Such an absolutely iconic Atlanta blues culture venue! Love it!

Paid 20 cover to get in no where to sit could not tell you about food or drinks after standing around 10 to 15 min left they didnt even offer to refund cover charge dont recommend this place rip off take your money knowing theres no where to sit an eat

Musics good, vibe is cool, drinks are cheap. Delivers on everything you would expect!

The band that played the live blues that night was great! Seemed the locals there knew each other pretty well because they were swapping dance partners all night & pretty much everyone there was dancing, which was great!They had a decent menu, considering it was a bar & my husband & I enjoyed the appetizers we got (Cajun wings & house chips). I like mixed, fruity drinks & ordered a Bahama Mama, which they said they couldnt make, so they gave me a substitute which was pretty good, but when I ordered a double on the second drink, I could barely taste any alcohol in it.The venue itself was a little rundown & could use a face-lift, & we had to move our table a bit because the AC was dripping on me. The cover charge was only $5/person to pay for the band & the price of the food & alcohol was fair.Overall, we had a great time & would definitely go back.

Ive reviewed this place before and its hard to find something new to say so just to say that this place continues to be one of my favourite live music bars on the planet. Real music and real friendly folks...

Omg a hidden gem me and the wife had a great time and if you dont have there food you are doing yourself a disservice. And the drinks was the best as well. We went on a Thursday night.

I absolutely adore this place. Soulful music to sip a drink to and relax or dance. The band was amazing (Frankies Blues missionthe crowd was wonderful as well. I will definitely be back anytime Im in ATL.

Just what I was looking for. Live bands with soul. Got there too late for food, but drinks was decent with good selection. Great atmosphere.

This was the Atlanta music experience we hoped to find. Cajun food was delicious. We tried jambalaya, beans and rice and wings.

Great service; Spike made the night! Great music, saw local and national acts on the schedule. Small dim club, perfect for some great atmosphere and music. Well be back any time were in town.

Its my first time experience. Enjoyed the band and the ambiance. The sweet potato fries and wings with homemade sauces were scrumptious, especially the Cajun sauce. Spike the bartender has a great personality and made great drinks. I would definitely recommend anyone to enjoy this establishment.

Went here for a date night and we had an absolute blast! The Band rocked out all night. Had great drinks and the food was good. Def recommend this place to anyone.

Blind Willies was off the chain last night. Cody Matlock did an awesome job as usual. I follow him around wherever hes playing. Crowd was too much some people were turned away.

Love this place! The live music is ways fantastic & keeps me coming g back! BTW usually a nominal cover charge like $10. Good variety of drinks. Typical pub fare food...I love the chicken wings.

Blind Willies is a small venue with a dance floor too close to the tables , tables too close together and a sound engineer that doesnt understand the facility. The only soft surface in the entire venue is the human body. There are to many tables. Customers have to stand and leave their table to let other people access their table. At 120 db above ambient the music was unpleasant . Thats not to say that the band was bad but the volume to high to hear the color and quality of music being played. The food was typical bar quality fairly priced with reasonable serving size. The entry fee or cover charge while reasonable is cash only. The parking lot is the big cash cow. Its a scam if ever there was one. The lot is pay to park. Your phone is your meter. They boot the most expensive cars on the lot first time they police the lot. If you actually return before your legal expiration time you have to pay to expedite the removal of the inhibitor. When we provided evidence of legal parking they still want to be paid. They would except cash on arrival. They claim that we recorded our tag or telephone number incorrectly. Neither was true. They send text confirmation of legal parking and your required exit time. They claimed there was no record of payment or my phone number. This persisted until my legal time expired. Now they wanted late fees in addition to the removal fee. Its a hustle. Park at your own peril. Go, no go!!!! My advice is find another venue or park on the street. If you decide to go Take sound suppressors with you

What a great place! Incredible music, incredible service! Surprisingly, incredible food. We had red beans and rice, chicken wings and the best French fries I have ever had! JP soars rocks!!! The band opening for him was great also. I cannot remember the name of band. Can the owner help me out with their name?

This is my favorite Atlanta location for live music. It is tiny, get here early if you want to have a seat. Also, their kitchen can be unexpectedly closed. Another reason to arrive early and dine at the fabulous Truva next door. Some of the bands, or leads, that play here arent for everyone. I personally like the variety

The venue puts the rust in rustic (do you dont have to dress up unless you really want to), good music, fun mixed crowd(albeit mask less)and like another commenter had said, really strong drinks! They also serve food that smelled at least edible, but I didnt try any. Definitely coming back for the blues.

Verrrrry nice! No cover charge.....band was very good ( played for tipswings were very good, reasonably priced. Our server (MJwas very good. Parking was right across the street. We WILL be back!

Amazing place!!! Good finger food, had the potato chips with bleu cheese. Great blues. The band "The Shadows" are superb and Miss Sandra Hall was phenomenal. I was the lucky recipient to go onstage with her as she did her set, which was completely out of my comfort zone but it was such a great time. My girlfriend had a great time watching it as well!!! I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it!!!

This is a super cool place for some quality, local music. It felt very comfortable and authentic, and the bar has character. The staff was friendly as well. We went on a quiet night so seating wasnt a problem. There is a cover each night which was completely fair for the entertainment value. Will definitely go back.

I really wanted to listen to some blues music on my short trip to Atlanta and thats how ended up at the Blind Willies. I didnt try the food the vibe was really nice, the band (Sandra Hallwas great. They have fairly good selection of beer and drinks. The people seemed to enjoy a lot. The service was really good. They apparently have a very good blues roster too. Id definately go back again & would recommend.

Always live music!!! If you love the notes, youre missing out and thats cheating yourself! Always a place to sit!!! Always a cheap cover!!! Plenty to choose from on draft!!! Great staff, friendly and attentive!!! Located on North Highlands with all the other bars... The BBQ pork sandwich had an awesome Memphis, Tennessee flavor! Gang, Gang!

My visit here started off a little rocky but by the end, turned out a great evening! Jimmy (Spikehad excellent hospitality even coming out from behind the bar to ensure everything was good! I appreciated that & his service. The Cajun wings were crispy & just right! Chelsea was the server & by the end of evening I was thoroughly satisfied. This place is down home, very warm & friendly Big Bill sang his heart out! The band was very entertaining! I’ll definitely go back!

The music was great last saturday and the atmosphere was very old school and comfortable. Unfortunately, the cover was 15 which was a bit too steep for me and my friends. Service was also good, our waiter Kelsey was adorable and patient with some of my more difficult friends, and always paid us adequate attention despite the place being packed. Overall, good food (except for the red beans and ricewould not recommend, to spicy, but good environment and best blue place. Will definitely be coming back soon !

It gave me a Goodfellas vibe since it reminded me of the Bamboo Lounge. Loved the set up they have going on along with the dimmed lights behind the bar. The atmosphere was great along with the music being played. Would def come back soon to enjoy myself

Great local and regional blues acts. Good drink prices and food. Plenty of seating for all but the most popular acts.

This fantastic bar has a great vibe to it, authentic, cozy, and comfortable. There is wonderful live music (blues), and the bartender is great. Bathroom is small and off the main area, and the place is a little worn, but that just adds to the heat atmosphere.

Excellent music. I have usually gone on late Saturday nights. The venue has been extremely crowded when I go, but it is worth it with the talent they book there. They have decent craft beer selection along with the usual well drinks and domestic brews.
