ish away!

I cant believe I have never been to this place!! I wanted to try something new and went to Blue Saigon. The candy chicken wings are THE BOMB!! BBQ pulled pork fries are amazing.. the Lumpia and dipping sauce makes you not want to share because its so good! LolThe wait that everyone refers to is correct... its about 25 minutes but the order was perfect and delicious!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

Blue Saigon in Venetian Hotel was awesome! Wings were cooked perfectly and garlic noodles were on point.

Food is great but routinely has a wait time of 1 hour or more. Do not call over the phone must place order in person. You will be left for dead waiting to place a phone order. Does not call when order is ready. Even though the lemonade is outta this world they run out often.

I went there waited 25 minutia for my order. The fries were overdone, stale. Re fried. When I asked for my money back or another order. The “manager” refused to give me either. After gigling about it to his staff. I’m calling my bank for a refund.

Shout out to the young man who made my day. I was one of the first people to order my food right after they opened. He said it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited in my car for 35 minutes as my ringer did not go off alerting me the food was ready. The guy told me the chefs made my order I correctly and they were remaking it. I had to get back to work and expressed this to the young man and that I was upset that my food wasnt ready within the 15 minutes they stated. Others were getting their food before me. Even phone orders were getting their food before me. I live in Vacaville and told the young man I need to get back home and to work. He apologized and made me whole. They remade the food and he took care of the situation while being professional and understanding and apologetic. Thank you for your great customer service. 😊

Food is delicious!! However I recommend ordering through phone. We went in person and had to wait a very long time. When we finally got our food they hadnt gave us our thai ice teas, he recognized that and let another worker know and we waited another 35-40 minutes for 3 drinks. After realizing how long weve waited and the lumpia was more on the soggy side from the wait I walked up closer to the door to ask how much longer or get a refund so we can go and the guy looks at me and goes to the fridge to grab the drinks out. I was standing outside the whole time so it was bothersome to know that no employee handed them to me (ifthey had been ready.

I wish I had a picture to share 🤣 but I inhaled it. I ordered the sweet & salty pulled pork sandwich & Thai iced tea! It was delicious! I definitely recommend Blue Saigon! A hidden treasure for sure!

I give 4 stars for the food. The garlic noodles and candy chicken are so good you dream of them. However you will wait ALONG TIME for your food, like 45 minutes. Best to call in your order, that is if you can get anyone on the phone.

I’ve gone here a few times prior and it seems the quality of the food is declining. Needless to say we all ended up with food poisoning. Ordered: Garlic Noodles and fries with the candy “unmentioned Feathered” chicken wings. I hate that they’re rushing and serving poor food it started off great but somethings changed and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I dont know if I can put into words the total experience your taste buds will experience. I mean the warrior dog. I Never had my taste buds so active off any hot dog, hella any sausage either. This dogs is. Awesome blend of hot dog, in a fresh soft bread hoagie roll, and the carnelized onions, with the bacon and the condiments. I highly recommend trying this item. And the garlic noodles with spicy candy tiger prawns is the right balance of garlic and the spicy sweet good flavor of the tiger prawns. Only downside is if order during there rush the wait can be a little long but its well worth the wait you wont be disappointed.

The food is good. 3/Stars because they never answer the phone. Who wants to sit in that nasty parking lot while waiting on food. I want to call in to place my order, pick it up, and keep it moving. Maybe hire someone to answer the phone and take orders.

Fantastic fusion! Flavors are bold and balanced. There is no seating and because theyre very popular dont go if youre in a hurry. Also if you want their famous chicken, go early.

This place is slept on bad. There food is so good but the wait is long. Make sure you double check your order if you are doing over the phone.. because you will have to wait another 45 minutes if they didnt get everything you ordered. The lemonade is good. This place is pricey

Im from texas, I was referred here by a friend who said the food was amazing. I get there and we wait 20 min to order. I understand covid and I saw the lines everywhere but when I showed up there wasnt a LONG line. Maybe 3 ppl in front of us.So after my 20 min wait to order, the three other people I was with (one of which was a young childhad to wait ANOTHER 50--thats right, FIFTY-- MORE minutes for our food! The guy working the counter really never offered any explanation but he offered this excuse "I cant control how fast they work. " Nice.The food was good but was it "Ill wait 50 minutes for this food" good??Naw.I think its Safe to say, I wont be coming back.If indeed first impressions are lasting impressions then let me say that I was NOT impressed.

