Private hotel and very nice staff. I remember a situation that happened to me while I was at the hotel and I needed a hospital and I informed the reception department. Immediately he helped the young man and showed cooperation and interest and was reassuring of my health and was very kind.

Everything was great, but honestly the breakfast is not good and the dishes were not cleaned, they should serve fruits and some Iraqi traditional foods for breakfast.

I loved the hotel, the reception staff are so helpful. The interior design is futuristic.

Clean rooms with continuous services and beautiful restaurant on the roof will make this place just very good place to stay in while visiting Baghdad.The only 2 points are the view is not that good considering the location of the hotel and the price is relatively high comparing to real 5 starts hotels over the world.

Good Hotel. Clean. Overpriced.

Clean (recently refurbished at visiting timeand fairly good location otherwise super expensive value for money, cheap low quality furniture and interiors, the lift accepts 3 passengers only without luggage!!, cold lobby and floors (outside the roomthe breakfast was much below the acceptable, gets ready after 8:00, oily food and extremely salty lentil soup, loud lazy staff at top floor restaurant, rooms have bad insulation from windows with cold draft of air, bathroom lacks hot water at washing basin and for the shower it takes a while to be hot enough for a shower.

One of the good hotels in Baghdad. The service was one of the best I had in my life! Unfortunately The breakfast was bad comparing with the other good things . No swimming pool or spa area but it’s not noisy hotel and quietly. The only moment if you want to explore more the old city center with this location will be more problematic specially the location since the based on Arasat El Hendia

Nice Hotel, but expensive

Its the closest thing to an actual hotel that I stayed in while in Baghdad. The staff are nice and eager to help and please especially the Bangali helpers. Very polite and nice and aim to satisfy. One less star for the erratic water strong to weak and hot to cold. I complained but I think they have some issue with that. I hope they can work it out. The area is very central. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and boutiques. There are even some night clubs in the area although I wouldnt recommend visiting as they are not yet up to international standards. The prices are good and worth a haggle for an extended stay. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Located in a busy area close to most attractive locations in Baghdad. Rooms are ok but require some renovation. Breakfast is not attractive, as well as the breakfast area. Rates are good compared to value of money.

The hotel is in the center of Baghdad. Good accommodation and cozy rooms. Although their internet connections is bad along that they dont have online reservation.Good on the roof cafe though.

Rooms are too congested with high price. No internet facility, you have to sit in lobby in order to use Internet. Complementary breakfast is good..I cant give more then 3 star..
