Via Pietro Borsieri, 37, 20159 Milano MI, Italy, Milano
Italian branch of the famous New York nightclub, presenting regular live jazz & blues performances.
What a fabulous time at the Blue note Milano. We watched Alexis Ffrench, he is a great pianist, if you ever get a chance to watch the fellow I suggest you do so.The food was nice here at the blue note and the venue is nice. Its quite small probably seats 300 to 400 guests so it feels very private.Great
The best concer experience Ive ever had.
Much bigger than the one in NYC. Great place to see a show
Great venue for live music. Didnt try the food but the drinks and service were great!
Very cosy and elegant place, excellent music! The Must in Milan to those who love jazz and blues music!
Fantastic atmosphereSuper place
Terrible service. I attended an entire Jazz concert without being served a drink. "It is not my job" was the response of the waiter. Avoid. Very disappointed.
This is why we love Jazz this is why we like Milano!
Friendly staff, good food, classic jazz place
Its a perfect place for live music...jazz and other.
If ever you need to have a fantastic ending to your Milan trip, this is the place. The staff - helpful, kind and extremely accommodating the any request. The music - incredible diversity in selection and offer with adequate prices (on the higher end). Even the non-live music was extremely appropriate. The food - homey and not too heavy, perfect portions for the place. One can really enjoy a long sit down with the meal.Only point where they could improve is the decour. On first glance it feels a bit clichee and touristy. Thus try and arrive when its already dark. All in all, excellent place and a gem.
Always great place, great music, great mood! 😉
I try to go once a year at least to this iconic jazz and dine in jazz club, echoing the the more famous Blue Note in lower Manhattan. A jazz institution here at home Great to see also Nic the Nightfly my voice in RMC radio for many many years presenting Caren Souza that night, in his role of artistic director of the Blue Note! We enjoyed also a walk along the Navigli the following day. and all this is Milan for me.
Great live music bar with a big stage and many tables. Prices a bit high, but since its uniqueness in Milan, its worth!
For sure, if you love jazzzz, this place is amazing. My favourite
Amazing place where you can blast jazz music. 💪🏼🎼🎤🎻🎶🔝❤️
The very very best place to go for jazz. I spent a fabulous evening with friends for a cabin dont and great, Louisiana Breezy Jazz Band music. Everything was just perfect, we were celebrating a friends birthday. I was given a great table, perfect service, a quiet and reserved waiter helped me pay with no fuss. And the band was just amazing. Great guys, thank goodness its near my house. I want to go all the time! 😀
Fun spot for great music! Be sure to line up early if you want to pick your seat!
My partner and I were refused to enter because they didnt scan my partners covid pass correctly. We had already traveled around Italy and used our covid passes with no issues, but on this occasion the manager of the venue said that my partners pass was not valid. We have both been vaccinated and have a valid covid pass, my partner had also done a covid test 3 days earlier as he flew to Milan to visit me. After being treated pretty badly we left and dined at another restaurant, where our passes were scanned and accepted, as usual. The manager of Blue Note also told me that theyd refund the tickets only as "a favour". I was shocked to see so much incompetence, given the great reputation that the value has. Needless to say that I was pretty upset. We had just gotten engaged and they ruined our evening. Definitely never going back again.
Great place for blues and jazz, may be the best in town
Nice venue. I reckon the best seats are upstairs. Wish service was quicker though.
Nice atmosphere with jazz music.Im not the biggest fan of jazz music but definitely, I have enjoyed my evening.Highly recommended.
One of my favourite music programme in Milan. You can dine or simply have a drink and a snack while enjoying the concert. Come at least half an hour before the show begins to sit at the best tables. A bit expensive but definitely worth it.
Good music and nice venue, difficult ordering drinks and pricey after the reasonable entry price
Great New Year watching the Harlem Gospel Choir. All the best for 2020.
Fun, joyful, the best live music in Milan. Expensive but high quality. Look for your favourite music night and go!