Food is expensive, but delicious. Expect to spend $15 to $20 per person. I usually spend $25 for myself. 8 piece wings $10, tiger prawns and garlic noodles $13, plus tax, but it is delicious. You can eat twice off of it, if youre not a huge eater.

Bomb! Garlic noodles with candy chicken or prawns. Bomb.com... if you havent had this you need to. Call ahead its always packed. Otherwise you will wait 10 min to order than 40 minutes for your food. But worth the wait 😋

Cool little place. Food though was mediocre at best. Noodles were very oily and the fish was very dried out. Huge portion of noodles and very small portion of fish. Stomach doesnt feel so good after.

Ive been hearing about this place but last night I finally had the chance to see what all of the fuss was about. They were very busy and there was a wait but the food was fresh hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with my visit overall. Ill definitely be visiting them again.

The food was amazing and it came out pretty fast, definitely worth every dollar(which wasnt many because its very reasonably priceddefinitely a place that you can get a great bang for your buck! I had the California fries with bbq pulled pork and an over easy egg, with a thai tea. Delicious!

One of my favorite spots in Pittsburg. Been visiting since they first opened the brick and mortar. The garlic noodles are a staple. Everything on the menu is worth a try. Generally good and timely service. Looking forward to the expansion.

Waited a long time. It was very busy of course it was Friday after work and school. I just wanted to get back home to find out 2 of 4 my food orders were wrong. Exhausted and frustrated I had no energy to drive back in traffic. So we ate some burned battered shrimp and wings that tasted very salty and overcooked. I was supposed to get garlic shrimp noodles 2x but instead got burnt deep fried shrimp with garlic fries 2x. Paid lot of $$ for my food. The sandwich was good per my son. I personally will not go back.

Food was excellent - highly recommend. Read on... We were excited to try it out. I stand 65" so I can see over the front wall into kitchen. A woman had plastic gloves on per food handling, but she was taking French fries out of deep fryer and putting them in her mouth...many times....and she was one of the cook food handlers.... Ewe ...we still ordered because the place looked authentic and different.Food was excellent. Highly recommend.Than half way through our meal a gentlemen in the kitchen decided to blast rap music. It was loud....kitchen was busy. I guess they had 2 drivers because there were all kinds of guys walking in and out of kitchen... Its busy crowded place for sure... Once in a lifetime experience!Glad we came. Yummy food. May try take out next time.... I wouldnt eat inside again.... Too many bad visuals!

Foods was good, the barbecue & garlic or ranch chicken,? and sweet sumthn chicken? The sides were good, and the $4.50 watermelon lemonade was the bomb!!! Kinda pricey, order a head, prepare for overcrowding, but semi worth all the waiting- kudos to the employee Patrick who was helpful and patient with that place crawling with people and orders the whole time!!! We ate there, but outside.

30 minute wait during early afternoon for delicious food, so call ahead to pick up your order. Few tables, I wouldnt necessarily count on getting one during peak times. Excellent food though and I will definitely go back for more.

Oh my goodness! My co-workers were telling me about it, cause I was asking where to get some good garlic noodles. I went and bought the garlic noodles with shrimp.and the candied chicken wings. It was delicious! Ive been back twice already! I loved their food, the place is small but the workers are very nice. I call in my orders, so when I get there, it is ready. I live 15 minutes away but it is worth the drive to me!!

Absolutely phenomenal! There isnt a single thing on this menu that isnt delicious! From sisig fries with a fried egg on top, to garlic noodles, to the tacos, to their "warrior dog," everything is seasoned to perfection. The environment is friendly casual, show up in a suit or pajamas. The staff is friendly and patient, which says a great deal, considering theyre always busy. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. If youre on a diet, however, this might not be the place for you. Love is used in the making of food,(love=greaseand it definitely shows, so come on a cheat day or celebration to enjoy anything.

Family owned! Friendly staff! Budget friendly, and the food is amazing! The Warrior Dog, Garlic Noodles, and Candied Chicken are incredibly delicious! One of my favorite local places to eat!! A must try spot!!
