The worst place ever!How to pay and go away without eat!The buildings looks good, in front of the harbor.but lets come to us ...we order a bruschetta as an appetizer, and I am served a bruschetta without salt, without oil just bread, tomato and onion (which I did not ask for)but ok, its the starter ...I ask for mussels, they have the white or red variant.obviously being Italian I ask before I find myself eating badly like the English people who ask calamari fried with ketchup.the waiter tells me that by white they mean blended with wine.ok .. the problem is that I got mussels dipped in a butter, garlic and cheese sauce!how to spoil a dish!the less you touch the fish, the better!do things simple and Mediterranean! and not the cuisine for the Anglo-Saxon gersy shore!if i go to greece i expect to eat greek!the very nice waiter took the mussels off my bill, not having touched them. I tasted one but even rinsing it with water it felt like a 4-cheese chewingum!fish + cheese or butter NOfish + grill and lemon YESah we ordered the roasted octopus ...even there a quintal of "yellow" sauce that we do not know what it is.by octopus I did not mean two burnt and dried octopus tentacles.in the end we left having hardly eaten anything and having paid a much higher bill than many great restaurants you can find in kos.!never again in this restaurant! typically tourist and Anglo-Saxon cuisine.

Went for the first time this evening but wouldn’t go back. Was recommended this restaurant and although felt very welcome from the beginning, the time we were there we constantly had to try and get their attention to order. Starters came quite quickly, tziki was okay, very runny, shrimp cocktail was very good- lots of shrimps. All 3 of us had steaks- t bone and fillets. They were very nice, best steak we’ve had for a while. Had a fly in the wine and changed it no problem. Husband wanted to look at menu for a dessert and was very difficult to get their attention. We asked when they cleared our main plates but nothing arrived. Asked again and a menu eventually appeared but when wanting to order they just would not look our way. Very disappointed in the end with the service. Usually use to been asked if we’d like to see dessert menu or coffee but there was nothing. In the end we managed to get their attention for the bill. The time we were there there was a few complaints over food. Also be prepared for not being too comfy, the chairs are not great. Couldn’t feel my legs in the end! Overall it’s a shame as the food was okay/good but the service really wasn’t good.

Had to wait for more than 45 minutes for chicken souvlaki which was dry and not impressive at all. Disappointing experience.

Lovely staff, beautiful place and great food!

Ordered 3 mains. It took 45 minutes to arrive. The sauce with 2 of them just tasted of vinegar. Not on the list to go again…

So far the best fried calamari in Kos. Good prices. Only shame they do not have draught beer.

Very nice taverna with pretty decor, friendly service and good food. Nice view of the port and greek music.Best tzaziki and dolmadakia (wine leaves stuffed with ricewe had on Kos so far! Recommended!

Great food and quite busy due to popularity.

Friendly staff, great variety of local Food. Was there twice in my Holidays. I can recommend the grilled calamari and the Pita bread with cheers and garlic als a starter

Very cool interior. Super lovley staff! Lazanga , shrimps, home made cheesballs - so yummy! Being here felt like i am in my second home. Warm, cozy. Love to come back here!

I have been a number of times here in the week Ive been on the island.What drew me to the restaurant was the traditional looking Greek exterior and the beautiful painted floor. The whole outside just pulls you in without the need for the staff to hound you.The food is great, I love the mixed grill. The staff are fantastic and getting to know them as I keep coming back.Great food, drinks and hospitality.

Sweet little restaurant with very polite service and delicious food. I especially enjoyed the traditional atmosphere with Greek music. Can recommend it a lot.

We visited the Blue Note Restaurant for lunch after driving over the mountain from Tigaki on the other side of the island , the food was excellent and being right on the sea front , the view was also great.

Best fish restaurant in kardamena!!

Very nice restaurant in a good location. We went there just for lunch but definitely it must be a great choice also for dinner. Food is delicious and portions too big :-)

Excellent Greek fayre, we throughly enjoyed our meal very tasty and plentiful! Would recommend :-)Staff attentive only complaint would be main course served too quickly after our starter!

Got invited by a few mates to join them. Very relaxing restaurant friendly waitresses and owner. I had the stirloin steak which was mouthwatering. If your visiting Kos you need to go here atleast once.

Lots of choice on menu and very reasonably priced. Food absolutely delicious. First class waitress - shes welcoming, friendly and efficient. Lovely view over the harbour too. Definitely a must visit restaurant!

Had seen the good reviews and we were looking for a good replacement since captains Restaurant has closed. We were greeted at the entrance and seated quickly! We were served by Billy who was very friendly and fast. We received our drinks and starters quickly, the drinks were all ice cold and the food was piping hot so would definitely recommend! The menu is huge and had plenty of options for myself (a fussy eater), it also has many traditional Greek dishes for the more daring food lovers! The mains were serverd quickly and plates were cleared fast. The food all tasted perfect and was all piping hot. The deserts all looked amazing but I was so full from the big portions that I could only eat a simple ice cream sundae which was still a nice sized portion and was soft and refreshing. The location of the restaurant is beautiful on the waterfront and they also have an upstairs which overlooks the harbour. Overall I would recommend this as the best restaurant that i have eaten at on the island of kos and one of the best that I have ever had. The only bad thing I could find would be the price, however it was only 5 euros more than the average bill that Ive had from restaurants in kos! This is a perfect place and is worth paying the few euros extra for!

Nice view of the sea/harbour. Lovely traditional Greek food. One of the best stifado meals since being in kardamena, had some speciality mezes which were delicious, wanted to order everyone on the menu, especially enjoyed Blue note sunblush tomato bread and mushrooms alacreme. Will definitely be visiting again before going home 😋

Right in front of the harbour. Normally we avoid places with a tout at the front door, but this guy was really friendly and seemed genuine. We had the seafood risotto and lamb kleftiko which were both delicious! All in all excellent place to have dinner.

Lovely atmosphere friendly service with excellent quality of food with a good atmosphere with a great view of the harbour. Reasonable priced for the location as you seem to pay a little more than other restaurants off the beaten track so to say. Well worth a visit with a wide variety of food on the menu

Stopped here for a snack had a blue note pita was lush not to over priced but there are cheaper places but may not be as good. Staff are friendly and it was clean.

Very satisfied. Everything was spot on. Sea food spaghetti was to die for. Read a review saying its very expensive, dont let it put you off as the prices arent any higher or lower than anywhere else. Plus you get what you pay for... good food.

One of the best restaurants in Kardamena. Lovely ambiance, great food, cant praise it enough. I come here every year with my family and it never disappoints .

Lovely dinner with a lovely member of staff and a pretty view!Atmosphere was great and the portions are MASSIVE. There was one wonderful Greek lady serving the upstairs floor all by herself so service was a little slow but we didnt mind. I had a starter and the seafood pasta and paid a very reasonable amount considering how much I had on my plate!The lady kept all of the customers happy (even the difficult ones that couldnt cut their fish up properly so she did it for them!and made us all feel very welcome.Perhaps couldve done with the bloke standing outside helping with customers on the inside but other than that we all really enjoyed it.

The restaurant is good! Fresh food served in nice coloured plate! Staff is kind and price honest! You have to try it!

The staff is friendly and the moussaka is awesome! Highly recommended dish here! Provides a good view on the Kardemena Harbor. Prices are really good for the high quality of food served.