We had an Amazing Live jazz concert at Milan yesterday with Larry Franco piano and voiceDee Dee Joy voice and snareGuido Leone guitarIlario de Marinis double bassAll of these are amazing
Great Jazz Club, nice food. Extensive Wine List. Parking is difficult.
Great venue, amazing musicians, good food and service!
Have to say that I was disappointed, I was really looking forward to going there. The sound system was so bad, honestly, huge amount of tables taken by corporate hospitality, who did not appreciate the band and either talked all the way through or were on their phones, That aside, great band, terrible sound mix. I ask myself how can that be?

Recommend going there for a chill evening. Make sure to get there earlier and get a table for the concerts. Otherwise cool place to visit.
Deserves all the rave! One of the rare authentic places where it is guaranteed to be surrounded by genuine Jazz lovers in a very cosy setting and beautiful music. No fuss, no pretension, just good vibes 🖤
A nice venue for concerts. Get there a bit early to get a good table. You can have dinner there too, not fine dining. Good atmosphere. Recommended.
Surprisingly great food! I went for the music and not really for dinner. But even though I asked for a modification (hamburger with no bread and veggies instead of friesthe waiter was totally calm about it and I got JUST what I ordered. Price is also very moderate considering it’s a jazz club and not a “restaurant” overall I was VERY impressed and in the future will opt to skip dinner out before the show and just eat there.
OMG WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! As the dowager duchess would have said: “are we to starve to death for their incompetence?” We set down for dinner at 19:00 and got our main courses after 21:30.... the food itself was ok (if we don’t consider the pistachio butter they call dessert)for a place that charges 30€ a plate I would expected much, much more. The only good thing was the show (hence the second star)
Great show by Jeremy Pelt, the food was delicious and the service was good. The ambiance and look of the Blue Note was also very nice
Excellent live entertainment venue; this establishment offers an extensive beverage list with a comprehensive selection of wine and liquor. Most shows get sold out especially when a well-known act is lined up. Reservations recommended to avoid disappointment.
Great place with great music, thank You Nick Nightfly for the great management! I enjoy my annual card.
The place to listen to Jazz in Milan. It is very atmospheric. Seating is at tables radiating out around the stage where you can enjoy dinner, or just drinks from waiter service. This is a relaxed club where it is ok to chat whilst enjoying the music. Get there well before the show starts if you want a good seat.
Great concerts! I arrived from Turin and my friend from Rome just to be on concert of Billy Cobham. It is absolutely worth the travel, time and money.Negative point: the food and cocktails are too much expensive and honestly it was nothing special...
Great jazz venue, you can also have dinner, very well managed, consistently good food and good music. Always return.
Very beautiful atmosphere....the best Place for special live music in Milan...highly racommended...
Amazing jazz club! Great concerts, great structure for audience and musicians, great beer. Dont miss it.
Classy peaceful place where you can enjoy really beautiful live concerts... I really liked it
Magic atmosphere in the only and the best blues club in Milan!Different artist from all over the world almost every night and good drinks and food make this place unique in Italy! Is advisable to take the online reservation expecially for the first show
Amazing music! Such and incredible place for jazz and blues lovers.
Seriously, writing blue note on it, putting a stage in it and let jazz bands play there doesnt make it anyhow comparable to the original. If consider the crappy food you get for stellar prices, imagining people coming here becomes more and more torturing. The portions are tiny, the food rarely comes in the right temperature and seriously, almost 20€ for something you can rarely rate as starter in a regular restaurant?Franchising can be real sad once in a while, but I hope that we can see more live music in Milan one day, that is not just exhausting a big brand to create a loveless mediocre experience.
I was there with my girlfriend and we booked the Sundaybrunch. This was amazing. Very delicious food and big choice of different types of food. And with the Jazz Music in the background it was a great atmosphere. You have to go there when you are in milano.
JTQ were brilliant. Got me and a few other spectators -mostly foreigners- ecstatic. The rest of the audience appeared to be sedated, blasé or misplaced. The staff were too busy babbling to serve the overpriced, flat lager. Even in Switzerland you dont need to implore in order to be served a 0.4l warm beer for EUR 7 with EUR 30 entrance.
